저자들은 유기용제 취급여성근로자 90명을 대상으로 1988년 7월부터 1989년 8월까지 말초혈액임파구에서의 자매염색분체교환의 발현빈도를 조사하고 이들의 업종, 근속연수, 요중마뇨산 농도등이 자매염색분체교환의 발현빈도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였으며 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 유기용제 취급근로자들의 말초혈액임파구에서의 자매염색분체교환의 발현빈도는 대조군에 비하여 유의하게 증가되었다. 2. 말초혈액임파구에서의 자매염색분체교환의 발현빈도가 가장 높은 업종은 프라스틱제품 제조업이었다. 3. 근속연수가 말초혈액임파구에서의 자매염색분체교환의 발현빈도에 미치는 영향은 현저하지 않았다. 4. 요중마뇨산농도와 말초혈액임파구에서의 자매염색분체교환의 발현빈도간에는 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. In order to know the possibility of utilizing the sister chromatid exchanges as an index which could evaluate the effect of organic solvents on the health in industrial workers, the authors studied the effects of the inductivity of sister chromatid exchanges in peripheral lymphocytes from 90 female workers expoxed to organic solvents and 20 non-exposed female workers. The results obtained were as follows : 1. The frequency of sister chromatid exchanges in peripheral lymphocytes from 90 female workers exposed to organic solvents was significantly increased in comparison with 20 control subject. 2. The frequency of sister chromatid exchanges was significantly increased in the workers who were employed in the manufacture of plastic materials than the other manufactures. 3. There were no significant differences in the frequency of sister chromatid exchanges by carriers of the exposed workers.

The purpose of this standard is to locate relevant existing guideline and test methods and to provide guidance for interim use of materials for which a standard does not exist. The standard may be use as guideline in tissue engineered research.

We provided standard practice for direct contact cell culture evaluation of materials for medical devices in this report. This practice introduced a reference method of direct contact cell culture testing. This method of direct contact cell culture may be used in the construction of medical materials and devices for test the cytotoxic potential of materials. Researcher for medical devices could use this practice to compare other cytotoxicity tests or directly to evaluate materials. Cell or materials could be sometimes modified depending on use in offered extend of this practice.

We investigated on the additive effect of carbon nanotube in the sulfur electrode on the first discharge curve and cycling property of lithium/sulfur cell. The sulfur electrode with carbon nanotube had two discharge plateau potentials and the first discharge capacity about 1200 mAh/g sulfur. The addition carbon nanotube into the sulfur electrode did not affect the first discharge behavior, but improved the cycling property of lithium/sulfur cell. <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>New small molecular semiconductors with small band gap and low-lying highest occupied molecular orbital (<I>E</I> <SUB>HOMO</SUB>), namely TBDPPOT, TBDPPEH, and TBDPPEHT4 were synthesized by incorporating the B←N bridged thienylthiazole and diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) derivatives. TBDPPOT and TBDPPEH were prepared, respectively, using two different DPPs having 1-octyl and 2-ethylhexyl moiety as the solubilizing group. In addition, the band gap of the TBDPPEH is further reduced by introducing planar thienothiophene unit, which was used for the preparation of TBDPPEHT4. These synthesized SMs are blended with fullerene derivative to construct a photo-active layer for organic photovoltaics. Among OPVs utilizing those SMs, the TBDPPEH exhibits highest power conversion efficiency of 3.21% with an exceptionally high <I>V</I> <SUB>OC</SUB> of 0.92 V, which is ascribed to low-lying HOMO energy level of −5.62 eV. It is expected that the utilization of TBDPPEH as a photo-active layer for OPVs would enhance the oxidation stability of the OPVs.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Small molecular semiconductors with low-lying HOMO were synthesized. </LI> <LI> These molecules contain B←N bridged thienylthiazole and diketopyrrolopyrrole derivatives. </LI> <LI> Solar cell based on those molecules exhibited high <I>V</I> <SUB>OC</SUB> values. </LI> </UL> </P>

The design management - how to manage design. activities in businesses - has received heavy attentions from both industries and academics. Nowadays, the modem design. management goes beyond the conventional concept of designing and it is applied to every business decision-making processes at the strategic level. The goal of this study is to find out what makes some companies succeed in their design. management practices. This study proposes the model representing that the companies should choose the scope of design management, which is proper to the conditions given to them Results of the case analysis on 37 companies that won the best design management awards generally support the proposed model. This result provides the managerial implication that the companies that have a higher level of design. scope should prepare a higher level of conditions required for the successful design management.

In this paper, we analyzed related laws and evaluation indexes that manage and supervise the authority related to local public entities to ensure accountability. Through analysis of previous research, it was found that the autonomy and accountability of the local public entities are organically adjusted according to the change of authority and responsibility of the central ministries and local governments. Therefore, we analyzed government policy compliance indicator which evaluates the level of implementation of government policy among the central government s statutes and guidelines, local government - related laws and regulations, and local public entities management evaluation indexes. As a result of the analysis, the central government and local governments, which are stakeholders surrounding the local public entities, are operating the management and supervision systems related to the local public entities harmoniously through the system and regulations. The local government is responsible for the establishment and operation of local public entities, and the local government is responsible for the establishment and feedback of local public entities. In particular, in the case of related regulations, the central ministries and municipalities operate as a dual management system, which is providing a complementary measure to the concerns about the management of disturbing management such as the abuse of the local public entities and moral hazard, and the institutional weaknesses. In the case of the central ministry, the local public entities are managed and supervised by the feedback from the establishment-related regulations and evaluations. Among the indicators of compliance with public corporation policy , management-related indicators slightly increased, while indicators related to government policy compliance doubled, and even if the number of indicators increases due to the introduction of the deduction indicators, an evaluation system that does not affect the total score. In order to improve the performance of local public entities in the future, it is necessary to emphasize responsibility and authority, but also leave room for autonomous operation through systematic management and supervision system of local autonomous bodies and central ministries. 본 논문에서는 지방공기업의 책임성을 확보하기 위해 지방공기업 관련 업무를 관리·감독하는 관련 법령 및 경영평가지표 등을 분석하였다. 선행연구 분석을 통해 지방공기업의 자율성과 책임성은 중앙부처와 각 지방자치단체의 권한과 책임의 변화에 따라 유기적으로 조정되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이에 중앙부처의 법령 및 지침, 지방자치단체의 지방공기업관련 법령체계, 지방공기업 경영평가지표 중 정부정책 이행 수준을 평가하는 ‘공기업정책준수’ 지표를 분석하였다. 분석결과 지방공기업을 둘러싼 이해관계자인 중앙부처와 지방자치단체는 제도와 규정을 통해 조화롭게 지방공기업과 관련된 관리·감독체계를 운영하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 지방공기업 설립 일부분과 운영은 지방자치단체가, 지방공기업의 설립 일부분과 피드백은 중앙부처가 담당하고 있다. 특히, 설립 관련된 규정의 경우 중앙부처와 지방자치단체가 이중 관리체계로 작동하고 있어 지방공기업의 남설 및 도덕적 해이 등 방만경영에 대한 우려와 제도적 미비점에 대한 보완책을 마련하고 있었다. 중앙부처의 경우 설립 관련 규정과 평가를 통한 피드백으로 지방공기업을 관리·감독하고 있고, 특히, 경영평가 지표의 ‘공기업정책준수’지표를 통해 국가 전체적인 국정방향에 대해 지방공기업이 준수할 수 있는 규정을 마련하고 있었다. ‘공기업정책준수’ 지표 가운데 방만경영 관련 지표는 소폭 증가한 반면, 정부정책준수 관련지표는 두 배 정도 늘어났고, 감점지표 도입으로 지표 수가 늘어나도 총점(100점)에는 영향을 미치지 않는다. 향후 지방공기업의 성과향상을 위해서는 지방자치단체와 중앙부처의 체계화된 관리·감독체계를 통해 책임과 권한을 강조하되, 자율적 운영의 여지도 남겨둘 수 있어야 할 것이다.
