        Adaptive-and-Resolvable Fractional Repetition Codes Based on Hypergraph

        Fractional repetition (FR) codes can achieve exact uncoded repair for multiple failed nodes, with lower computational complexity and bandwidth overhead, and effectively improve repair performance in distributed storage systems (DSS). The actual distributed storage system is dynamic, that is, the parameters such as node storage overhead and number of storage nodes will change randomly and dynamically. Considering that traditional FR codes cannot be flexibly applied to dynamic distributed storage systems, a new construction scheme of adaptive-and-resolvable FR codes based on hypergraph coloring is proposed in this paper. Specifically, the linear uniform regular hypergraph can be constructed based on the heuristic algorithm of hypergraph coloring proposed in this paper. Then edges and vertices in hypergraph correspond to nodes and coded packets of FR codes respectively, further, FR codes is constructed. According to hypergraph coloring, the FR codes can achieve rapid repair for multiple failed nodes. Further, FR codes based on hypergraph coloring can be generalized to heterogeneous distributed storage systems. Compared with Reed-Solomon (RS) codes, simple regenerating codes (SRC) and locally repairable codes (LRC), adaptive-and-resolvable FR codes have significant advantages over repair locality, repair bandwidth overhead, computational complexity and time overhead during repairing failed nodes.

        With the development of information and communications technology (ICT), this new technology has brought new challenges and opportunities to enterprises. Human resource outsourcing platform is a system framework based on internet, and it has facilitated the expansion of enterprises by forming and supporting the organization structure. In this paper, we proposed a human resource system based on internet collaborative, and analyze the human resource outsourcing strategy by using decision-making model. The result shows that the evaluation index system of HRO model can be divided into five parts as strategic factor, management factor, cost factor, technical factor and service factor. Also, in the three outsourcing service model, the recruitment outsourcing has the highest score as 7.6.It shows that recruitment outsourcing can improve the work efficiency in

      • Enterprise Internal Training and Performance Evaluation of Network learning based on Online System

        The development of small and medium-sized enterprises is greatly affected by the entrepreneurs. In recent years; network learning becomes an important way to achieve the advanced competitiveness, which provides rich information and resources for entrepreneurs and staffs. Network learning refers to a study activity through online system; it mainly uses the autonomous learning and consultation learning methods. In comparison with the traditional learning activities, online learning has the following three characteristics: the first is to share the rich network learning resources; the second is the individual learning and collaborative learning; the third is it can break space and time limit. With the universal of building the learning websites, learning resources become more and more abundant in content, quantity, type, distribution, dissemination way and the propagation velocity, etc. It creates a more complicated space of information. Therefore, it is an important problem to establish a scientific, systematic and operable evaluation system, in order to provide support for organization, development and utilization of online learning resources.

        Physiochemical properties and probiotic survivability of symbiotic oat-based beverage

        The objectives of this study were to develop a symbiotic oat-based beverage (SOB) and to analyze its physiochemical properties and the probiotic survivability. The beverage base was prepared by fermenting a mix containing oat flour (10%, w/w), sugar (4%, w/w), and inulin (1%, w/w) with a commercial Lactobacillus plantarum (0.003%, w/w) at $30^{\circ}C$ for 12 h. The SOB was formulated using the fermented oat base, sugar, stabilizers (pectin and ${\lambda}$-carrageenan), vitamin C, and citric acid. The beverage was analyzed for total solids ($11.65{\pm}0.22%$), protein ($0.58{\pm}0.02%$), fat ($0.37{\pm}0.02%$), carbohydrate ($10.70{\pm}0.33%$), ash ($0.14{\pm}0.01%$), and dietary fiber ($0.70{\pm}0.05%$). The pH value of the beverage was stable at about 3.60 during 7-week storage. Lactobacillus plantarum population in the beverage remained above $10^7CFU/g$ throughout the storage. Oat-based beverage is a low fat and high dietary fiber symbiotic food.

      • Enterprise Management and Performance Evaluation of E-business in SMEs : Based on Human Resource Management Perspective

        The rapid development of e-commerce brings new opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises, especially in developing countries as China. Under the background of e-commerce, enterprise's performance has been rapid ascension, at the same time, the enterprise performance evaluation is particularly important. In this paper, we make empirical analysis about the impact of human resource management innovation on enterprise performance, the result shows that high performance human resource management can promote enterprise innovation, improve enterprise's innovation ability. High performance human resource management includes training, employee involvement, job analysis, performance and employee development, variance contribution rate of each HRM factor is 71.7%, 63.0%, 66.3%, 88.9% and 69.2%, so that the result of empirical analysis is reliable. On this basis, we put forward relevant policy suggestions.

Oat-based beverage is a low fat and high dietary fiber symbiotic food.

        Minimum Bandwidth Regenerating Codes Based on Cyclic VFR Codes

        In order to improve the reliability and repair efficiency of distributed storage systems, minimum bandwidth regenerating (MBR) codes based on cyclic variable fractional repetition (VFR) codes are constructed in this thesis, which can repair failed nodes accurately. Specifically, in order to consider the imbalance of data accessed by the users, cyclic VFR codes are constructed according to that data with different heat degrees are copied in different repetition degrees. Moreover, we divide the storage nodes into groups, and construct MBR codes based on cyclic VFR codes to improve the file download speed. Performance analysis and simulation results show that, the repair locality of a single node failure is always 2 when MBR codes based on cyclic VFR codes are adopted in distributed storage systems, which is obviously superior to the traditional MBR codes. Compared with RS codes and simple regenerating codes, the proposed MBR codes based on cyclic VFR codes have lower repair locality, repair complexity and bandwidth overhead, as well as higher repair efficiency. Moreover, relative to FR codes, the MBR codes based on cyclic VFR codes can be applicable to more storage systems.

        An efficient estimation for the parameter in additive partially linear models with missing covariates

        In this paper, we study the weighted quantile average estimation technique for the parameter in additive partially linear models with missing covariates, which is proved to be an efficient method. The proposed method is based on optimally combining information over different quantiles via multiple quantile regression. We establish asymptotic normality of the weighted quantile average estimators when the selection probability is known, estimated using the non-parametrical method and parametrical method, respectively. Moreover, we compute optimal weights by minimizing asymptotic variance and then obtain the corresponding optimal weighted quantile average estimators. To examine the finite performance of our proposed method, we use the numerical simulations and apply to model time sober for the patients from a rehabilitation center. Simulation results and data analysis further verify that the proposed method is an efficient and safe alternative to both theWCQRmethod andWLSmethod.

        Production and characterization of antimicrobial bacterial cellulose membranes with non-leaching activity

        Kanamycin covalently grafted onto regenerated bacterial cellulose (RBC) membranes were constructed toprepare novel antimicrobial BC membranes. The prepared kanamycin grafted RBC membrane exhibitsnanoporous three-dimensional network structure with a large surface area and high porosity. Theantibacterial activity was explored and the result shows that the kanamycin grafted RBC membrane displaysexcellent antibacterial activity towards E. coli, C. albicans and S. aureus without any kanamycinleaching. Furthermore, MTT assay was carried out and the result demonstrates that the kanamycingrafted RBC membrane displays good biocompatibility.

        Caspase-3 inhibitor inhibits enterovirus D68 production

        Enterovirus D68 (EVD68) is an emerging pathogen that recently caused a large worldwide outbreak of severe respiratory disease in children. However, the relationship between EVD68 and host cells remains unclear. Caspases are involved in cell death, immune response, and even viral production. We found that caspase-3 was activated during EVD68 replication to induce apoptosis. Caspase-3 inhibitor (Z-DEVDFMK) inhibited viral production, protected host cells from the cytopathic effects of EVD68 infection, and prevented EVD68 from regulating the host cell cycle at G0/G1. Meanwhile, caspase-3 activator (PAC-1) increased EVD68 production. EVD68 infection therefore activates caspase-3 for virus production. This knowledge provides a potential direction for the prevention and treatment of disease related to EVD68.
