      • 觀光호텔經營의 체인화에 관한 硏究

        The tourism in korea has been fostered and promoted by the government as a part of the national economic development plan. The hotel business which is the backbone of the tourism in korea has also been extended. however, the hotel management techniques in korea is still subject to backwardness as compard to that of the western countries. It is acknowledged, therefore, that an introduction or an application of the chain operation system is prerequisite for and effective future hotel management. This paper attempts to apply the chain operation system for the tourist hotel management in Korea. To achieve this purpose, this paper has revealed through the positive analysis of a balance sheet and a statement of profit and loss on the both part of the chain operation hotels and the non-chain operation ones. Based on the controversial point as mentioned above some measures have been suggested as in the following: 1. The effect on the cost down could be anticipated through the economic of scale by means of beconing a member of the chain operation tourist hotels in korea. 2. The members are readily advised by the professional managers of an international chain operation tourist hotel, because the charater of the combined industries has already heen involved in the tourist hotel business. 3. Publicity and advertisement in differment localities can be exuviated since the international chain operation tourist hotels have their own respective network which is very extensive and farreaching. 4. Fund raising would be so easy and simple when its appropriateness has been comfirmed by means of analysis through the business econometrics techniques of the western countries.

        사업장 소음 폭로에 의한 일과성 역치 상승과 회복

        To determine the recovery time from noise-induced temporary threshold shift(TTS), a prospective field study was conducted at three worksites where workers are known to be exposed high level of noise. Subjects were selected according to answers on a questionnaire which inquired about otological history and previous noise exposure, including avocational, military and occupational exposures. After excluding employee with past otologic problems, recent exposure to high level noise, and under medications, total 92 employees participated in the study. Among 92 participants, complete consecutive audiometric examinations were carried out at 0∼2 hours, 5∼7 hours, 14∼16 hours after worktime noise exposure on 26 participants wearing hearing protectors and 22 participants wearing no protective devices. The difference between the hearing level 0∼2 hours after noise exposure and 5∼7 hours is statistically significant by paired t-test(p<0.01). The median recovery times calculated from the data of 22 participants wearing no protective hearing devices are 15.6 hours at 4000Hz, and 7.7 hours, 10.3 hours, 8.4 hours at 1000Hz, 2000Hz and 8000Hz respectively. These data suggest that when measuring the pure tone audiometry for noise exposed workers, at least 16 hours noise-free interval is required.

        The causes of increasing the leisure which is considered as a symbol of the matured society can be described in various ways. They are generally composed of the increase and centralized in population, in dustrializatlon, urbanization, the promotlon of educational and cultural level etc. In addition to these causes, there are other concrete one's, the extension of average span of human life the shortening of working time, the development of transportation vehecles and increase of disposal income. The difficult problem which we will confront in the approaching matured society so that we don't understand the meaning of leisure which is naturally produced in the course of changing social environments. We must, therefore, capture the characteristics of modern leisure preferences and leisure behaviors in relation to this problem, the leisure development center in Japan declared that the modern leisure society contains the following four characteristics; (1) one takes a greater interest in the objects near him. (2) one would like to plan to make use of spare time. (3) one tends to get excited in the leisure behavior. (4) one has a strong tendency for wasting time. The prospects for the changing of peoples time, expenditure, the expectation of leisure are in support of the above declaration. Therefore, the future matured society will strongly take up the leisure pattern. Conclusively, our country should also attempt to research people's leisure pattern to stabilize the leisure system, and to provide people with the right view to the leisure. In addition, it is necessary to develop the leisure utilization, to enlarge the leisure space, and to centralize and actualize the leisure policy.

        This paper attempts to analyze and synthesize the numerous differences that have evolved over the years between the governmental accounting and the financial accounting. A chronological approach is used to extricate the divergence between the governmental and the financial accounting practices, concepts, and statements. The comparatively analyzed conceptual differences include revenued and expenses or expenditure, assets, liabilities, going-concern assumptions, matching of revenues and expenses, accounting entities, and budgetary controls. Based on these analysis, this paper suggests ways for improving Korean governmental accounting system. These suggestions include the establishment of the governmental accounting standards through the political process of collecting interest group and external expert opinions, the adoption of the modified accrual basis through the double entry bookkeeping, the preparation of the combined financial statements integrating every funds.

      • 購買行動에 있어서 消費者關與가 미치는 影響에 관한 硏究

        This paper is basically aim at the examination of some characteristics of the consumer involvement so that mere reliable prediction on consumer behaviors, which have been studied so far as consumer attitude or other variable from the stand-point of enterprise. Therefore, if a manager responsible for marketing in an organization does not have a definite knowledge as to such theories, he can easily fall into fallacies. As explained earlier, there are few products, in particular about their performances, that little attention by the purchase is given to while being bought. On the other hand, not many product managers appear to be concerned about the performances of goods to be manufactured on the side of the potential consumers. Calling new attention to such aspect would serve the purpose of this paper. Since it is just in recent years that the introduction of the consumer involvement based on the socio-psychology and the in-depth study has taken place. it is thought that further study regarding definition, character, and classification of the theories remains as todays marketing managers responsibilities to be carried out later on.

        Unlike manufacturng industry. the hotel business has such particular characteristics in the management of those in products, and in the complexity of business itself. Like manufacturing industry, the hotel business also seeks rationalization of its management. Marketing the mangement of the exchange process and relationships is the cornerstone discipline of most successful companies. A service industry, which hotel management is, would be needed to be marketing minded. To quote Professor Edward Bursk, "It is a paradox that most service industries are usually service-minded, always cost-minded but seldom marketing-minded. But the situation will change radically within the next few years for a variety of reasons. For many years, hotels have been designed, constructed, and operated primarily by standards developed by hoteliers. Fortunately, it worked out well. But times are Changing: People are changing. Because of these reasons, hotels must cater to the needs analysis and recognize to the marketing concepts, and design to the optimum market process.

      • 서어비스製品 購買行動에 있어서 消費者 關與에 관한 實證的 考察

        The motivation for the study of the involvement has consisted in more precise prediction of consumers' behavior through the observance of people's attitude formation and attitude change. The variable of involvement it self, as an independent variable, has demonstrated a higher forecasting potential than any other variables, which has made the significance of the study greater. The study on the involvement started 1940s in social psychology and since mid-1960s has also been treated in the area of marketing in terms of consumer behavior. However, the concept of involvement has been defined in a number of ways without a generally-accepted one, and some definite effects the involvement is conceived to exert have not been founded yet. Thus, such facts being taken into account, theoretical study and an empirical research have been done in this paper as an approach to better understanding of the iovolvement. When being categorized into goods and services, five items of each segment have been selected and employed in the research: perfume, detergent, jeans, music album, and facial tissue in the goods and travel, drycleaning, watching of sports game, eating away from home and beauty in services. As a result of the research, three among four hypotheses established; that is 1) more psychologically oriented services than goods. 2) stronger brand loyalty to the services, and 3) more variety of brand attributions of the services, have been accepted, whereas the hypothesis of higher degree of store information, information sought, and trial purchase, has been rejected. Accordingly, some aspects which marketers of service ?? to consideration in establishing strategies of marketing a number of different sorts of the services are as follows: 1) focus consumers' psychological aspect in advertising; 2) acceleration of the product innovation to provide current customers with a variety of the services. The limits I agree in relation to the empirical research are somewhat unsuitableness to be found in the process of selecting perfume and watching of sports game in the services, and low credibility due to the only ANOVA and FREOUENCIES employed in the demonstrating methods. Nevertheless, this paper purposits to make some contribution to the establishment of more rational marketing strategy in service sector, with the improvement of above mentioned limits.

      • 유한요소법을 이용한 레일의 헤드에 존재하는 균열의 응력확대계수에 관한 연구

        In recent years, the rolling stock is being increasingly developed. However, higher axle loads have increased the incidence of fatigue defects in railroad rails. Many of these fatigue-initiated defects develop in the head of the rail. The head defects are very important because they are generally not visible until they reach quite large size and they can lead to catastrophic rail fractures. In this paper, stress intensity factors(SIF) of a embedded crack in the head of the rail were analysed along the wheel positions relative to the crack plane and along the running condition using the finite element method.

      • 식품영양분야의 심화교육 수요조사 : 부천 및 인천 지역을 중심으로 Focusing on Bucheon and Inchein Area

        식품영양분야의 심화교육을 실시하기 위하여 부천 및 인천지역의 식품관련 업체에 근무하는 사람을 대상으로 교육수요에 대한 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사에 성실하게 응답한 126명중에서 전공심화교육을 긍정적으로 평가하고 기회가 되면 교육을 받겠다고 응답한 사람이 101명(80.2%)이었고, 부정적으로 평가하거나 심화교육을 받을 의사가 없다고 응답한 사람이 25명(19.8%)이었다 심화교육을 희망하는 주된 이유는 전문분야의 부족한 실력을 향상시키고 학점은행제에 의하여 학사학위도 받을 수 있기 때문이었다. 전공심화과정에 개설되었으면 좋겠다고 생각하는 전공과목은 영양상담, HACCP실무론, 식생활과건강, 외식산업창업및경영, 식당경영론, 급식전산실무, 식품및조리원리, 식품재료학, 식품관능검사, 식품품질관리 등이었다. 학정은행제에 교양관련과목으로 개설되면 좋겠다고 생각하는 과목은 PC활용, 재태크론, 전자상거래론, 소자본창업경영, 대인관계심리학, 상담심리학, 운동과 건강 등이었다. The aim of research was to investigate the demand for deepened education of the subjects who work in food related jobs in Bucheon and Incheon area, and to establish the deepened education in field of Food and Nutrition. Subjects were 126 persons, and the results were as follows: 101 persons(80.2%) evaluated positively the deepened education, and answered to be willing to take the course if they have an opportunity for study. 25 persons (19.8%) responsed negatively, or answered not to take the course. The main reasons to select the deepened education are not only to be able to improve the knowledge in major but also to obtain the degree of Bachelor in food and nutrition. The courses they wanted to be opened were as follows: nutrition education, practice in HACCP, food and health, restaurant management, practice in computer related to food service, food science, principles of cookery, food materials, sensory evaluation of food, quality control, etc. The general courses they wanted to be opened were as follows: PC practice, theory of property management, electronic commercial transaction, establishment and management of the small sized capital enterprises, psychology in human relation, psychology in counseling, physical activity and health, etc.
