<P>This study was performed to provide insight for the optimization and regulation of immune homeostasis, which should be taken into account in the development of cell therapy using DCs and/or cytokine. Human CBDCs costimulated with LPS and IL-12 were examined for cytokine expression compared with ABDCs. Our results showed that costimulation with IL-12 and LPS in CBDCs resulted in increased expression of IL-23. Concomitantly, the phosphorylation of ERKs and p38 MAPK was increased, suggesting that these kinases are important signaling components for IL-23 induction in CBDC costimulated with LPS and IL-12. Furthermore, production of IL-23 in CBDC costimulated with LPS and IL-12 caused CD4(+)CD45RO(+) memory cells to increase IFN-gamma production. Taken together, CBDCs, costimulated with LPS and IL-12, show a synergistic increase in IL-23 production via enhanced phosphorylation of ERK1/2 and p38 MAPK and consequently, an induction of IFN-gamma production in the memory cells.</P>

전통지식은 특정인이나 지역사회를 배경으로 형성되어 변화하는 환경에 적응해 끊임없이 진화하면서 대대로 전승되어 오는, 즉 전통을 토대로 산업적, 과학적, 생태적, 문화적, 예술적 분야에서 지식활동의 결과를 생성된 기술 또는 창조물에 내재하는 지식체계이다. 오늘날 한국의 뒷간문화는 환경생태산업 분야와 문화예술 분야에서 현대의 생활환경에 적응해 새롭게 적용·활용되고 있다. 뒷간문화의 대표적인 전통지식으로는 환경생태를 보전하는 생활기술과 농사를 위한 비료를 만드는 생업기술을 들 수 있다. 여기에는 생태적인 자원순환원리와 발효과학이 내재되어 있다. 환경오염과 식품안정성이 현대사회의 문제로 대두되고 있는 상황에서 뒷간문화에 담긴 전통지식은 어느때 보다 그 활용 가치가 높은 자원이다. 뒷간문화에는 똥을 퇴비로 만들어 농사에 활용하는 생업기술과 음식물쓰레기, 농업부산물, 인간과 가축 분뇨를 재활용해 환경오염을 막는 생활기술이 담겨져 있다. 이러한 전통지식자원을 활용해 생태·산업 분야에서는 이미 2000년대 초부터 자연발효식 화장실이 개발돼 농촌에 보급되었으며, 최근에는 바이오플랜트와 같은 생태산업과 순환농법 기술에 활용되고 있다. 문화·예술 분야에서는 출판물과 전시물에서 뒷간문화의 전통지식이 이야기되고 있다. 이 글은 뒷간문화의 전통지식을 산업자원의 측면을 살펴보고, 그것이 오늘날 생태산업적, 문화예술적으로 어떻게 활용되고 있는가를 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 뒷간이 과거에 존재했던 화장실이라는 유물이 아니라 그 속에 담긴 선조들의 인식, 생활·생업지식을 도출하고 그것이 오늘날 어떻게 활용되고 있는가를 파악하고자 하였다. Traditional knowledge is defined as system that is formed with an identical person or regional society for a background, and then handing down generation to generation with continuously developing and adaptation to its transit circumstances; namely, knowledge system that is inherent in the technology and creature, based on tradition, generated as a result of human knowledge activity in the fields of industry, science, ecology, literature, and art, and so on. Recently traditional knowledge on korean culture of outer toilet, called ``Dwit Gan``, have had been applicated to the eco-technological and cultural creative industry. Fermenting technology in culture of korean toilet have developed from their eco-oriented lifestyle and organic agriculture. So the traditional knowledge on korean toilet culture have been considered a measure taken against environmental pollution and food safety. Though it discontinued, korean people had recycled the excrement to manure mixing ashes and agricultural byproducts in the toilet. Applying the knowledge environment-friendly toilet and Bio energy plant have built in the field of eco-technological industry. Over there it has used on contents of books, exhibitions and even a garden item. In this paper considering the korean toilet culture a traditional knowledge, we have seen how it applied for eco-technological and cultural creative industry. This study aims at estimating the korean toilet culture as traditional knowledge for applying moren organic agriculture, eco life and industry.

One of the significant element of industrialization is the marketing mixed by advertisement. This paper concerns itself with two key methodological issues that have arisen during the marketing communication research. First, it examines BTL media, appeal type and executive type for interpersonal communication. The second part of the paper argues that story have an effect on making relationship between a consumer and a producer as storytelling producer`s history, story of experiences of user, episode and so on. In this paper we developed contents of advertising for pine nut in Hong Cheon using the storytelling marketing communication strategy.

<P>The single-bath electrochemical deposition of CuInSe2 often leads to short-circuit behavior of the resulting solar cells due to,lhe high shunt conductance. In this, study, in amattemp't to resolve this problem, the influence of the Se precursor concentration (C-se) on electrodqpOsited CuInSe2 films and solar cell devices is examined in the C-Se range of 4.8 to 12:0 mM in selenite-based aqueous solutions ':containing Cu and In chlorides along with sulfarnic acid (H3NSO3) and potassium hydrogen phthalate (C8H5KO4) additives. As C-se increases,, the CuInSe2 layers become porous; and the grain, growth of the CuInSe2 phase is restricted,-while the parasitic shunting problem wag-markedly alleviated, as unambiguously demonstrated by measurements of the local current distribution. Due to these ambivalent influences, an optimal value of cse that achieves the best quality of the films for high-efficiency solar cells is identified. Thus, the.device prepared with 5.2 mM C-Se exhibits a power-conversion efficiency exceeding 10% with greatly improved device parameters, such as the shunt conductance and the reverse saturation current. The rationale of the present approach along-with the physicochemical,origin of its conspicuous impact on the resulting devices is discusSed in-conjunction with the electro-crystallization mechanism-of the CuInSe2 compound.</P>
