대학 스포츠 선수의 감성지능과 LMX, TMX 및 선수만족의 구조적 관계

이 연구는 대학 스포츠 선수의 감성지능과 LMX, TMX 및 선수만족의 구조적 관계에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 대학 스포츠 선수를 대상을 총 209부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 25. ver와 AMOS 24. ver을 이용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 사용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 감성지능이LMX에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 감성지능이 TMX에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, LMX는 선수만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, TMX는 선수만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 감성지능이 선수만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 연구의 시사점으로 선수의 감성지능에 대해 지도자는 각 선수의 감정을 이해하고 이를 상황에 따라 적절하게 통제하고 활용함으로써 선수와의의사소통 관계의 질을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 이는 경기력에 주요한 영향력을 주는 것으로 볼 수 있다. This study aimed to examine the structural relationship between LMX, TMX, and player satisfaction in the emotional intelligence of college sports players. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a total of 209 copies of college sports players were used for the final analysis. For data processing, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis were performed using SPSS 25. ver and AMOS 24 ver. The results are as follows. First, it was found that emotional intelligence had a statistically significant effect on LMX. Second, it was found that emotional intelligence had a statistically significant effect on TMX. Third, LMX was found to have a statistically significant effect on player satisfaction. Fourth, TMX was found to have a statistically significant effect on player satisfaction. Fifth, it was found that emotional intelligence had a statistically significant effect on player satisfaction.

A robust Correlation Filter based tracker with rich representation and a relocation component

Correlation Filter was recently demonstrated to have good characteristics in the field of video object tracking. The advantages of Correlation Filter based trackers are reflected in the high accuracy and robustness it provides while maintaining a high speed. However, there are still some necessary improvements that should be made. First, most trackers cannot handle multi-scale problems. To solve this problem, our algorithm combines position estimation with scale estimation. The difference from the traditional method in regard to the scale estimation is that, the proposed method can track the scale of the object more quickly and effective. Additionally, in the feature extraction module, the feature representation of traditional algorithms is relatively simple, and furthermore, the tracking performance is easily affected in complex scenarios. In this paper, we design a novel and powerful feature that can significantly improve the tracking performance. Finally, traditional trackers often suffer from model drift, which is caused by occlusion and other complex scenarios. We introduce a relocation component to detect object at other locations such as the secondary peak of the response map. It partly alleviates the model drift problem.

This study explores the characteristics, current development, and comparisons of Dragon-lion Sport and Taekwondo from the perspective of world intangible cultural heritage, and then proposes their future development strategies. It utilizes methods such as literature review and logical analysis and has accessed nearly 10 years of relevant literature through CNKI for collation and induction. By analyzing and comparing the popularity, economy, and cultural characteristics of Dragon-lion Sport and Taekwondo, and investigating their development status in China and internationally, the future development strategies for these two sports have been proposed. Under the perspective of world intangible heritage, the future development of Chinese Dragon-lion Sport should be promoted through emerging media domestically and abroad, enhancing the recognition of dragon and lion culture. The government and relevant departments should increase funding and cooperate with ASEAN regions to jointly promote the international organization and collaboration of Dragon-lion Sport, considering joint applications with ASEAN countries for world intangible cultural heritage registration. The future development of Taekwondo should focus on the pursuit of traditional martial arts history and cultural values, highlighting Taekwondo’s ability to enhance South Korean social cohesion, promote national unity and social stability, and facilitate the joint registration of world intangible cultural heritage between South Korea and North Korea.
