불안정판 위에서 후방 유선형 신발이 척추기립근 및 하지 근 활성도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 일반 신발과 후방 유선형 신발을 착용한 후 불안정판 위에서 척추세움근, 안쪽넓은근, 앞정강근, 장딴지근, 넙다리두갈래근의 근 활성도를 비교 하기 위한 것으로 성인 남녀 28명이 참가하였으며 대상자들은 일반 신발과 후방 유선형 신발을 신고 8단계의 BSS 기기 위에 15초 동안 서서 근활성도를 측정하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 종합해보면 후방 유선형 신발을 착용한 경우 일반 신발을 착용한 경우에 비해서 앞정강근과 안쪽 넓은근에서 상대적으로 더 높은 활성도를 보여주었다. 이러한 결과는 건강한 성인에서 후방 유선형 신발을 신었을 때 불안정한 면 위에서 균형을 유지하기 위해 발목의 자세 조절전략만으로도 균형을 유지하기에 충분한 것으로 생각되어진다. The purpose of this study was to compare muscle activation of erector spine and lower extremity such as tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius, medial hamstring and vastus medialis after wearing a pair of normal shoes and unstable shoes on the rocking surface. 28 university students who did not have any lower musculoskeletal and neurological disorders in the past were participated in this study. Each subject was standing for 15 seconds on the biodex stability system(BSS) of level 8 while wearing normal shoes and unstable shoes. we used Electromyography to measure muscle activation of elector spine and lower extremity and expressed muscle activation as a percentage of maximal voluntary isometric contraction (%MVIC). Paired t-test was used to compare the muscle activation of erector spine and lower extremity between normal shoes and unstable shoes. The result of this study was as follows. Tibialis anterior and vastus medialis showed relatively higher average electromyogram rates more than normal shoes(p<.05).

This paper suggests a contingent perspective for analyzing critical success factors of information systems by organizational characteristics in Korean firms. The contingent perspective includes such corporate characteristics as industry, strategy, value-added application, and corporate culture. The information technology should be introduced for firms to cope with the environment and in the introduction of information technology means that the infrastructure or ability for organizational characteristics is established. But whether the firm is successful to the introduction of information technology or not depends on its specific corporate culture. This research analyzed 25 firms in various industries, and that the domestic small and medium firms consider some issues-support of top management, for malization of standard architecture, user involvement, high quality software, etc.- as the necessary ones. It also found through ANOV A that organizational characteristics highly influences the critical success factors of IS the corporations face.

Arteriovenous fistula of uterus is a very rare cause of massive uterine bleeding. However, it is important to make a rapid and precise diagnosis when it does occur, because life-threatening massive vaginal bleeding may occasionally be a symptom of this disease. Uterine curettage or surgical trauma can cause vascular abnormalities, including pseudoaneurysms, acquired ateriovenous malformations, ateriovenous fistulas, and rupture of vessels. The diagnosis is made by angiography, and gray scale ultrasonography, color and duplex doppler ultrasonography, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging is helpful. Ultrasonography is the most commonly performed initial imaging examination for evaluation of abnormal uterine bleeding. Color and duplex Doppler US is an appropriate modality for the detection and diagnosis of uterine ateriovenous malformations and for follow-up after embolization. Transcatheter embolization has replaced hysterectomy as the treatment of choice in women wish to retain thier fertility. A case of arteriovenous malformation of the uterus which was diagnosed by ultrasonography. So reported this case with a brief review of the literature.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) have been fabricated by deposition of an organic semiconductor on inorganic dielectric layers like SiO<SUB>2</SUB>. However, inorganic oxide dielectrics have hydrophilic surface properties, which interrupts the growth of organic semiconductors with highly aligned and π-extended domains, and provide many absorbing sites for moisture that work as trap sites for charge carriers. To overcome this problem, a proper surface-treatment method is required to improve the morphology of organic semiconductors. In this study, we treat SiO<SUB>2</SUB> dielectrics with polystyrene (PS) and Cytop (a fluorinated cross-linkable polymer) to tune the surface properties when fabricating pentacene-based bottom-gate top-contact OFETs, and analyzed the influence of surface functionalization on the growth of the pentacene crystals under different deposition conditions and electrical device characteristics. By comparing the morphological features of pentacene with the device characteristics, the effect of hydrophobicity on the morphology of the pentacene polymorph, strongly related to the charge-transport mechanism, could be described.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Interfacial characteristic between active and dielectric layer is significant parts in morphological and electrical property in OFETs. </LI> <LI> Morphological structure of pentacene was investigated according to the hydrophobicity with PS and Cytop surface modification. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Poly(chloro-p-xylene), or Parylene-C, is a polymeric insulating material that has good physical and chemical properties, such as a high dielectric strength, a pin-free surface, and good mechanical/chemical stability, but is difficult to apply to top-contact-structured OFETs since its hydrophobic and very rough surfaces hinder the growth of organic semiconductor crystals and promote the formation of interface traps. Herein, we applied a blend of PS and TIPS-PEN dissolved in 1,2,3,4 tetrahydronaphthalene to overcome these limitations of Parylene-C. To confirm the influence of this system, we analyzed the morphologies of crystals grown on Parylene-C surfaces modified by various organic and polymer materials, including methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, hexamethyldisilazane, and dimethylchlorosilane-terminated polystyrene. Our investigation showed the ability of the PS:TIPS-PEN blend system to be used to overcome the above-described limitations of Parylene-C, and to manufacture top-contact OFETs displaying stable operation under gate-bias stress. Notably, we applied Parylene-C and this blend system in practical flexible OFETs that displayed highly stable properties.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Parylene-C film fabricated by CVD methods is characterized as gate insulating materials. </LI> <LI> Bottom gate top contact OFETs on hard/flexible substrate fabricated with TIPS-PEN: PS blend system and CVD based Parylene-C are reported. </LI> <LI> Morphological structure of TIPS-PEN is investigated using the tools including CPOM, SEM, AFM and 2D-GIXD. </LI> <LI> The OFETs show the mobility of 0.32, and 0.21 cm<SUP>2</SUP>/V in hard and flexible device type with negligible hysteresis both case. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>
