노년사회학 분야의 여러 주제들 중에서도 최근에 활발히 논의되고 있는 주제는 노인들에게 다양한 도움을 주는 사회적 후언망의 활용에 관한 것이다. 사회적 후원망(family support network)과 비가족후원망(non-family support network)으로 나누어 볼 수 있겠는데, 이글의 주요 목적은 1981년 뉴욕시거주 교포노년층 사회조사자료를 활용하여 양자가 서로 어떻게 관련되는가를 실증적으로 검토하는데 있다. 이 연구에서 검토될 두가지 작업가설을 구체적으로 밝히면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노부모와 자녀간의 상호작용 수준이 감소되면, 보상기제가 작용하여 노부모는 각종의 후원. 도움을 얻고자 비가족후원망을 형성 활용하려 할 것이다. 둘째, 미국거주기간이 늘어남에 따라서 노부모는 점차 기혼자녀와의 별거를 희구하게되고 그 대신 비가족후원망을 형성 활용하려 할 것이다. 자료 분석 결과 이러한 두 가설을 지지하는 경험적 단서가 확보되었다. 즉, 상관관계 및 희귀 분석 결과 가족-비가족간의 상호작용 수준은 서로 부(negative)의 관계를 가짐이 드러났으며, 사회적 후원망의 유형에 따른 적응문제의 심각도를 비교한 결과 가족-비가족후원망 둘 중에서 어느 하나에 의존할 때 적응문제는 덜 심각한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 이민 초기에는 기혼자녀와 동거하되 비가족후원망에의 의존도가 낮았지만, 시간이 경과함에 따라 노인들은 기혼자녀와 따로 살면서 비가족후원망을 형성 활용하는 경향을 보였다.

1. The author summaries the ranks and location of the Kyung Nam area industry in Korea, and takes a general survey of the complex stated and problems. Describing the direction of industrialization policy on the basis of the central government policy, the author prospects the industrialization of the Kyung Nam area. The objectives of this research are to offer data which is required to collect and control industrial economic policy and to bring attention to this so that an effect on industry development of this area takes place. 2. The methodology of this study: 1) Search actual condition of the complex, the condition of location and various problems by way of surgical survey and field investigation. 2) Discuss the above problems though seminars and meetings with relatives. 3. The contents 1) Discuss the ranks of Kyung Nam area industry in Korea 2) Research and analysis actual condition of complex formation in this area. 3) Derive the bottlenecks and propose the revision. 4) Prospect the vision of development and offer basic data required plan industrial policy. 4. the urgent problems that should be solved are settlement and reformation of Masan area, deriving industrialization of the North West area, driving intensifying industrialization of existing the five complex, and inducement of a plant to rural area.

Chlorambucil 투여로 인한 Atrophic Liver에서의 Apoptosis 출현에 관한 연구

A successive intraperitoneal injection of chlorambucil at a dose of 24mg/kg per day caused progressive liver weight loss associated with hepatic cell atrophy. In the present study the occurence of apoptosis in the atrophic liver following daily administration of chlorambucil for 7 or 14days was studied in male A/J Swiss Albino mice. Quantitative evaluation of volume change of hepatocyte from histologic examination showed decrease 44% and 38%, respectively, in comparison to control. The incidence of apoptotic bodies was found to be markedly increased on the 7th day of chlorambucil treatment, a time period when the liver is atrophy. Very few apoptotic bodies were observed in control animals or in at 14days, a time point when the liver is normal and massive lytic cell necrosis.

In order to allow separate design and action of modules and reliability of data structure, the separation of the environments is a basic step. We assume that separation of environments lies in the concepts of subprogram and local variable. But the passage by reference makes the external memory locations-where actual parameters are stored-directly accessible inside the subroutine they are passed to. In this study we examine the features of the passage by reference and suggest the technique to prevent the side-effect.

Chlorambucil이 Mouse 심근 조직에 미치는 영향에 대한 실험적 연구

The cardiotoxic effects of high dosage (20㎎/Kg) of chlorambucil (CA) given inrperitoneal injection were evaluted for each time interval (1, 3, 4, and 14 day) in 162-days ald A/J Swiss Ablino mice. Histological alterations of myocarcium reveal thet during the early stage (3 day) of CA administration there is “wavy myocardium”. In CA adiministration for 7 days, myocardial changes included vacuolar degeneration and occur ence of contraction bands. More advanced myo-cardial lesions are characterized by myofibrillar loss, separation of intercalared disc and interstitial fibrosis. With lapse of time, these morphological changes were developed. In histochemical studies, the number of glycogen granules in myocardium showed decrease with time. Myocardial lipid deposition stained by Oil-red-O was significantly increase in vaculoar and perivacuolar region of mice receiving for 14 days of administration. Myocardial calcium concentration was a slight increase in 14 days administration. Significant increase of serum creatine phosphokinase preceded the severe histological alteration and CPK values returned to control ranges in 14 days of administration. This which was combined with the function of the myocardium at serum CPK level, may play an important parameter to cardiotoxicity.

The economic impact on the environment and human health caused by conventional chemical intensive agriculture is causing scientist to re-assess the development of agricultural systems. Pesticides and processed chemical fertilizers have been shown to becausing environmental disruption which will nudermine the resource base on which agriculture production depends. The rise of sustainale agriculture, integrated pest management, organic agriculture, and other forms of alternative agriculture are a result of varmers and researchers searching for new solutions to the problem of food production which does not endanger the all important agriculture are a result of farmers and researchers endanger the all important agriculture resource base. Organic agriculture is one approach which has been developing more quickly in recent years with increasing consumer purchasing power. Organic agriculture has shown itself to be sa or more profitable, and in many cases as productive as conventional agricultural methods on some crops. Further development of organic agriculture, and low-input agriculture will require further modification of policies which overwhelmingly support high imput, chemical intensive agriculture.
