        Is it possible to transform society through education? Apple raises this issue in his book "Can Education Change Society?" Before answering this question, I first review Kang Sung-hoon’s questions, "Is it possible for us to understand through education", "Who is educating?" and "Who is educated by the first educator?" And I consider the issues of the introduction of the public education system and a relationship between education as a tool for the reproduction of ideology and the bourgeois class. And then the possibility and limitations of education as a tool for social reform will be discussed. Apple argues that education is a powerful force in social change, with education linked to political, economic and cultural movements. However, it is criticized that it is merely a systematic refinement of our movement. In the end, social transformation must begin with a radical transformation of the production system called capitalism.

        After a collapse of socialistic states conservative thinkers have popularized a concept 'end of history'. This concept has been interpreted a final victory of capitalistic states, But, it is false, because a development of society and life of a organim is not equal. Now many sociologist accept a topic 'disappearance of industrial society' as 'the coming of Information Age'. On the contrary, I emphasize that the coming of Information Age don't mean 'the end of Work Society'. In the change of industrial relations and the disappearance of class consciousness a concept 'work' is not a old mode of Social Science. It is good for analysis of social problems. Therefore, I emphasize that a concept 'work' in the modern society need a new interpretation.

      • 다운증아의 단기기억(시각 회상기억과 청각 재인기억)에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to determine if there is significant differences between Down Syndrome children and normal children in visual recall memory and auditory recognition memory. 20 Down Syndrome children and 20 normal children were selected foir this study. In visual recall memory, a number was presented to subjects for about 1 second visually and then subjects were required to recall it. Group(2) design was used. The data was analyzed by T-test. The result was as follows: There was no difference between Down Syndrome children and normal children in visual recall memory. In auditory recognition memory, a number was presented to subjects for about 1 second auditorily and then subjects were required to select it among three items. Group(2) design was used. The data was analyzed by T-test. The result was as follows: There was no difference between Down Syndrome children and normal children in auditory recognition memory.

      • 약관해석의 원칙

        Wie die Überschrift des § 4 AGBF (§ 305b BGB n.F.) und § KAGBG ""Vorrang der Individualabrede"", die Entste- hungsgeschichte der koreanischen Vorschrift und der Vergleich des Wortlautes der beiden Vorschriften zeigen, stimmt der sog. ""Grundsatz des Vorrangs der Individual- abrede"" funktional in beiden Rechtsordnungen weitgehend überein. § 5 AGBG (§ 305c Ⅱ BGB n.F.) und § 5 Abs. 2 KAGBG enthalten die ""Unklarheitenregel"". Um zum kundengünstigen Ergebnis zu kommen, gebietet die Unklarheitenregel beider AGB-Gesetze die kundenfreundliche oder kundenfeindliche Bedeutungsalternative danach zu finden, jenachdem, ob die Klausel dem Kunden Rechte gewährt oder beschneidet und ob sie Wirksamkeit oder Unwirksamkeit in Fage kommt. Die nach Erlaß des AGBG in Deutschland herausgebildeten Grundsätze der ""kundenfeindlichen Auslegung"" im Verbands- prozeß können grundsätzlich auch auf Grund der gleichen Zielrichtung der abstrakten Inhaltskontrolle in Korea Anwendung finden. Ausdrücklich regelt das KAGBG in § 5 Abs. 1 weitere Grundsätze der ""objektiven · einheitlichen Auslegung"" der AGB. Danach sind AGB ""nach dem Grundsatz von Treu und Glauben redlich"" (Satz 1) und ""nicht gegenüber jedem einzelnen Kunden unterschiedlich"" (Satz 2) auszulegen. Eine solche gesetzliche Regelung ist im AGBG nicht ausdrücklich erwähnt, dennoch gilt der vor Erlaß des AGBG von der Literatur und Rechtsprechung entwickelte ""Grund- satz der objektiven Auslegung der AGB"" weiter. Bei der Auslegung der AGB kommt es danach, abweichend von der Auslegung der Individualabrede, nicht auf den Willen und die Vorstellungen der konkreten Vertragsparteien, sondern auf die, der an derartigen Geschäften typischerweise betei- ligten Verkehrskreise an. Da der koreanische Gesetzgeber aus dem Charakter der AGB gleicherweise die sog. ""objek- tive Auslegung der AGB"" im Gesetz kodifiziert, liegt ein nennenswerter Unterschied insoweit nicht vor. Entsprechend der spürbaren Tendenz in der deutschen Lehre zur ""Abkehr vom Restriktionsprinzip"", wurde in Korea zu Recht auf die Kodifikation der restriktiven Auslegung von AGB bei dem Gesetzgebungsverfahren verzichtet. Zusammenfassend läßt sich feststellen, daß hinsichtlich der Auslegungsgrundsätze der AGB zwischen beiden Rechtsordnungen kein wesentlicher Unterschied besteht.

      • 행정지식관리시스템의 성공요인에 대한 탐색연구

        Until the past few years, most of the Knowledge, experience, and learning about knowledge Management System(KMS) have been accessible to only a few practitioners. KMS is an Emerging discipline With many ideas yet to be tested, many issues yet to be resolved, and much yet to be discovered. KM involves the identification and analysis of available and required knowledge, and the subsequent planning and control of actions to develop Knowledge assets so as to fulfil organization objectives. And the KMS is a system for more systematic development and operation of a set of processes that are mainly pursuing the organizations goals related to Knowledge. The Knowledge Management depended on creative Knowledge activities consists of Knowledge Management process, information technology, and culture of organizations etc. Accordingly, the purpose of this thesis was to discuss the success factors on Public Knowledge Management System. This study reviewed various considerations in its definition, type, Knowledge dimensions, process, and efficient implementation, investigation of literatures.

      • 주민유형과 주민참여 상관성

        The goal of this study is to find the relationship between the type of citizenship and the level of citizen participation in local politics. The researcher have classified eight types of citizenship through the literature review. Those are ①the don't care ②the traditional ③the power-seeker ④the self-regulator ⑤the alienated ⑥the obliging ⑦the against ⑧the royal. Findings are as follows. The first is that the self-regulator shows the highest participation level, and the power-seeker shows the lowest level. The second is that the obedience shows the highest participation level, and the alienated shows the lowest level. These findings were significantly supported by statistics.

      • 작업장실태와 노동자의식 : 현대자동차의 사례

        The purpose of this paper is to examine and show through a case study of the Hyundai Automobile, Ulsan plant that the worker have been to be placed in a kind of situation and the worker have been having a kind of consciousness. The analytical method that this paper adopts is it on in-depth interview. Its method aims at the value-orientation of union members against work, life and a labor union activity. The value-orientation of union members is the important factor which decides the character of labor relation. I found the facts following. Firstly, the union member is to come to share at two layer; The layer which a moderate line, they pursue the compatibility of work and their life. The layer which a hard line, they demand improvement of wages and working conditions strongly, the money they are intention, against the company and the labor union they are participating means. Secondly, the worker does not act like former times as the worker who is obedient, against the company and the labor union, as the worker who becomes independent they are acting. Therefore, labor relation of hereafter will be decided according as the general union member as the subject which becomes independent will aim a hard line, or they will select the moderate line.
