      • 大氣汚染이 飛行安全에 미치는 影響에 관한 硏究 : 화력발전소 연돌배출물을 중심으로 Based on a Pollutant of Thermal Power Station

        본 논문은 대기오염이 비행한정에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 화력발전소의 연돌(굴뚝)에서 배출되는 배출가스를 중심으로 배출물의 화학적 특성과 배출가스의 분산의 특성을 분석하고, 인천LNG복합화력발전소 건설(계획)이 인천국제공항에 미치는 영향을 배출가스 확산 수리모형을 통하여 분석하였다. 본 논문은 6장으로 구성되어 있으며 제1장에서는 서론, 제2장에서는 대기오염의 특성을 규명하고 제3장에서는 비행안정의 영향요인을 분석하였다. 제4장에서는 연돌배출물의 대기중 분산형태를 이론적으로 고찰하였으며, 제5장에서는 인천LNG복합화력발전소의 배출물이 인천국제공항에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과를 제시하였으며 이를 통하여 대기오염이 비행안전에 미치는 영향을 항공종사자들이 인식하는데 필요한 사랑을 제시하였다. The study has been conducted to determine dispersion characteristics of an air pollution affecting on the flight safety. In this paper, dispersion characteristics were investigated analytically and experimentally. The master plans of the HANWHA INCHON complex thermal power station was used for this paper. The study is organized into six parts. the first part presents the summary and a purpose of this study. The second part presents a characteristics of air pollutants and the third part involves the factors of flight safety. the fourth part analyzed the dispersion characteristics of combustion pollutants and the fifth part performed the cae study on the air pollution affecting on the flight safety. Finally this study is focused on providing for guidelines to airmen for the purpose of the flight safety especially with respect of air pollution.

      • ICAO체제에서의 다자간 항공자유화의 추진배경

        1944년 시카고 조약을 중심으로 운영되어온 ICAO체제는 각국의 영공주권원칙에 기초하고 있다. ICAO 체제하에서 각국은 자국내의 항공운송에 대한 통제권을 행사하여 왔고, 국가간의 항공운송은 해당 영공국가의 허가를 받아 이루어져 왔다. 특히 각국은 국제항공운송을 위해 당사국들간의 양자협정을 통해서 상호 항공운송권을 교차 허가하는 방식을 택하여 왔다. 그러나 최근에는 각국의 항공운송권을 더 이상 양자협정방식에 의해서 허용하는 것이 아니라, 다자간 협정에 의해서 허용함으로써, 각국의 항공운송시장을 자유화하는 것이 항공사의 이익과 여객의 편의 및 경제적 이익을 위해 필요하다는 주장이 강력히 제기되고 있다. 이는 미국 및 유럽을 비롯한 주요 선진국들의 항공정책에서도 어느 정도 수용되고 있는 추세이다. 이에 ICAO는 미래의 국제항공질서의 재편 차원에서 다자간 항공 자유화에 관한 수차례의 국제회의를 개최한 바 있으며, 현재 가장 바람직한 질서의 구축을 위한 의견을 수렴하고 있다. 본 연구는 다자간 항공자유화의 최근 동향을 분석하여 우리 나라의 국제항공정책의 수립을 위한 정책자료를 제공하고자 한다. 구체적으로 현재의 다자간 국제항공질서의 형성과정과 그 주요 내용을 정리하여, 향후 전개될 항공질서의 재편의 향배를 예측하고자 하였으며, 아울러 ICAO가 개최한 주요 국제회의에서 표명된 국제항공질서의 진로에 관한 전문가들의 의견과 각국의 국제 항공정책을 분석하고 있다. 또한 그러한 분석을 바탕으로 하여 우리나라의 대응방안에 관한 정책 제안을 담고 있다. The ICAO system established by the Chicago Convention of 1944 based upon the solemn recognition of the sovereign right of each State over air space, within which each State is entitled to have the right of controlling air transport within his own territory. This made the bilateral air transport agreement between each State be a common legal form of allowing air transport right to the carriers of the other side. However, multilateral approach for liberalizing the world air transport market is strongly put forward around aviation community. It is claimed that multilateral agreement is a better form of assuring the interest of air carriers as well as passengers than bilateral agreement. Some major powers, such as U.S.A. and member of European Union, have shown their positive attitude toward that approach. In such context, The ICAO has convened recently a few international conference. Taking into consideration such recent development in this field, we illuminate the formation and status of current international air transport order, and analyze the major States' air transport policy in order to allow more reliable prevision of future development.

        초우량운송기업의 서비스전략에 관한 연구 : 항공운송기업을 중심으로 Based on Airlines

        The study proved the fitness between competitive strategy and service operation strategy of service companies. The competitive strategy of a corporation is a major strategy playing the role of bridge linking both corporate strategy and functional strategy. And it is a choice of method how to win competitors in given area. There have been such a specific methodologies for acquiring competitive advantage as Porters competitive strategy, Miles and Snows adaptive strategy, and Life cycle strategy. But, many scholars have pointed that its more important for high corporate performance to determine the competitive strategy of a corporation fitting the external environment and internal structure. So its needed for successful cost-leadership or differentiation strategy to differentiate organizational function, resources, and various organizational factors. But there have been no methodologies or practical guidelines fitting competitive strategy, corporate structure, and external environment in sprite do service corporations growth. So, the study proved the fitness between competitive strategy and service operation structure in Airlines after selecting service structural elements necessary for strategic management.

      • 이중 게이트 MESFET를 이용한 M/W 광대역 귀환 증폭기 설계

        In this paper a broadband MIC feedback amplifier was designed at X-band using the dual-gate GaAs MESFET. Microstrip line was used to match into a 50Ω input and output terminals on the substrate with relative permittivity (Er=2.3). In order to obtain broad bandwidth feedback system was designed and fabricated on the MIC. Especially scattering parameters, feedback elements, impedance matching and gain were calculated by CAD. Feedback circuit contained the feedback resistor, feedback inductor and drain inductor. The theoretical result (10.68 dB gain and 2.7 GHz bandwidth) could be obtained at center frequency (9 GHz). In the experimental result, 8.9 dB gain at 9 GHz and 1 GHz bandwidth were obtained and VSWR was 1.4

        경제가 발전하고 GNP가 증가함에 따라 여러 교통 수단 중 특별한 장점을 지닌 헬기의 수요가 증가되면서 헬기장의 건설이 요구되고 있으며 이로 인하며 헬기장의 입지선정이 새로운 문제로 부각되고 있다. 헬기장의 입지선정에 관련되 요인에는 법적, 경제적, 운영요인과 환경적 요인이 있으며 가장 중요한 것은 헬기장의 공역확보, 토지사용 계획의 승인 및 헬기의 소음에 관한 규제등이 있다. With the increase of GNP, the demand for helicopter and the needs for heliport increase considering helicopter have peculiar merits. Owing th this, the selection of heliport sites stand out in new problems recently. One of the most important aspects of planning and design of a system of heliports is the selection of appropriate Stes. Stie selection studies should be undertaken with the legal aspects, economic factors, operational characteristics, and environmental Considerations.

        To determine the effect of angiotensin Ⅱ(ANG Ⅱ)-induced hypertension on the renal hemodynamic response of norepinephrine(NE), mongrel dog instrumented for checking of renal blood flow(RBF) was followed as the step increases every 2 minutes in the rate of norepinephrine infusion into the renal artery during 5 conditions (C : control, C+PD : control+pressure decompression of aorta, ACEI : angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor, ACEI+ANG Ⅱ : angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor+ANG Ⅱ, ACEI+ANG Ⅱ+PD : angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor+ANG Ⅱ+pressure decompression of aorta) Without relation of increase (C, C+PD) or decrease (ACEI+ANG Ⅱ, ACEI+ANG Ⅱ+PD) of the plasma ANG Ⅱ level when NE is infused into vessel, there were no differences in RBF response to NE infusion between C and C+PD and between ACEI+ANG Ⅱ and ACEI+ANG Ⅱ+PD, which implies that renal arterial pressure(RAP) does not play an important role in controling the renal hemodynamic response to NE. When renin angiotensin system was blocked by captopril without adding to ANG Ⅱ supply (ACEI), RBF can be severe decreased to approximately 90% at much lower rates of NE infusion than occurred when the sufficient concentration of ANG Ⅱ were present in the plasma. As the increased sensitivity of NE did not occur at lower renal arterial pressure, when ANGⅡ was present in the plasma in sufficient concentrations, it seems that protective effect on renal function is possible by ANGⅡ during renal sympathetic stimulation.

        PPARγ modulates vascular smooth muscle cell phenotype via a protein kinase G-dependent pathway and reduces neointimal hyperplasia after vascular injury

        Vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) undergo phenotypic changes in response to vascular injury such as angioplasty. Protein kinase G (PKG) has an important role in the process of VSMC phenotype switching. In this study, we examined whether rosiglitazone, a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR)-c agonist, could modulate VSMC phenotype through the PKG pathway to reduce neointimal hyperplasia after angioplasty. In vitro experiments showed that rosiglitazone inhibited the phenotype change of VSMCs from a contractile to a synthetic form. The platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF)-induced reduction of PKG level was reversed by rosiglitazone treatment, resulting in increased PKG activity. This increased activity of PKG resulted in phosphorylation of vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein at serine 239, leading to inhibited proliferation of VSMCs. Interestingly, rosiglitazone did not change the level of nitric oxide (NO) or cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), which are upstream of PKG, suggesting that rosiglitazone influences PKG itself. Chromatin immunoprecipitation assays for the PKG promoter showed that the activation of PKG by rosiglitazone was mediated by the increased binding of Sp1 on the promoter region of PKG. In vivo experiments showed that rosiglitazone significantly inhibited neointimal formation after balloon injury. Immunohistochemistry staining for calponin and thrombospondin showed that this effect of rosiglitazone was mediated by modulating VSMC phenotype. Our findings demonstrate that rosiglitazone is a potent modulator of VSMC phenotype, which is regulated by PKG. This activation of PKG by rosiglitazone results in reduced neointimal hyperplasia after angioplasty. These results provide important mechanistic insight into the cardiovascular-protective effect of PPARc.
