Cr(Ⅲ), Co(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ) and Cu(Ⅱ) complexes with polyethyleneimine(PEI) as ligands have been prepared in absolute ethanol, and the structures of the complexes were chracterized by reflectance and infrared spectra. The structures of obtained complexes were pendant-type and polymer chelate type. [Cr(H₂O)₄ CI(PEI)CI₂] with pendant-type was insoluble in organic solvents, acids, DMF and DMSO, another complexes, [Co(PEI)]CI₂ [Ni(PEI)]CI₂ and [Cu(PEI)]CI₂ with polymer chelate were soluble in water. Especially, in aqueous solution, chlorides of [Ni(PEI)]CI₂ was substituted by H₂O.

이상의 실험결과로 보아 중합체 리간드 사슬에 치환기가 있거나, 분자량이 큰 중합체 리간드는 금속착물의 촉매작용을 증가시키는 것을 알 수 있으며, 치환기의 크기를 변화시키거나 증합체의 분자량을 조절함으로써 금속착물의 촉매작용을 조절할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 메틸기보다 더 큰 알킬기(에틸,n-프로필 등)를 가졌거나 여러가지 분자량을 가진 중합체 리간드로 된 금속착물의 합성 및 촉매활성도 조사가 현재 진행중에 있으며 이 실험결과는 이미 합성된 PPI 리간드의 분자량과 함께 다음의 완보에 발표될 것이다.

we present preliminary turning range of grating external-cavity semiconductor laser expected from simple models of laser gain spectra and an external-cavity laser. It is experimentally shown that the lasing waelength can be tuned up to 9 nm at the power mode coupling factor β = 0.35 with any coating on the laser facet.

The paramagnetic organoruthenium (Ⅲ) complexes (η^5-C_5Me_5)RuCl₂(PR₃) (PR₃=PMe₃, PEt₃,PiPr₃, PCy₃, PMe₂Ph, PMePh₂,PPh₃, P(p-C_6H₄CH₃)₃, DPPE, DPPB, Py), (2a~2k) were synthesized by the reaction of [(η^5-C_5Me_5)RuCl₂]₂(1) with 1 equivalent of the corresponding phosphines (PR₃). The effective magnetic moment (μ_eff=1.65~2.07 B.M.) derived from the magnetic susceptibility measurements of the complexes (2a~2k) were consistent with the presence of a $quot;$quot;single$quot;$quot; unpaired electron in the molecule. Treatment of dichlororuthenium (Ⅲ) complex (η^5-C_5Me_5)RuCl₂(PR₃) (2) (i) with KBr in acetone afforded the dibromoruthenium (Ⅲ) complex (η^5-C_5Me_5)RuBr₂(PR₃) (PR₃=PPh₃), (ii) with sodium amalgam in diethylether led to th bis (phosphine) derivatives (η^5-C_5Me_5)RuCl(PR₃)₂(PR₃=PMe₃, PMePh₂), and (iii) with carbonmonoxide gave to the carbonyl derivatives (η^5-C_5Me_5)RuCl(PR₃)(CO) (PR₃=PMe₃, PPh₃).

Deep interests have been paid on the application of non-thermal plasma technique th solve the environmental pollution problems. CO_2 is one of the severe pollutants which cause the acid rain and global warming. In this study, in order to improve the conversion efficiency of CO_2, the streamer corona discharge plasma and barrier discharge plasma reactors were made, and the conversion characteristics of CO_2 by the corona discharge plasma and some discharge characteristics of these discharge chambers are studied experimentally.

In Accounting, a new problematic field has been recognized with the development and changes in industrialized society. An accounting system of a multinational corporation emerged from different accounting environments between one country and another. This environment can be summarized as follows; (1) Accounting measurement that affect financial position and management performance of an accounting entity are made by foreign currency, not by domestic currency or reporting currency of a parent company. (2) The exchange rate is not fixed, but fluctuating. (3) In case the foreign business activity is conducted by the foreign entity, separated from the parent company at home, the enterprise activity is done under entirely different circumstances. Such environmental changes in their fundamental effects upon accounting differentiate the meaning of a accounting measurement. Accounting reports by heterogeneous measurements has diminished in informative worth of accounting measurements because there are not secured comparability. Thus, as far as possible, accounting reports should be integrated to one financial statements, identically combined from different home and foreign accounting measurements. The reason that problems of accounting reports of multinational corporation has emerged into a new problematic field is to develop the theory and method to identify different accounting measurements. This paper is to suggest more reasonable directions of reporting system of accounting for multinational corporation, and to explore theoretical foundations of aaccounting report by clarifying the basic problems and characteristics of accounting standards of some countries and their reporting practices. For this purpose, this paper focuses on the discussion of the main subject as follows; (1) The sources and characters of the problems of accounting reports that emerged by the nature and characteristic activities of multinational corporation. (2) Analysis of some country's current accounting standards and reporting practices of multinational corporation. (3) More reasonable model building for accounting report with a view of external and internal management reports.

Ni(Ⅱ) complexes with polyethyleneimine(PEI) as ligands were prepared in absolute ethanol by varying PEI/Ni(Ⅱ) mole ratio. The effects of PEI/Ni(Ⅱ) mole ratio and reaction temperature on the yield of the resulting complexes were investigated. It was observed that two types of octahedral complexes, [Ni(PEI)Cl₂] and [Ni(PEI)]Cl₂were obtained by varying PEI/Ni(Ⅱ) mole ratio from 0.5 to 7.0, and he structures of the complexes were characterized by ir and uv spectroscopy. The solubility behavior of the complexes in various organic and ionic aqueous solutions were also studied.
이온교환체로서 Polyphenylene Sulfide Sulfonic Acid에 관한 연구

Sulfonated poly(phenylene sulfide)(S-PPS) was prepared by the reaction of poly(phenylene sulfide)(PPS) with fuming sulfuric acid. The sulfonation was confirmed by the high intensity band of the SO_3H group at 1190 cm^-1. Thermally crosslinked S-PPS was used for a cation exchange polymer with high thermal stability. The ion exchange capacity of soluble S-PPS(H-form) and insoluble S-PPS(H-form) was 5.16meq/g and 3.50meq/g, respectively. The ion exchange capacity and IR absorbance at 1190cm^-1 of S-PPS were decreased as the curing temperature was increased.
