        유아의 언어능력과 주의집중력, 자아존중감 간의 관계

        본 연구는 만 5세 유아의 언어능력과 주의집중력, 자아존중감 간의 관계성을 분석하는데 목적이 있 다. 연구대상은 유치원과 어린이집에 재원중인 만 5세 유아 총 110명이었으며, 평균 월령은 70.51개 월이었다. ‘구문의미이해력 검사’, ‘K-ARS’, ‘유아 자아존중감’ 검사도구들을 통해 연구자료를 수집하 였고 수집된 자료는 Pearson 적률상관과 단계적 중다회귀분석을 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과, 유아의 언어능력과 주의집중력 및 자아존중감 간에 정적상관이 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 전체 언어능력을 가장 강력하게 예측한 변인은 주의집중력으로 나타났고 이어서 자아존중감이 추가적 예측변인으로 밝혀졌 다. 또한 언어능력과 독립변인의 하위 요인 간 상대적 영향력을 분석한 결과 유아의 주의집중력의 하 위요인인 주의력이 가장 강력한 예측변인으로 나타났으며 자아존중감의 하위요인인 인지적 자아가 추 가적 예측변인으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationships among language ability, attention-deficit, and self-esteem of 5-year-old children(70.51 months old on average). The subjects of this study were 110 children attending preschools and kindergartens. The research data were collected through tools such as 'Syntax Comprehension Test', 'K-ARS', and 'Child's Self-esteem'. The collected data were analyzed with the Pearson correlation and Step-wise multi regression. Results showed a positive correlation among children's language ability, attention-deficit, and self-esteem. The attention-deficit was the predictor that most effectively predicted the overall language ability, followed by self-esteem as an additional predictor. Also, relative influence between language ability and subordinate factors of independent variables showed that attention, which is a subordinate factor of child's attention-deficit, was found to be the strongest predictive factor, and cognitive self-conscious, which is a subordinate factor of self-esteem, was found to be an additional predictive factor.

        정서 단어 부정어가 정서가의 극성 전환 및 약화에 미치는 영향

        오피니언 마이닝과 정서 분석에 대한 기존 연구에서는 정서 단어에 부정어를 붙일 경우 긍정, 부정의 극성과 값이 뒤바뀐다고 가정하고 부정어를 처리하였다. 그러나 지금까지의 정서 단어데 부정어가 발생했을 때 극성이 어느정도 바뀌는지에 대한 정량적 연구는 없었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 한국어 정서 단어와 그 부정형에 대해서 정서가와 각성 차원을 측정하였다. 결과, 정서 단어에 부정형이 올 경우 정서가와 각성 차원의 중간 수준을 기준으로 극성을 뒤바꾸고 값은 약 30~50% 약화되었다. 이 결과를 오피니언 마이닝과 정서 분석 연구에서 부정어를 처리하는 기준으로 제시하였다. Previous studies on opinion mining and sentiment analysis have supposed that the polarity and value of an emotional word is reversed when a negation word is attached. However, there are no quantitative studies on how much the polarity is changed when a negation word is following. Therefore, we measured the valence and arousal dimensions for Korean emotional words and their negations. Consequently, the polarity of valence and arousal was reversed on their intermediate level. Also, the value was reduced by about 30% to 50%. We propose this result as a guideline for processing negation words for studies on opinion mining and sentiment analysis.

        Clathrin-independent internalization of normal cellular prion protein in neuroblastoma cells is associated with the Arf6 pathway.

        <P>To understand the role of clathrin-mediated endocytosis in the internalization of normal cellular prion protein (PrP(c)) in neuronal cells, N2a cells were depleted of clathrin by RNA interference. PrP(c) internalization via the constitutive endocytic pathway in the absence of Cu(2+) and the stimulated pathway in the presence of Cu(2+) were measured in both control and clathrin-depleted cells. Depletion of clathrin had almost no effect on the internalization of PrP(c) either in the presence or absence of Cu(2+), in contrast to the marked reduction observed in transferrin uptake. By contrast, the internalization of PrP(c) was inhibited by the raft-disrupting drugs filipin and nystatin, and by the dominant-negative dynamin-1 mutant dynamin-1 K44A, both in the presence and absence of Cu(2+). The internalized PrP(c) was found to colocalize with cargo that traffic in the Arf6 pathway and in large vacuoles in cells expressing the Arf6 dominant-active mutant. These results show that PrP(c) is internalized in a clathrin-independent pathway that is associated with Arf6.</P>

        The Structural Properties of GaN Grown on Si Substrates by Using Various Annealing Conditions for the AlN Buffer Layers

        We have studied the effect of annealing AlN buffer layers on the properties of subsequently grown GaN layers. The AlN buffer layer was deposited on a Si(111) substrate by using RF sputtering, and different samples were then annealed at temperatures of 700 C, 800 C, and 900 C. Thick GaN was grown using a hydride vapor phase epitaxy (HVPE) system for 1 hour at 1050 C with the resultant thickness being 150 μm. The morphologies of the AlN and the GaN layers were observed by using both atomic force microscopy (AFM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The surface roughness and grain size of the AlN buffer layer was increased by raising the annealing temperature; this was accompanied by an improvement in the two-dimensional lateral growth of the GaN layer. X-Ray diffraction (XRD) patterns showed the typical results expected for GaN (0002) and (0004) faces, revealing a highly preferred orientation of the GaN(0001) surface. However, a residual compressive stress was observed between the GaN and the Si substrate, independent of the annealing treatment of the buffer layer.bp#?

        유아의 언어능력, 인지실행기능, 자기조절력이 음악능력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 유아의 음악능력과 언어능력, 인지실행기능, 자기조절력 간의 관계를 밝히고 유아의 음악능력에 언어능력, 인지실행기능, 자기조절력이 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 연구대상은 3-5세 유아 총 185명이며, 평균월령은 59.87개월이었다. 연구자료는 ‘음악 오디에이션 초급 측정 검사’, ‘수용·표현어휘력 검사’, ‘인지실행기능 검사’, ‘자기조절력 검사’를 통해 수집하였다. 수집된 연구자료는 Pearson 적률상관과 단계적 중다회귀로 분석을 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과, 유아의 음악능력, 언어능력, 인지실행기능, 자기조절력은 정적 상관이 있는 것으로나 나타났다. 유아의 언어능력이 음악능력에 영향을 미치는 가장 강력한 예측변인인 것으로 나타났으며, 다음으로 인지실행기능은 유아의 언어능력에 영향을 미치는 추가적인 예측변인으로 나타났다. 또한 하위요인 별로 분석한 결과, 언어능력의 하위요인인 표현언어가 가장 강력한 예측변인으로 나타났으며, 다음으로 인지실행기능의 하위요인인 전환이 유아의 음악능력에 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 추가적 예측변인으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among language ability, cool executive function, self-regulation on music ability for young children. The subjects of this study were 185 whose mean age was 59.87 months. The measurement instruments ‘The Primary Measure of Music Audiation(PMMA)’, ‘Receptive and Expressive Vocabulary Test(REVT)’, ‘Stroop-like Day-Night Task’, and ‘Self-Regulation Rating Scales for Young Children’ were used to collect data, which was analyzed using t-tests and stepwise regression analysis. Results showed positive correlations among language ability, cool executive function, self regulation and music ability for young children. Additionally, language ability was found to be a significant predictive variable for impact on children s music ability and cool executive function was a further predictive variable. Also, analysis by sub-area showed expressive language ability, a sub-area of language ability, to be a significant predictive variable, with transition, a sub-area of cool executive function as additional predictive variables.

        플립러닝의 전략으로써 질문중심 수업에 대한 예비교사의 경험

        본 연구는 플립러닝의 전략의 질문중심 수업 과정과 플립러닝 수업에 대한 예비교사의 경험을 탐구하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 질문중심 수업을 경험한 B 대학 2학년 2인을 대상으로 하였다. 자료는 2018년8월 22일부터 12월 7일까지 수업 자료를, 2019년 1월 15일부터 8월 25까지는 서술식질문지와 면담을 통해자료를 수집하였다. 연구 결과, 질문중심 수업 과정은 1) 질문 나누기, 2) 질문 해결하기(자체 해결하기-미해결문제는 교수에게 바통 넘기기-공유하며 해결하기), 3) 총정리하는 교수의 시간으로 이루어졌다. 예비교사는플립러닝의 수업을 통해 1) 플립러닝의 전략으로써 학습 노트, 2) 사고를 촉진하는 교수의 질문, 3) 경청과수용으로 조력하는 교수를 경험하였다. 본 연구는 학습자 중심의 수업이 교수뿐만 아니라 학습자도 원한다는것임을 알 수 있었다. 이는 학습자들이 본연의 능동적이고 주체적인 학습을 요구하는 것이므로 대학 수업에서학습 주체를 학습자에게 이양해야 함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to explore the process of question-based instruction as one of flipped learning strategies and preservice teachers’ experiences of the flipped learning class. The subjects of the study were two second-year students of B University who had participated in the class. Data from narrative questionnaires were collected from August 22 to December 7, 2018, and the data from interviews were collected from January 15 to August 25, 2019. The results of the study showed that the process of question-centered class consisted of 1) sharing questions, 2) solving questions, and 3) summarizing. The experiences of preservice teachers in the class included 1) taking notes as a flipped learning strategy, 2) being asked questions from the instructor that actively promotes thinking, and 3) the instructor’s careful listening to and acceptance of students. The study found that both the instructor and learning students desired the learner-centered class, implying that students have active agency in their learning thus, initiation should be given more toward learners in college teaching and learning environments.

        Efficiency to Discovery Transgenic Loci in GM Rice Using Next Generation Sequencing Whole Genome Re-sequencing

        Molecular characterization technology in genetically modified organisms, in addition to how transgenic biotechnologies are developed now require full transparency to assess the risk to living modified and non-modified organisms. Next generation sequencing (NGS) methodology is suggested as an effective means in genome characterization and detection of transgenic insertion locations. In the present study, we applied NGS to insert transgenic loci, specifically the epidermal growth factor (EGF) in genetically modified rice cells. A total of 29.3 Gb (${\sim}72{\times}coverage$) was sequenced with a $2{\times}150bp$ paired end method by Illumina HiSeq2500, which was consecutively mapped to the rice genome and T-vector sequence. The compatible pairs of reads were successfully mapped to 10 loci on the rice chromosome and vector sequences were validated to the insertion location by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification. The EGF transgenic site was confirmed only on chromosome 4 by PCR. Results of this study demonstrated the success of NGS data to characterize the rice genome. Bioinformatics analyses must be developed in association with NGS data to identify highly accurate transgenic sites.
