      • Investigation and Research on Solving the Financing Difficulty and Expensive Problem of Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises: Taking Chongqing City in China as an example

        中小微企业融资难、融资贵问题是制约中国中小微企发展的一个重要因素。重庆作为中国的重要直辖市, 中小微企业的发展也与中国西部的经济发展密切相关。要保持国民经济的持续发展就需要解决制约中小微企业发展的一些关键问题, 其中为中小微企业提供合理融资的方案和支持就成为关键的要素。本研究通过调查研究分析了其中的要素, 提出了一些解决方案, 为重庆的中小微企业发展提供了帮助, 有利于中国重庆的经济发展。 The difficulty and high cost of financing for micro, medium and small enterprises in China is an important factor restricting their development. As an important municipality directly under the Central Government of China, the development of small, medium and micro enterprises in Chongqing is also closely related to the economic development of western China. In order to maintain the sustainable development of national economy, it is necessary to solve some key problems restricting the development of small, medium and micro enterprises, among which the key elements are to provide reasonable financing schemes and support for small, medium and micro enterprises. This study analyzes the factors through investigation and research, and puts forward some solutions to help the development of small, medium and micro enterprises in Chongqing, which is conducive to the economic development of Chongqing in China.

        A comparison of breast cancer survival across different age groups: a multicentric database study in Penang, Malaysia

        This study compared breast cancer survival and the prognostic factors across different age groups of women in Penang, Malaysia. Data on 2,166 women with breast cancer who had been diagnosed between 2010 and 2014 were extracted from the Penang Breast Cancer Registry and stratified into 3 age groups: young (<40 years old), middle-aged (40-59 years old), and elderly (≥60 years). The overall and relative survival rates were calculated using the life table method, median survival time was calculated using the Kaplan-Meier method, and comparisons between groups were conducted using the log-rank test. Prognostic factors were analyzed using a Cox proportional hazards model. The 5-year overall and breast cancer-specific survival rates for women with breast cancer in Penang were 72.9% and 75.2%, with a mean survival time of 92.5 months and 95.1 months, respectively. The 5-year breast cancer-specific survival rates for young, middle-aged, and elderly women were 74.9%, 77.8%, and 71.4%, respectively, with a mean survival time of 95.7 months, 97.5 months, and 91.2 months. There was a significant difference in breast cancer survival between age groups, with elderly women showing the lowest survival rate, followed by young and middle-aged women. Disease stage was the most prominent prognostic factor for all age groups. Survival rates and prognostic factors differed according to age group. Treatment planning for breast cancer patients should be age-specific to promote better cancer care and survival.

        Preventive effect of Lactobacillus plantarum HFY09 on HCl/ethanol-induced gastric injury in mice

        The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Lactobacillus plantarum HFY09 on gastric injury induced by HCl/ ethanol in Kunming mice. The results showed that HFY09-H inhibited any increases in gastric juice volume, maintained the normal pH value of gastric acid, and reduced the damage caused to the gastric mucosa and gastric wall, the inhibition rate on the injury area reaches 63.70%. Compared with the negative control group, HFY09 increased the levels of serum somatostatin (SS) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), and also decreased the levels of substance P (SP), endothelin-1 (ET-1), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-12 (IL-12), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and interferon-γ (IFN-γ). In addition, real time fluorescent quantitative PCR (Q-PCR) also confirmed that high-dose HFY09 ( 109 CFU/kg/ day) upregulated the mRNA expression of copper/zinc superoxide dismutase (Cu/Zn-SOD), manganese superoxide dismutase (Mn-SOD), catalase (CAT), endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), and neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS), and downregulated the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2). At the same time, the results of the HFY09 treatment group were similar to those of the ranitidine treatment group. These results indicate that HFY09 can prevent gastric injury induced by HCl/ethanol in vivo. Therefore, HFY09 may play a potential role in the treatment of gastric diseases.

        Small, medium and micro enterprises play a very important role in China's national economy. They are the main growth point of China's national economy at the present stage and are closely related to the country's economic development. This study has studied the current situation of financing of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in China in the new century. Through the analysis of the difficulties encountered by Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises in financing, this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies and corresponding methods to solve the difficulties in financing, help the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and provide theoretical basis for promoting economic development.

        Carbon capture by alkaline absorbent using octadecyltrichlorosilane modified PVDF/TiO2 membrane

        Carbon capture efficiency of membrane gas absorption was improved using a nearly superhydrophobic membrane. This membrane, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane, was blended with TiO2 nanoparticles and post-modified with octadecyltrichloro silane to reduce wetting. Wetting reduction is important to minimize mass transfer resistance in membrane pores during carbon capture. The hydrophilic TiO2 nanoparticles reduced membrane pore size and hydrophobicity in dual bath coagulation, but they offered active sites for silane modification as proven by Fourier-transform infrared spectra to achieve a water contact angle up to 148.8o. A non-wetting surface near to Cassie- Baxter state was formed due to the nano-roughness of TiO2 nanoparticles and hydrophobic functional groups of silane. The modified membrane showed higher CO2 absorption flux in comparison to the neat PVDF membrane, as much as 114% improvement. The modified membrane also achieved faster carbon capture into water. Furthermore, PVDF and PVDF/TiO2 membranes modified with octadecyltrichloro silane in ethanol (volume ratio of 5 : 50) were less affected by NaOH absorbent, displaying great potential for carbon capture and storage using alkaline waste.

        Multi-size Numerical Simulation of Bubbles on Gas-liquid Two-Phase Flow in a Centrifugal Pump

        In order to further understand the distribution and motion of gas phase in the gas-liquid two-phase flow inside a centrifugal pump, the numerical simulation on gas-liquid two-phase flow in the centrifugal pump was carried out and the CFD method was verified by experiment test. The MUSIG model was used as the multiphase flow model, coupled with the Prince-Blanch model and the Luo-Svendson model to describe the bubble breaking and coalescence process. The influence of inlet gas volume fraction and liquid flow rate on the gas-liquid two-phase flow inside centrifugal pump was investigated. The results show that the proportion of large bubbles in impeller is higher than that in volute. Large bubbles are mainly at the suction chamber inlet and impeller inlet, and small bubbles are mainly at the impeller outlet and volute outlet. From suction chamber, impeller to the volute, the average diameter of bubbles decreases in turn. With the increase of inlet gas volume fraction, the proportion of small bubbles in the pump decreases. Also, the flow pattern inside the pump gradually changes from bubble flow to gas pocket flow and the average diameter of bubbles in each flow passage component increases. With the increase of liquid flow rate, the proportion of small bubbles in the pump increases. Meanwhile, the flow pattern gradually changes from gas pocket flow to bubble flow and the average diameter of bubbles in each flow passage component decreases.

      • Highly sensitive naked eye detection of Iron (III) and H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> using poly-(tannic acid) (PTA) coated Au nanocomposite

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>In the present study, we present a room temperature-, one-pot method for the synthesis of functional poly (tannic acid) (PTA)-based core@shell nanocomposites (core@PTA). The addition of tannic acid (TA) to gold (Au) salt solutions at mildly alkaline pH induced reduction of the metal salts to Au nanoparticles (NPs) while TA was oxidized and self-polymerized before encapsulating the AuNPs to form Au@PTA. Through the use of coordination chemistry, the synthesized Au@PTA was utilized as a naked eye sensor for iron (III) ions and H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB>. In the presence of Fe<SUP>3+</SUP>, Au@PTA aggregated and resulted in visible color change, showing high selectivity towards Fe<SUP>3+</SUP> with visual detection limit of 20 μM. Extension of the approach is used to detect H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> with visual detection limit of 0.4 μM. Observation of the UV–vis spectra after the addition of analytes for the two detection systems revealed an additional peak in the H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> detection system at ∼ 650 nm.         Transcriptome sequencing discovers genes related to fatty acid biosynthesis in the seeds of Eucommia ulmoides

        Eucommia ulmoides is a focus of considerable attention because it is used to produce gutta-percha latex and raw materials for traditional Chinese medicine. The species has also been widely planted for vegetable oil production due to the high content of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) in the seeds. However, little was known about fatty acid biosynthesis in the seeds. Here, we present transcriptome analyses that identified genes related to the fatty acid biosynthesis pathways in the seeds collected 70 and 160 days after flowering (DAF) from two varieties: ‘Huazhong No. 6’ (ALA content of 38.7 %) and ‘Huazhong No. 10’ (ALA content of 67.6 %). De novo assembly generated 96,469 unigenes with an average length of 690 bp. Among them, 11,260 unigenes identified by functional annotation against the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes database were mapped to 117 metabolic pathways. 65 unigenes involved in fatty acid biosynthesis include 5 coding for 3-oxoacyl-ACP reductase, 2 coding for b-hydroxyacyl-ACP dehydratase, 10 coding for b-ketoacyl-ACP synthase II, and 2 coding for enoyl-ACP reductase I. Expression of the nine differentially expressed unigenes coding for major enzymes in fatty acid biosynthesis was validated by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (qPCR) using RNA from six seed stages (70, 88, 106, 124, 142, and 160 DAF) in ‘Huazhong No. 10’. The qPCR analysis showed that expression of these 9 unigenes all changed significantly at 88 DAF. This study provides a large-scale transcriptome annotation of E. ulmoides, which is fundamental information for further characterizing gene functionals involved in the process of seed development.

        Differential Responses to Short-term Salinity Stress of Heat-tolerant Cherry Tomato Cultivars Grown at High Temperatures

        Although many new tomato cultivars with various degrees of heat-tolerance have been released, year-roundtomato production in subtropical lowlands is still challenged by summer heat and an increasing risk from salinity stress. Little information about the simultaneous effects of heat and salinity on growth and fruiting in tomatoes is available. It was hypothesized that cultivars which perform better in high temperatures are also more tolerant to salinity stress. Two highly heat-tolerant cultivars, ‘Tainan ASVEG No. 19’ (TA19) and ‘Taiwan Seed ASVEG No. 22’ (TSA22), andone moderately heat-tolerant cultivar, ‘Hualien ASVEG No. 21’ (HA21), were grown under high temperature conditionsand were irrigated with a 0, 50, 150, or 200 mM NaCl solution for 20 days. Vegetative growth, fruiting behavior,and fruit quality were monitored. Number of leaves, leaf area, shoot fresh and dry weights, and root fresh weightwere generally decreased with increasing level of salinity stress, but root dry weight was not affected, resulting in anincrease in root to shoot ratio in all three cultivars. Yield was also decreased by salinity treatments in all threecultivars due to reduced number of flowers, fruit set, and fruit size. The highly heat-tolerant ‘TA19’ had the lowestvegetative growth and the highest yield under the high temperature condition, but the yield was strongly suppressedby the short-term mild salinity treatment. On the other hand, vegetative growth was little affected and the degree ofyield reduction was less intense with the short-term mild salinity treatment in the moderately heat-tolerant ‘HA21’. The result indicated that effects of heat stress and salinity stress are not additive and differential responses to salinityunder high temperatures exist among cultivars with various degrees of heat-tolerance.

      • Analysis of Covert Network Channel based On Two-stage Condensing Clustering of Density Multilayer

        In order to improve universality of detection effect of complex network covert channel, coarsening clustering of channel is achieved, based on clustering algorithm, with hierarchical clustering in this article, then recognition detection of two-stage channel refinement is carried out in coarsening clustering results of each layer based on density clustering. Clustering method of multilayer covert channel is designed based on density, the effectiveness of proposed method is verified by carrying out contrast experiment on density clustering method, entropy method and  evaluation method; in the end, experiments of simulation example demonstrate that such algorithm is able to quickly and accurately detect covert channel of complex network when the noise is not higher than 20%.
