      • Residue Number System에서 다중비트주사기법을 이용한 8비트 승산기

        최근 레지듀 수 체계를 기반으로 하는 컴퓨터 영상 처리, 음성 출력 등의 디지털 신호 처리 하드웨어에 관한 연구가 고속 저가의 하드웨어 구현에 크게 기여하고 있다. 그리고 범용 계산 컴퓨팅에 있어서 RNS 수체계는 나눗셈, 크기비교, 부호나 오버플로우 검출 등의 어려움으로 광범위하게 사용되어지지 않고 있었으나, 이러한 문제해결을 위해 여러 방법들이 제시되면서 다시 산술연산기 구현에 있어 중요한 수체계로 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모듈라이 (2^(k)-1, 2^(k), 2^(k)+1)을 사용하여 RNS에서 웨이티드 수체계로 변환하는 방법을 제시하고 구현한다. 이는 중첩 비트 주사기법을 응용한 새로운 방법을 CRT변환시에 적용하는 것으로서, 실제 시뮬레이션을 통해 본 논문의 방법이 타당함을 보여준다. 그 결과, 병렬 수행과 캐리 부재의 특성으로 인해 기존의 방법보다 속도를 향상시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있다. Digital signal processing hardware based in RNS is currently considered as an important method for high speed and low cost hardware realization. However, it did not achieve widespread use in general purpose computing due to difficulties associated with division, magnitude comparison, sign and overflow detection. Various researches in order to overcome such problems, make RNS directly comprehensive attentions. RNS have computational advantages since operation on residue digits are basically two methods that are used for residue to binary conversion. The first approach uses the mixed radix conversion algorithm, and the second approach is based on the Chinese remainder theorem. In this paper, the residue to binary convert architecture based on the Chinese remainder theorem(CRT) is presented. This is achived by a general moduli form(2k-1, 2k , 2k+1). Then, it simulates the implementation using an overlapped multiple-bit scanning method in the process of CRT conversion. In conclusion, the simulation shows that the CRT method which is adopted in this research, performs arithmetic operations faster that the traditional approaches, due to advantages of parallel processing and carry-free arithmetic operation.

      • TCP-friendly 혼잡 제어 기법에 관한 연구

        멀티캐스트 및 실시간 오디오/비디오 스트리밍 어플리케이션과 같은 새로운 커뮤니케이션 트렌드로 인하여 인터넷상에서 non-TCP 트래픽이 증가하는 추세에 있다. 이러한 어플리케이션은 TCP-friendly기준에 따르는 혼잡 제어를 거의 수행하고 있지도 않으며, 유효 대역폭을 웹 브라우저, FTP, 이메일 클라이언트 등과 같이 TCP를 기반으로 하는 어플리케이션과 공평하게 공유하지도 않는다. 그러므로 지금과 같은 추세로 나아간다면 인터넷은 TCP 트래픽의 Starvation과 Congestion Collapse를 발생시킬 가능성이 높다. 이를 위해 TCP 플로우와의 공존을 지원하는 TCP-friendly프로토콜이 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 TCP friendliness를 위한 현재의 접근 방법을 살펴보고, 각각의 특징을 알아보기로 한다. 그리고 유니캐스트 및 멀티캐스트에 관한 여러 혼잡 제어 프로토콜을 상세히 살펴보기로 한다. Non-TCP traffic on the Internet is on an increasing trend due to new communication patterns such as multicast and real-time audio/video streaming applications. These applications inherently do not perform congestion control in accordance with TCP-friendly standard criteria, nor share valid bandwidth with TCP-based applications like Web Browsers, FTP. E-mail Clients, etc. This means that current drift on the Internet may produce a high possibility of starvation and congestion collapse of TCP traffic. To deal with the unwanted situation such as congestion collapse and starvation, many TCP-friendly protocols supporting non-TCP flows in keeping pace with TCP ones are proposed and still being developed. This paper comprehensively surveys current approaches to TCP-friendliness and their properties in detail in order to systematically aid researches in TCP congestion controls that are the subject of wide attention.

      • ZnO/Ti 二重層에 의한 太陽電池의 效率改善

        The ZnO/Ti/SiO_2/Si solar cells have been fabricated. The ZnO film was deposited by electron-beam evaporation on the thermally evaporated Ti film. The oxidation and heat-treatment conditions were 500℃-5 min., and 300℃-10 min. in O_2 ambient respectively. The efficiency of the ZnO/Ti/SiO_2/Si solar cell was improved to 10.14% while that of AR (antireflection) coated Ti/SiO_2/Si solar cell was 9.15%.

      • 香氣 Massage 療法이 筋疲勞에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Aromatic Essential Oil and Hong-Hwa Oil Massage on recovery from muscle fatigue. The subjects were twenty four male college students and treated Aromatic Essential Oil massage therapy, Nomral massage therapy, Hong-hwa oil Massage therapy and Non-treated group. After 15, 30 minutes, to observe changes related to physical changes during exercises from muscle fatique of recovery period, it was measured by Electromyogram during thirty minutes of recover period. Two-way repeated ANOVA was performed at the significance level of 0.05 to analyze the data. The results were as following; 1. Considering the changes of reaction time in knee joint extension after exercise, Periods of all groups showed decrease nearly the same. So each period didn't show significant decrease in comparing with other all gorups. 2. Considering the changes of EMG reaction time in knee joint extension after exercise, Each periods and all groups didn't show significant decrease. But Aromatic Essential Oil therapy group showed remarkably decrease in comparing with other group. 3. Considering the changes of peak amplitude during initial phase 100 msec in knee joint extension before and after exercise, Each periods of all groups didn't show significant decrease. Aromatic Essential Oil therapy and Hong-hwa oil massage group had show remarkably decrease in comparing with other group but it is not significant. 4. Considering the changes of mean amplitude during total phase in knee joint extension before and after exercise, Each periods of all groups showed significance decrease. And Aromatic Essential Oil massage group showed remarkably significant decrease in comparing with other groups. According to the above results, it tis considered that Aromatic Essential Oil massage can be a way to help to recover from muscle fatique.

      • 반응성 스펏터링법으로 제조한 Ta₂O₅ 막의 특성

        Tantalum pentoxide(Ta₂O₅) thin films on p-type (100) silicon wafer were fabricated by RF reactive sputtering. Physical properties and structure of the specimens were examined by XRD and AES. From the C-V analysis, the dielectric constant of Ta₂O₅ films was 10-12 in oxygen mixing ratio of 10 %. The ratio of Ta:O was 1:2 and 1:2.49 by AES and RBS examination, respectively. The heat treatment at 700℃ in O₂ ambient led to induce crystallization. When the heat treatment temperature was increased to 1000℃, the dielectric constant was 20.5 in O₂ambient and 23 in N₂ ambient, respectively. This crystal structure was pseudo hexagonal of δ-Ta₂O₅ . The flat band voltage shift(ΔV_(FB)) of the specimens and the leakage current density were decreased with the mixng ratio of oxygen. The maximum breakdown field was 2.4 MV/cm in oxygen mixing ratio of 10 %. These Ta₂O₅ films will be applicable to hydrogen ion sensitive film and gate oxide material of memory device.

        중국 금융구조 변화의 실태분석

        This study aims at analysing China's financial structure change concerning financial instruments, financial institutes and its affecting factors. Since early 1980's, China has entered into 4 stages of reforming financial system coping with market-oriented economic deregulation and liberalization. As results of adiusting the chinese finance system, some features can be summarized as follows; First, banking system of Central Bank of China and other national commercial banks has been extended to various non-banking finance system such as investment trust companies after 1983. Second China's financial assets and installment deposits has increased rapidly to RMB 15,222 billion yuan in 1996 from RMB 3,417billion yuan in 1978 with the growth of the national economy and change of national income structure. Third, there has been increasing finance activities throuth developing various financial commodities and loan systems. Such successful innovation of finance structure seems resulted from the changing financial resource distribution system, ownership structure, profit redistribution, macroeconomic arrangements, and governments' tacit supports.

        와이블분포에서 제2종중도절단된 표본을 이용하여 신뢰도를 베이지안 방법을 이용하여 추정한다. 깁스표본법을 베이지안 추정에서 사후확률의 분포를 구하는 방법에 적용하여 신뢰도에 대한 사후분포와 주변사후분포를 추정하는 방법을 제안한다. 그리고, 9개의 가솔린 정류에서 쓰는 열전달기구(heat exchanger)에 대한 수명시간자료를 이용하여 제안된 방법으로 분석하고자 한다. The Purpose of this paper is to estimate the reliability for the Type II censored Weibull sampling data by using Baysian method. The method of estimation for the prior distribution and posterior distribution is proposed by appling Gibbs sampling method on the Baysian estimation.

      • CdS 광도전막의 제조 및 그 응용

        The Polycrystallized CdS films have been fabricated at the substrate temperature above 200℃ by thermal evaporation method. When the CdS films were annealed at the temperature higher than 400℃, the dark resistivity was increased. From the photoconductive properties of CdS films under 50~1500uW/cm^(2) illumination, the maximum values of I_(p)/I_(d) ratio and photosensitivity were 60dB and 0.82, respectively. The optical properties of CdS films were measured by spectrometer, the optical band gap of CdS film was different with heat treatment, These results show that this evaporated CdS films are expected to be used as photoconductive cells or photoelectric sensors.

        아시아 횡단철도의 경제적 효과 분석 : 중국 동북 3성을 중심으로

        The paper explores economic effects of the Trans-Asian Railway North Corridor(TAR-NC) in the Northeast regions of China. The 3 Northeast regions, called Dongbeisan Sheng(3 provinces composed of Liaoning Sheng, Helongjiang Sheng, Jilin Sheng) possess natural resources and form a large regional economic block. In the 2000's the Chinese government has led a development policy of land transport via TAR-NC. Volumes transported by rail from origin/destination stations such as Erlianhaote, Suifenhe, Arasankou, Manzhouli are significantly increasing. Furthermore, by the fact that the Russian government plans to reduce railway tariffs and the Chinese government reforms laws related to container transport to increase competitiveness of the TAR-NC as an international railway route, the TAR-NC will offer a better package of services such as transit times, tariffs to attract shippers and compete against well-established shipping lines. Europe is the second export/import trade partner for the 3 Northeast regions. The reduced transit times and tariffs offered by the railway route for land movements of containers will enhance the competitiveness of products of the regions in the European market.
