        중국의 제2포병 현대화 전략

        Since the post cold war, China, geared by its recent economic development, has been ushered into the center of international politics for its influence in the regional security. Recently, how to understand China's military strength, its influence and future role in the region became hottest issue. To understand those issues and prepare for the counter measure as well as to recognize the substantial facts about China's increased armament is essential for its neighbors, especially for Korea, China's closest neighbor. This paper is to help understand the essence of China's military armament by the showing the history of its nuclear development and the brief evaluation of the 2nd Artillery Corps, China's core nuclear force. Based on the analysis, China seems to step into 'Limited deterrence strategy' phase from the Min deterrence strategy', while claiming that it is just to protect its national security against US and Russia. However, apart from this argument, China has increased its nuclear capability by extending influential range to target other Asian regions, including Korean Peninsula, while the direct threat from the former Soviet Union was reduced to the significant level recent years. Reasoning that China has prepared for regional conflict rather than counter measure against US Army, China's increased armament might be more significant to Korea in terms of national security, than any other nation since it still totally depends upon US Army in nuclear deterrence and international supportis not so easy to obtain after the cold war. In conclusion, it is the requisite for Korea to coordinate China's involvement in the process of reunification. However, in order to obtain China's cooperation, it is prerequisite to evaluate China' strength in objective manner and prepare for counter measure, adopting substantial method.

      • 폐타이어 담체를 이용한 유동상 생물막공정의 고도처리 효율에 관한 연구

        Organic and nutrient removal was investigated in a full scale fluidized phase biofilm process of 800m-(3)/day using waste tire media for domestic wastewater treatment. Various internal reciculation ratio was set as an operation condition to enhance nitrogen removal efficiency. The process operation results are as follows. Significantly high removal efficiency above 94% could be obtained by the biofilm process in terms of organics(BOD&COD_(Mn)) and suspended solid(SS). Relatively low nitrogen removal of 53% was observed at the internal recycling 100% of influent flow rate. However the removal efficiency could be increased to 70% at 200% internal recycling. The process showed also considerably high T-P removal efficiency of 80% producing effluent concentration of 0.68mg/L for 3.38mg/L influent.

        The dynamic model of the suspension system is developed by using both sky-hook control and output feedback control techniques, based on the performance sensitivity index. Many vehicles use sky-hook control theory operated with only one sensor, due to relatively low cost and easy implementation. On the other hand, output feedback control implemented with state variables has difficulties in measuring such as tire deflection, etc.

        In recent years, there has been a growing concern about the quality of life, especially residential environment as well as housing settings. The research reported in this study examines sources of residential environment and regional development among dwellers in suburban area. In Busan, suburban area had been kept for restricted development zone and have been a growing hopes for advanced residential environment and regional development. To accomplish this purpose, the methods of this study were based to refer to sundry records, and to inquiry with questionnaries. As a result analyzed questionnaires, they preferred regional development and rehabilitation of their housing to preservation around natural environment for the most respondents(78.40%). And it is very important to develop suburban residential area that it is close relation with their neighborhood, community size by 30~100 households, infrastructure. Their preference for regional development concept is garden city and venture town to silver town or so. It is desired that someone carry out further work on the suburban residential area for increasing community satisfaction.

        This study was aim to investigate the preventive and curative effects of human urine through reviewing of literatures on the historical "Materia-Medica" and "Dong-Yi-Bo-Gam(東醫寶鑑)" The conclustions as follows: 1.The urine of a boy who is under 10 years has the most preventive and curative effects on several symptoms. 2.Its properties is cold and its flavor is salty. Additionally, the channel tropism of human urine is regarded as the channels through lung, liver, kidney, heart and bladder in a human body. 3.Human urine is effective to remove blood stasis and hemostasis, nourishing Yin, reduce fever, resolve phlegm, moisten lung and detoxify toxins whthin as human body. It can cure of relieve the following symtomps: blood stasis caused by traumatic injury, hematemesis, postpartum lochiorrhea,postpartum faint, stagnation of Qi or blood in lung, aphonia, vexation & thirst, sunstroke, phlegm-dyspnea cough, hectic fever due to Yin deficiency, consumptive fever, dry cholera, conjuntival congestion with swelling & pains, soar throat due to febrile disease, snail bite, sting by bee or caterpiller, aconitine poisoning. 4.The practical range of the application of human urine to the external treatment and the internal administration is very wide. Especially, it has an advantage in that it can be used as a first-aid medicine, and it is cheap and easily obtainable. 5.Finally, it should not be used for somebody who does not have an appetite, is cold caused by the weakness of his spleen and stomach, and has loose stool or Yang deficiency.

        CNC 선반에서 볼 나사 열변형에 따른 위치결정 정도 개선에 관한 연구

        Thermal expansion of the ball screw can directly affect the accuracy of positioning along the ravel axis in the semi-closed loop type CNC Lathe. In this paper, use of MACRO variables can make the thermal displacement of the ball screw estimated. Also, the estimated displacements of the ball screw are controlled by calculation the interval of pitch error rate in the Numerical Control(NC). Under the constant operating conditions, the thermal expansion of the ball screw was measured to confirm the effectiveness of the compensation method in the CMC Lathe. By using this method the results show that the thermal displacement of the ball screw could be reduced to 20% compared with ordinary method.

      • 山査의 혈관이완작용 기전에 대한 연구

        This study was undertaken to define the effect of Crataegi Fructus on the norepinephrine-induced arterial contraction and the mechanism of Crataegi Fructus-induced relaxation. In order to investigate the effect of Crataegi Fructus on contracted rabbit carotid arterial strips, transverse strips with intact or damaged endothelium were used for the experiment using organ bath. To analyze the mechanism of Crataegi Fructus-induced relaxation, Crataegi Fructus extract infused into contracted arterial strips induced by norepinehrine after treatment of indomethacin, N_(t) nitro-_L-arginine or tetraethylammonium chloride. Crataegi Fructus relax arterial strip with endothelium contracted by norepinephrine, but in the strips without endothelium, Crataegi Fructus-induced relaxation was significantly inhibited. The endothelium-dependent relaxation induced by Crataegi Fructus was decreased by the pretreatment of N_(t) nitro-_L-arginine, but it was not observed in the strips pretreated with indomethacin or tetraethylammonium chloride. We suggest that Crataegi Fructus may influx of extra-cellular Ca^++ through the formation of nitric oxide in the vascular cells.

      • 장기간의 저항성운동이 각ㆍ완근력 및 호흡순환능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the distribution of the physical girth, muscular strength, Oxygen Consumption and pulmonary capacity by resistance Training. The subjects of this study were consisted with 10 adult males. The circuit of 10stations performed on 3 circuits, 3day/week. The subjects exercised at 60-70% of 1-RM, executing as many repetition as possible in 30sec, followed by 15sec rest as the subject moved to the rest station the training program. The result were as follow: 1. After resistance training was increases significantly in girth of upper arm, thigh, lower thigh. 2. After resistance training was increased significantly in grip strength, back strength, arm strength, leg strength. 3. After resistance training was increased significantly in HRmax, VEmax, but non-significantly VO₂max. It was concluded that resistance training are a good general conditioning activity, attends to more than one component of fitness.

        양측 하악과두 골절에 대한 관혈적 정보술후 나타난 근약화와 시력장애 : 증례보고

        The condylar fracture show high occurrence rate in the following of symphysis and angle, because it is easy to have concentration of outer pressure due to its long and narrow anatomical shape and mouth opened state when trauma is attacked. For the clinical findings, there are trismus, opening deviation, mal-occlusion and open bite The classification of condylar fracture is varied due to the location of condylar bone fragment, fracture site. There are conservative and surgical methods for treatment modalities. Because of many advantages, conservative method is widely used it has no particular limits of treatment adjustment but the cases of absolutely surgical correction indication are easily found in clinical experience. Although many methods are suggested for treatments of condylar fracture, there are no particular surgical methods for precise reduction due to difficult accessibility in high condylar neck fracture. For precise reduction of condyle, we used Nam's method. However, in Nam's method, because condyle is fixed when once it is kept off externally reduced in avascular state, so complication such as condyle resorption is pointed out as a problem. In our clinic, we obtained some knowledge by treating a patient who had muscle weakness and vision disorder after temporary airway obstruction follownig the both condylar fracure operated using Nam's method, so here we reported the case with a study of documents.
