A 3D Thermal Field Restructuring Method for Concrete Dams Based on Real-Time Temperature Monitoring

Temperature monitoring and control is of great significance to ensure concrete quality during the construction of dam concrete. In this study, a 3D thermal field restructuring method is developed for the complex evolution process of thermal field in dam concrete during construction, based on real-time temperature monitoring. The proposed method is related to the ordinary Kriging interpolation and the distributed optical fiber temperature sensing (DTS) technology. Based on the temperature monitoring of the Wudongde (WDD) super-high arch dam, the 3D thermal field can be acquired effectively and fast by the proposed restructuring method. The results indicate the temperature difference between the temperature measured by thermometers and the restructured temperature is within 1°C. The evolution process of the restructured 3D thermal field for the WDD arch dam is in good agreement with the site situation. In addition, the uncertainty, cons and pros of the proposed method and the optimal layout of temperature sensors are further discussed. Although the proposed thermal field restructuring method has some limitations, it is believed to be a valuable tool for acquiring the 3D thermal field and thermal gradient of dam concrete.
The Passing of Risk in International Sales Contract based on Cases of China

2015년 한ㆍ중 FTA가 체결되었다. 그 이후 양국간의 교역은 꾸준하게 확대됨에 따른 무역당 사자간의 의무이행, 특히 위험이전과 관련한 분쟁의 증가 원인이 될 수 있다는 우려에 기초하여 본 연구를 진행하였다. 이에 본 연구를 통해서, 기존의 무역계약에서의 위험이전에 관한 이론적 분석과 아울러 중국 의 무역기업들의 관련 분쟁사례를 분석하여 한국기업이 중국의 기업들과 거래하는데 참고해야 하는 특징을 도출하려고 하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해서, 중국 사법당국과 중재판정부의 입장을 몇 가지 확인할 수 있었다. 첫째, 계약체결당사자의 국가 모두가 CIGS 체약국인 경우 위험이전과 관련한 분쟁사례에서 CIGS를 적용하고 있다는 점, 그리고 Incoterms의 조건을 사용하여 매매계약을 체결한 경우에는 Incoterms 조건을 일부 변형시켜 계약에 합의하여도 Incoterms의 규정을 인용하고 있다는 점이다. 마지막으로 매매계약을 구두로 체결한 경우에도 매매계약을 이행하는 과정에서 발생한 증거서류가 있는 경우에는 이를 인정하는 사례를 발견할 수 있었다. 따라서 중국과의 거래에서는 중국계약법은 물론 CIGS와 Incoterms 등과 같은 국제적인 통일 규칙의 공통점과 차이점은 물론 중국 법원과 중재판정부의 입장을 이해하는 것이 필요하겠다. Purpose : Since 2015, after effecting FTA between Korea and China, Trade volumes in these two countries has been increased annually. This trend may be able to raise issue on passing of risk in relation with contract. Thus we would like to find out some characteristics on this issue in trade with China in this paper. Research design, data, methodology : This study analyzed on some sorts of relevant regulations such as Incoterms 2010, CISG, SGA, UCC, and rules in Korea and China, as well as some field cases in Chinese traders related in the passing of risk. Results : In this study, we found some principles of Chinese Arbitration Board and Court that they are trying to apply CIGS where the countries of both contract parties are member states in CIGS and also to apply Incoterms if both parties accepted to adopt one of incoterms in their contract, event though they agreed to modify of meaning of Incoterms. Finally, in case of oral contract, it is accepted in proof of contract if any party of contract could show any evidence. Conclusions : Therefore, we suggest that all the parties concerns contracted with Chinese partners must fully understand relevant international regulations such as CIGS, Incoterms and so on so as to prevent any possible disputes in trade with Chinese firms. Furthermore, it is important for us to note the principles of Chinese Arbitration Board and Court that they would apply to settle the dispute in China.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The paper provides relaxed designs of fault estimation observer for nonlinear dynamical plants in the Takagi–Sugeno form. Compared with previous theoretical achievements, a modified version of fuzzy fault estimation observer is implemented with the aid of the so-called maximum-priority-based switching law. Given each activated switching status, the appropriate group of designed matrices can be provided so as to explore certain key properties of the considered plants by means of introducing a set of matrix-valued variables. Owing to the reason that more abundant information of the considered plants can be updated in due course and effectively exploited for each time instant, the conservatism of the obtained result is less than previous theoretical achievements and thus the main defect of those existing methods can be overcome to some extent in practice. Finally, comparative simulation studies on the classical nonlinear truck-trailer model are given to certify the benefits of the theoretic achievement which is obtained in our study.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> A modified fuzzy fault estimation observer is developed by the aid of a maximum-priority-based switching law. </LI> <LI> The criterion takes the form of an LMI which is computationally tractable. </LI> <LI> The obtained observer design conditions are less conservative. </LI> </UL> </P>

Aim: The significance of the mucinous adenocarcinoma in TNM staging and prognosis for colorectal tumor patients is still controversial. The aim was to provide a meta-analysis for TNM staging and prognostic features of colorectal tumors. Methods: 30 individual case-control studies were finally included into this meta-analysis, involving a total of 444,489 cancer cases and 45,050 mucinous adenocarcinomas, of relations with TNM staging and prognostic features. Results: Compared to non-mucinous adenocarcinoma patients, the TNM IV stage accounted for a larger percentage of mucinous adenocarcinomas (OR=1.48, 95%CI 1.28-1.71, POR<0.001) and the prognosis was significantly poor (HR=1.06, 95%CI 1.04-1.08, P<0.001). After heterogeneity testing, the results was similar to the holistic approach outcome (HR=1.48, 95%CI 1.35-1.62, P<0.001). Conclusion: Compared to patients with non-mucinous adenocarcinomas, mucinous adenocarcinoma patients with later TNM staging make up a big percentage, and mucinous adenocarcinoma is an independent risk factor for poor prognosis.

The high-entropy alloy particles reinforced 6061Al composite was prepared by cold spray (CS) and then modified by frictionstir processing (FSP). The microstructure evolutions, corrosion, and wear behaviors of the composites were investigated. Results showed that numerous micro-pores and cracks were distributed in the Al matrix due to adiabatic shear instability andinsufficient deformation of the deposited particles for CSed samples. The average size of uniformly distributed HEA particleswas ~ 24 μm, and the geometric necessary dislocation (GND) density reached 17.1 × 1015m−2 due to large plastic deformationduring CS. Comparatively, the micro-pores and cracks were eliminated, and many fragmented HEA particles dispersed inthe Al matrix with an average size of ~ 4 μm for FSPed sample. Note that the GND density reduced to 9.8 × 1015m−2 due todynamic recrystallization during FSP. The formation rate of the oxide film was gradually greater than that of the dissolutionrate with the samples immersion in 3.5 wt% NaCl solution from 12 to 36 h, and the main corrosion mechanism was particledissolution around micro-pores and pitting for CSed and FSPed samples, respectively. In the polarization process, the FSPedsamples exhibited low corrosion tendency and high corrosion rate due to the dense and uniform microstructure, low GNDdensity, and dispersed HEA particles. The FSPed samples had better wear resistance than the CSed samples at 25 °C and200 °C. The dominant wear mechanisms of CSed and FSPed samples were abrasion at 25 °C, while the wear mechanismsof these samples were adhesion accompanied by abrasion at 200 °C.
Review in isothermal amplification technology in food microbiological detection

Food-borne diseases caused by microbial contamination have always been a matter of great concern to human beings. Hence, the research on these problems has never stopped. With the development of microorganism amplification technology, more and more detection methods have come into our vision. However, traditional detection technologies presents more or less drawbacks, such as complicated operation, low accuracy, low sensitivity, long-time detection, and so on. Therefore, more convenient, accurate, and sensitive measurement for the microorganism are needed. Isothermal amplification technology is one of the alternative approach containing the above mentioned advantages. This work mainly summarizes the principles of loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) and rolling circle amplification (RCA) which belong to isothermal amplification. Meanwhile, the application of LAMP and RCA in food microorganism detection is introduced.
