This research was surveyed on the talking ability of the primary school pupils. The pupils surveyed for the study were 155 children in urban school; they consisted of the first, third and fifth grader. In this research, the children were to be talked about the story or feeling or the juvenile that had listened or read. Then it was recorded on a recorder and analyzed. The results of that are as follows; 1. 80-percent children of them didn't give a tile to the tale. 2. The story talked by 43-percent children was made no sense at all and by 18-percent children coherently. 3. only 4. 5-percent children talked amusingly about their story but 70-percent children didn't at all. 4. 13. 5-percent children talked the story in which the theme was appeared, but 66. 5-percent children didn't at all. 5-1. In the composition of the content, 17. 4 percent children were excellent and 56. 1-percent children poor. 5-2. In the formal framework, 10. 3-percent children ended their story with only the introductory part of it, another 10. 3-percent children but that, and 51. 6-percent children without the conclusion. 6. The story they talked was, on average, composed of 7-sentence; usually, 5-sentence in low grade, and 10-sentence in high grade. The number of words for one sentence averaged 9. 9. 7. The number of the sentences talked by the total children was 1,068; the most of the sentences used (42%) was the simple sentence, the second (34%) was the complex sentence, the third (11%) was to continuous sentence without leave and the fourth (7%) was the compound sentence. 8. The approach of this study is to discriminate a set of related words of the korean folk song Alilang morphologically and wordformationally. In this investigation, the state of the morphological distribution of a set of the work Alilang and its meanings are found and clarified, and the historical begining of Alilang is also responded. The abstract of this investigations is as follow: 1. We can distinguish a set of related words with Alilang into three types as Alilang, S’Шlilang and Alali. (1) The shape of morphological distribution of 아리랑 is 아리ㄹ앙(alilaŋ), and 아리(ali) is the stem of the word 아리다(alita). ˚ㄹ(˚l) is a stembildung affix ˚l and, 앙(aŋ) is also stembildung affix ˚ŋ. This word 아리랑 has the meaning 아림, 쓰라림(tringling). (2) The distribution of the morphemes of the word 쓰리랑(S’wlilang) is identified as 아리ㄹ앙, therefore, 쓰리 is a stem of the word 쓰리다(S’wlita), and the meaning of the word 쓰리다 is 아림, 쓰라림(tringling). (3) The distribution of the morphemes of the word 아라리(alali) is 알알이(alali), and the first syllable of these is the root(base) of the word 알ㅎ`다, 아리다. The second syllable of these is the stembildung affix ˚l, and the thrid is final vowel of stem of the deverble noun. 2. It is assumed that the period of the begining of the Korean folk song Alilang is the middle of the Yidynasty. This evidence has been recognized that the stem of the work Alilang was derived from its original word 알ㅎ`다(alhata). and the second evidence of this is that Jeongseon Alilang has several old words of the Yidynasty as its word of the song, for instances, 무우다, 남기, so forth.

This paper aims at finding out best design condition by using DOE(Design of Experiment), which is designed to select the optimal preferred facilities for the Decision-Making problems. In particular, The 3-axis Cartesian robot is for handling glass lenses of both digital cameras and cellular phone cameras of which needs are gradually increasing worldwide. The endeffector of robot has a vacuum gripper which can do peg-in-hole simultaneous jobs for 6 non-spherical glass lenses. The repeatability i.e., (±5 ㎛) of an endeffector for peg-in-hole job is of major concern in order to prevent both error motion and interference with 6 cavities. If the end-effector of robot have a big deflection or deformation. This is occurred to problem. so necessary to the Reducing Deflection of Ultra Precision Robot Systems by using DOE.
