        족궐음간경(足厥陰肝經) 오수혈 주치(主治)의 특성(特性)과 시동병(是動病)의 연관성(聯關性)에 관한 연구(硏究) -<침구갑을경(鍼灸甲乙經)>을 중심(中心)으로-

        Objectives : It is known that the five Su points are very useful clinically. The following study was undertaken in order to find out the general characteristic and the origin of the five Su points. Methods: We investigated the relation of symptoms that are treated by five Su points and Shi-Dong Suo-Sheng-Bing(是動 所生病). The main reference book was Zhen Jiu Jia Yi jing(鍼灸甲乙經) and the author took Liver Meridian of Foot Gworeum(足厥陰肝經) as an example. Results : 1. Five Su point of Liver Meridian of Foot Gworeum(足厥陰肝經) treats Shi-Dong-Bing(是動病) of Liver Meridian of Foot Gworeum. It is peculiarity of Five Su point of Liver Meridian of Foot Gworeum, differed from the others acupoints. Symptoms of Shi-Dang-Bing appears with the abnormal pulsation of Merdian Gi(脈氣), and the special feature of Shi-Dang-Bing is the symptoms are consisted of disorders of whole body, trobles of an internal organ, and psychosomatic disorders. 2. In <Su Wen San Bu Jiu Hou Lun (素問 三部九候論)>, it is described the part of pulse feeling for Shi-Dong-Bing(是動病) of Liver Meridian of Foot Gworeum(足厥陰肝經) as ‘A region that is 2 Chon(寸) from the basic digital joint of the first toe’. This region is agree with the acupoint of Liver Meridian of Foot Gworeum in <Mai-Jing(脈經)>, <Qian-Jin-Yao-Fang(千金要方)>. And Haeng-gan(行間) Tae-chung(太衝), members of five Su-points of Liver Meridian of Foot Gworeum is situated the same region. So we suppose that the part of pulse feeling for Shi-Dong-Bing of Liver Meridian of Foot Gworeum is transformed into Haeng-gan(行間) Tae-chung(太衝), among the five Su points.

        전자구개도(EPG)를 이용한 한국어 치경마찰음 /ㅅ, ㅆ/의 조음운동적 특성

        배경 및 목적: 본 연구는 전자구개도를 사용하여 한국어의 치경마찰음인 /ㅅ/와 /ㅆ/를 조음운동적 측면에서 비교 분석해보고, 치경마찰음 조음 시 나타나는 혀-구개 접촉에 관한 정보를 제공하기 위한 목적으로 시행되었다. 방법: 한국어가 모국어이며 발음에 문제가 없는 정상 성인 5명이 전자구개도를 착용하여 치경마찰음을 분절음 차원에서뿐 아니라 단어 내 위치 및 모음문맥을 달리하여 녹음한 후 팰라토그램을 분석하였다. 결과: 그 결과, /ㅅ/와 /ㅆ/는 협착의 너비와 혀-구개 최대접촉구간에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. /ㅆ/에서 협착의 너비가 더 좁고 전체 혀-구개 접촉구간은 더 넓게 나타났다. 단어 내 위치에 따른 차이는 유의하지 않았지만, 고모음인 /ㅣ/ 문맥에서는 저모음인 /ㅏ/에 비해 협착의 위치가 후방화되었으며, 지속시간도 가장 긴 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혀-구개 접촉 구간도 가장 넓게 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구는 전자구개도를 사용하여 한국어 치경마찰음의 혀와 구개 접촉에 관한 정보를 제공했다는 점에서 그 의의를 갖는다. 또한 본 연구의 결과는 한국형 전자구개도의 개발의 기초자료로써 그 의미가 있다. Objectives: The present study is aimed an electropalatographic investigation of Korean fricatives /s/ and /s*/. All data from this study is based on the production of 5- adult speakers who speak Korean as their first language. Methods: Electropalatography (EPG) is an instrumental technique for showing tongue and palate contact during speech. The participants recorded /s/ and /s*/ in CV (/si/, /sɑ/, /su/, /s*i/, /s*ɑ/, /s*u/) and VCV (/ɑsi/, /ɑsɑ/, /ɑsu/, /ɑs*i/, /ɑs*ɑ/, /ɑs*u/) context using EPG and then, four variables were analyzed: row of medial groove (RMG), medial groove width (MGW), medial groove length (MGL), and maximum contact frame (MCF). Results: There was significantly greater medial groove width and maximum contact frame for / s*/ compared to /s/. The difference between /si/ and /sɑ/ was also found in the row of medial groove, medial groove width and maximum contact frame. /si/ was produced further back, and had a longer medial groove length. Also, it showed more total tongue-palate contact than /sa/. Conclusion: A various range of palatal contact patterns were found between typical adults for perceptually normal /s/ and /s*/. The results provided the information about tongue–palate pattern of Korean fricatives /s/ and /s*/. These findings would be utilized to build the basic data and useful information for Korean EPG system.

        개인주의-집단주의 및 귀인양식이 대학생의 전문적 도움추구태도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of individualism-collectivism(horizontal individualism, horizontal collectivism, vertical individualism, vertical collectivism) and causal attribution style on college students’ attitudes toward seeking professional help in Korea. Three hundred and eleven college students(197 men and 114 women) participated in this research. Each participant responded to three instruments; The Attitude Toward Seeking Professional Help Scale, The Individualism-Collectivism Scale, Attributional Style Questionnaire. To analyze the data, correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis were conducted. The result of correlation analysis indicated that attribution style, horizontal individualism and horizontal collectivism were positively correlated to attitudes toward seeking professional help, and vertical individualism was negatively correlated to attitudes toward seeking professional help. The result of stepwise regression analysis indicated that the horizontal individualism, horizontal collectivism and vertical individualism had significant influence on attitudes toward seeking professional help. Causal attribution style didn't have significant influence on attitudes toward seeking professional help.

        미국법상 복수 주체에 의한 특허권 침해책임의 귀속법리에 관한 소고 : Akamai v. Limelight 사건 판결을 소재로

        특허제도는 당해 특허발명의 모든 구성요소(클레임)를 실시하여야 특허침해가 성립한다는 ‘구성요소완비의 원칙(all elements rule)’을 채용하고 있다. 그런데 방법발명의 경우 복수주체가 특허발명의 구성요소를 일부씩 분담하여 실시하지만, 이들 각각의 실시를 합하면 당해 발명의 모든 구성요소를 실시하게 되는 경우 누구에게 어떠한 책임을 물어야 할 것인지가 문제되었다. 특히 미국에서는‘구성요소완비의 원칙’에서 파생된 특허의 클레임된 모든 요소가 단일주체에 의해 실시되어야 한다는 단일개체이론에 따라, 각 복수 주체간의 관계성에 주목하여 직접침해의 하나의 형태로서 공동침해의 성립요건이 논의되어 왔다. 특히 최근 미국은 복수 주체에 의한 공동침해에 관한 다양한 판례와 학설이 전개되고 있었으나, 일련의 Akamai Technologies, Inc. v. Limelight Networks, Inc. 사건을 통해서 어느 정도 정리되었다. 이글은 미국 특허권 침해의 적용법리인 보통법상의 불법행위책임과 특허법상의 침해책임 법리를 개관해 보고, Akamai Technologies, Inc.v. Limelight Networks, Inc. 사건을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 미국의 특허법상 공동침해법리의 전개방향을 살펴, 현행 미국에서의 특허권 공동침해에 대한 적용법리 및 해석 기준을 고찰하였다. 결론적으로 미국에서 복수 주체에 의한 특허권 침해책임에 대한 규율 법리는 유형적으로 첫째 복수 주체 중 특정 주체가 ‘지시 또는 통제’라는 지배력을 가지고 있는 경우, 둘째 ‘공동사업’ 관계와 같이 복수 주체 상호간에 서로 대등한 관계에 있는 경우로 나누어 판단되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 결국 미국의 특허침해책임의 법원인 불법행위법상 대위책임과 공동사업책임 법리가 미국 특허법 제271조(a)의 특허권 직접침해책임의 적용에 있어서 하나의 해석기준이 되고 있다고 할 것이다. 여기서 미국의 논의는 우리에게 다음과 같은 시사를 준다고 할 수 있다. 첫째, 특허법의 제원칙인 구성요소완비의 원칙은 단일한 자에 의해 클레임의 모든 구성요소가 실시되어야 하는 것은 아니라 클레임의 모든 구성요소가 실시되는 것으로 충분하다는 점, 둘째, 미국과 마찬가지로 우리나라에서도 특허법상의 침해책임법리만으로는 해결하기 어려운 복수 주체에 의한 공동침해책임에 있어 전통적인 불법행위법을 책임의 근거로 삼을 수 있다는 점이다. The term "patent” refers to a legal right generated to protect a person who creates a new technical idea to contribute to industrial innovation. The patent rights are only assigned to an invention evaluated as a new, useful, and industrial applicability through a series of procedures such as application, examination, and registration. The acquisition of patent rights means that a patentee has an exclusive right to practice his/her patented invention and that the said patentee has the legal authority to prohibit others from practicing his/her invented invention. In other words, a patentee acquires a monopolistic and exclusive right in his/her invention. In addition, the Patent Act recognizes injunction (Article 126 of the Patent Act) and compensation for damages (Article 750 of the Civil Act, Article 128 of the Patent Act) in order to guarantee the patentee's rights. Meanwhile, the single entity rule has been understood as a rule that was derived from the all elements rule and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit established in the BMC case (Resources, Inc. v. Paymentech, L.P. 498 F. 3d 1373 (Fed. Cir. 2007)). In addition, this rule has been understood as the single biggest obstacle to the recognition of joint patent infringement by joint entity or multiple actors. However, the fact that the ground of the single entity rule is indefinite was also confirmed through the US precedents or the literal interpretation of Article 271(a) of the US patent law. Also, this rule was denied during a rehearing of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in the Akamai case. The all elements rule is applied to determine if direct infringement occurred by comparing the elements of claim in a patented invention and in an accused invention. Thus, it was verified that there is no ground to assume in applying this rule and that only a single entity shall practice all elements in a claim.

      • 동위효소 추가 분석에 의한 누에 품종분류의 재고

        The previous study, using six isozymes with 20 loci, revealed genetic relationships among 303 silkworm stocks preserved in the Department of Sericulture and Entomology, NIAST, RDA. As a part of additional studies, three additional isozymes with 7 loci [phosphoglucomutase(PGM), glucose phosphate isomerase(GPI), malete dehydrogenase(MDH)] from hemolymphs, midguts, and eggs were employed to reevaluate the previous dendogram (UPGMA method). Although the current study supported the recognition of the previous major groups, some minor changes were apparent among the selected 47 forms. This study showed that GPI from eggs and MDH from hemolymph may be important factors for generating a new major group in the genetic relationships occurred by additive isozyme analysis. Interpreting the results in light of evidence from the current study, this may, in the future, represent more reliable criterion for 303 silkworm stocks preserved in Korea.

      • PWM 인버터를 이용한 단상유도전동기의 보조권선제어

        In this paper, an auxiliary winding driving system of single - phase induction motors is described. Starting time variations are obtained by controlling the auxiliary winding voltage magnitude and phase angle, while the motor's main winding is directly connected to the local utility. A variable auxiliary winding voltage phase angle is shown to yield significant torque control, providing starting and braking torque. The analysis includes the determination of the relationship between the auxiliary winding voltage phase angle and the phase angle difference between the main and auxiliary winding current. The paper proposed for adjusting an auxiliary winding voltage magnitude and phase angle. Experimental results of motor's starting characteristics with using the PWM inverter for auxiliary winding power supply are shown. The drive is tested using a dynamometer to experimentally verify the results of the theory.

      • 단상유도전동기의 부하적응형 위상제어시스템 설계

        The three-phase induction motor is rugged, reliable, long-lived, self-starting, smooth-running. But it is relatively inexpensive and three-phase power in not available everywhere, so if possible we need single-phase motor with the same characteristics. In fact, single-phase induction motors have excellent characteristics and outnumber the three-phase variety. Most of the small electric motors used in home, farm, or office are single-phase induction motors of one type or another. This electric motors application field need most energy saving type drive according to enlargement of electronic goods and to tend high class. The paper is proposed a various phase control methods for energy saving of single- phase induction motor. The controllers that are embodied by each method can use by various usage according to each performance and it is considered that application may help in the electrical energy saving because is possible to other electrical appliances.

      • 학습기술훈련이 학습부진아이 학습동기화 자기주도적 학승능력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 학습기술 훈련이 학습부진아의 학습동기와 자기주도 학습능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 초등학교 5학년 아동 중 5개 교과(국어, 수학, 사회, 과학, 영어)에서 평균 학업성취도가 60% 미만인 3명의 학습부진아를 대상으로 학습기술훈련을 적용한 다음 그 효과를 검증하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습기술훈련은 학습부진아의 학습동기 증진에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 학습기술훈련은 학습부진아의 자기주도적 학습농력 신장에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. This research is the single subject research which aims at investigating what effects the study skills training has on the learning motive and self-directed learning ability of the underachievers. For this purpose, five children with the average educational achievement of less than 60% in the five subjects(Korean, Mathematics, Social Studies, Science, and English)were selected. The study skills training was conducted for 50 minutes per session and a total of seventeen sessions were conducted for six weeks. The findings of the research are as follows. First, the study skiils training is effective in increasing the learning motive of the elementary school underachievers. Second, the study skills training has a positive effect on the increase of self-directed learning ability of the elementary school underachievers.

        TiO₂/UV공정을 이용한 수중 MTBE의 광분해 특성

        The objective of this study is to delineate removal efficiency of the MTBE in solution by TiO₂ photocatalytic degradation as a function of the following different experimental conditions : Initial concentration of MTBE, air flow rate in solution, H₂O₂ dosage and pH of the solution. Photodegradation rate was increased with decreasing initial concentration of MTBE. The removal efficiency was 82% after 180 min in the case of MTBE concentration of 100 mg/L but 100% after 180 min in the case of 20 mg/L. Removal efficiency was increased with increasing pH, H₂O₂ dosage and air flow rate in solution.
