        군부대 병사들의 자아상태와 인생태도가 군 복무 적응에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 현역 군 장병들의 자아상태와 인생태도 특성을 파악하고 군 복무 적응에 대한 자아상태와 인생태도의 영향력을 밝혀내는 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 군부대 육군병사 307명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 그리고 SPSS 18.0을 활용하여 기술통계 분석, 상관관계 분석, 일원배치 분산분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 조사대상자의 자아상태는 NP가 정점에 있는 산 모습(Mountain Pattern)을 나타내었다. 둘째, 조사대상자의 인생태도는 자기긍정․타인긍정 유형으로 나타났다. 셋째, 4가지 인생태도 중 자기부정․타인부정 태도에 비해 자기긍정․타인긍정, 자기긍정․타인부정, 자기부정․타인긍정 태도가 군 복무 적응 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, NP 자아와 타인긍정 태도는 군 복무 적응에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 근거하여 병사들이 군 복무에 잘 적응할 수 있는 방안으로서 자기부정․타인부정 태도를 지양하고 NP 자아와 타인긍정 태도를 활성화하는 개입이 군 복무 기간 동안 필요함을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to identify the ego state and life position characteristics of some soldiers in a military unit and to find the effects of ego-state and life position on military service adaptation. To this end, data was collected from 307 army soldiers in a military unit. Then, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, One-way ANOVA, and multiple linear regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 18.0 program. The research results are as follows. First, the ego state of the study participants was the Mountain Pattern, with NP as the highest point. Second, the life position of the study participants was found to be a type of ‘I’m OK․You’re OK’. Third, it was found that the level of military service adaptation of ‘I’m OK․You’re OK’, ‘I’m OK․You’re not OK’ and ‘I’m not OK․You’re OK’ was higher than that of ‘I’m not OK․You’re not OK’. Fourth, it was found that NP and ‘You’re OK’ had a positive effect on military service adaptation, respectively. Based on this study, It requires specific interventions which make soldiers avoid ‘I’m not OK․You’re not OK’ and activate both ‘NP’ and ‘You’re OK’ for their better adaptations while serving in the military.

      • RAPD와 핵 리보솜 DNA ITS2 염기서열에 의한 한국산 전나무속 식물의 유전적 변이 및 계통유전학적 분석

        We analyzed the genetic variation and phylogenetic relationship among fourteen taxa of GenusAbies distributed in Korea using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) and internal transcribed spacer (ITS) 2 sequences of the nuclear ribosomal DNA (rDNA). RAPDs were used for identification of selected taxa by amplification using single 10-mer primers of arbitrary sequence. Fourteen taxa were clearly classified with 10 arbitrary primers, which generated 102 useful polymorphic bands that were evaluated according to the presence or absence of the fragments of equal size. The genetic distance between A. koreana for. chlorocarpa and A. koreana for. rubrocarpa was 0.127, showing the closest among any other pairs. By comparing the base sequences in the ITS2 region of the nuclear rDNA, genetic relationship was assesed among selected taxa. It showed twenty six sites of point mutation (base substitution) in 243 base pairs (bp) of ITS2 region. The G+C contents of ITS2 region were ranged from 58.3% to 61.7%. The value of nucleotide divergence among selected taxa was ranged from 0.4% to 9.8%. These results showed that RAPD and ITS2 sequence analysis was a useful tool for elucidating phylogenetic relationship and selection of specific marker in Abies species.

      • Evolutionary Programming for Designing Independent Cells

        In this paper, an evolutionary programming approach is proposed for the designing independent cells in cellular manufacturing with alternative process plans and machine duplication consideration. Several manufacturing parameters such as production volume, machine capacity, processing time, number of cells and cell size are considered in the process. The model is formulated as a 0-1 integer programming and solved using genetic algorithm. It determines the machine cells, part families and process plan for each part simultaneously.

        흰쥐 재생간의 알콜대사효소들의 활성치

        A study was made on the change in the activities of the following during 10 post-operative days: alcohol dehydrogenase of regenerating rat livers after 70% (median and left lateral lobes) partial hepatectomy. After partial hepatectomy in the rats, activities of regenerating liver alcohol dehydrogenase significantly increased in the sixth day. The activities of microsomal ethanol-oxidizing system in the regenerating liver markedly increased from the third day after partial hepatectomy. However, no significant changes in hepatic catalase was noted throughout the experiments. The activities of cytosolic and microsomal aldehyde dehydrognease in the regenerating liver significantly increased from the sixthe day and the third to the sixth day respectively, but mitochondrial aldehyde dehydrogenase showed no change.

        지금까지 카프 작가들이 프롤레타리아 국제주의를 어떻게 이해하고 실천해 왔는가를 작품을 통해 살펴보았다. 카프 문학에서 프롤레타리아 국제주의는 1927년 세 개의 논쟁을 지나며 한국의 프롤레타리아 문학이 당파성을 자신의 핵심적인 미학 범주로 설정하는 것과 때를 같이 하여 나타나기 시작하였다. 그리고 1931년경 문예운동의 몰쉐비키화가 고창되던 무렵 다시 한번 전면적으로 등장하게 된다.

        The purpose of this study was to compare of the therapeutic effect of the PNF with the shoulder wheel. 14 frozen shoulder patients between 50 and 60 years of age were selected and were divided equally by random distribution into the PNF group and the shoulder wheel group. All patients were treated 3 days a week for 4 weeks. The results were as follows : 1.The PNF group is more effective in increasing the range of flexion at the shoulder than the shoulder wheel group during 1 week and 2 week. 2.The PNF group is more effective in increasing the range of extension at the shoulder than the shoulder wheel group. 3.The PNF group is more effective in increasing the range of adduction at the shoulder than the shoulder wheel group. 4.The PNF group is more effective in increasing the range of abduction at the shoulder than the shoulder wheel group. 5.The PNF group is more effective in increasing the range of internal rotation at the shoulder than the shoulder wheel group. 6.The PNF group is more effective in increasing the range of external rotation at the shoulder than the shoulder wheel group during 1 week and 2 week. 7.The PNF group is more effective in decreasing the pain than the shoulder wheel group.

      • 양어용 사료첨가제로서 감귤발효액 (EM-Fermented Orange)의 항산화특성

        Mandarine orange (Citrus unshiu Marc.) only added with sugar was fermented by effective microorganisms (EM). called "EM-fermented orange". EM was mainly composed of lactic acid bacteria. phototrophic bacteria and yeast. As pH of EM-fermented orange reached 3.5 to 4.0 in the course of fermentation. the incubation was stopped. and then. EM-fermented orange was preservable at room temperature for about 6 months. Composition and concentration of free amino acids in EM-fermented orange were analyzed. Concentration of total amino acids was 167 mg/l. and the relative content of carnosine (β-alanyl-L-histidine) which was well known as a kind of antioxidant materials was very high. 41%. In addition. crude extract showing antioxidant activity could be obtained from EM-fermented orange using some organic solvents. The antioxidant activity of the crude extract was equivalent to about 9% of that of vitamin E by the use of 1.1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) method. It was suggested that EM-fermented orange having antioxidant characteristics could promote the health of fish.
