The Tennis Court Oath fraught with melancholy, horror, and violence is the appropriate site for the operation of the death drive which reflects the death of realism and ontological difference in a postmodern world. As a dissimilatory process the death drive displays widespread disruption, the forfeiture of etiology and teleology. Notable is the fact that partial objects such as shreds and pieces, the products of the death drive serve as a source of Ashbery’s new realism, which employs his renowned technique of fragmentation. The incoherently fragmented words of the poetry impede interpretation through the disturbance of semantics and syntax. On the other hand, as the death drive paradoxically reveals productive energies, the discordant fragments also foster the effect of signification as an absent presence through metonymic concatenation, anthropomorphism, and metamorphosis, while interweaving different dimensions. But it is true that, owing to the traumatic atmosphere engendered by the death drive, The Tennis Court Oath does not relish the full development of multiple meanings, compared with his later poetry.

Today many global car makers are trying to improve Passenger Car’s Fuel Efficiency by the enforced CO2 regulation from a government, and there have often been global warming issues in decades. In 2010, the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) issued rules regulating the the greenhouse gas emissions and fuel efficiency of vehicles. These rules include the GHG credit benefit intended to provide sufficient lead time for manufacturers to make technological improvements and to reduce the overall cost of the program, without compromising overall environmental objectives. These credits allow manufacturers to have more effective transition to the increasingly stringent GHG standards and promote the innovative technologies that reduce vehicle CO2 emissions. The credits are earned through improvements to air conditioning systems that reduce refrigerant leakage or improve system efficiency(“Mobile Air Conditioning” credit) and implementation of technologies that reduce CO2 emission over driving conditions not captured by the standard test cycle used for compliance with the CO2 standards ( “Off-cycle” credit). Korea government announced the eco-innovation program to provide the credits for the innovative technologies that are not covered by the compliance standard test cycle. This paper is to analyze the background, requirements and procedures of MAC and Offcycle credits in US regulation for the reference of Korean eco-innovation program.

본 논문에서는 ZIP 파일 형식을 이용하여 파일을 압축/암호화 할 때의 몇 가지 문제점에 대하여 알아보고 이를 해결하기 위한 방법을 논의한다. 이미 여러 논문에서 ZIP 파일 형식의 압축/암호화에 대한 문제점이 논의되어 왔지만, 그 중에서 본 논문은 압축/암호화된 ZIP 파일의 부분정보 노출과 로컬파일의 변경 및 삭제를 이용한 수동적/능동적 공격 기법을 방지하기 위한 해결방법을 제안한다.

한국에서 통용되는 에너지전환과 에너지협력 담론은 상호 융합되지 못하고 있다. 에너지전환은 일국적 차원에서 중앙과 지방의 관계에 집중하고 있는 반면, 에너지협력은 전통적 에너지 안보관에 머물러 있다. 이런 상황에서 북한과 한반도는 에너지전환의 공백상태로 남아 있다. 한반도 에너지전환은 남한 에너지시스템과 북한 에너지시스템의 만남을 넘어서 에너지시스템이 상호교차하면서 형성하는 연대의 공간을 의미한다. 에너지전환 시나리오 작성은 바람직한 미래를 규범적으로 탐색하는 작업이다. 한반도 에너지전환 시나리오를 예비적으로 구상하고 재해석하는 환류과정을 통해 전환 과정에서 발생할 긍정과 부정이라는 이중의 계기를 전망하고, 관련 쟁점들을 도출할 수 있다. 이로써 한반도 에너지공동체 담론에 대해서도 성찰적으로 검토할 수 있게 된다. The discourses of energy transition and energy cooperation in Korea are not fused together. Energy transition focuses on the relationship between the central and the local at the national level, while energy cooperation remains the traditional energy security. In this situation, North Korea and the Korean Peninsula remain empty for energy transition. The energy transition of the Korean peninsula means a space of engagement formed by crossing energy systems beyond the meeting of the South Korean energy system and the North Korean energy system. Designing energy transition scenarios is the normative exploration of the desired future. Through the reflux process that preliminarily envisions and reinterprets the energy transition scenarios of the Korean peninsula, it is possible to anticipate the double opportunity of positives and negatives that will occur during the transition process and to draw related issues. This will allow us to reflect on the discourse on the Korean Peninsula Energy Community.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the user's preference about the public library in Yangsan city, and suggest the improvements. The main results of this study are as follows. 1. Considering user's satisfaction and the planning standards of public library, it needs to improve the public library in Yangsan city. 2. Among the existing public libraries in Yangsan city, Yangsan Library should be specialized to lifelong learning center and knowledge special center, and Ungsang Library should be specialized to social culture center and leisure physical training center. 3. The total number of public libraries in Yangsan city is small compared with its population size. So it needs to supply 1-2 public libraries additionally now. 4. The purpose and preference of users differ from their jobs. So improvements of public library should be planned considering main user's job.
User-Friendly Interactive Chinese Character Education System and Its Effect

This paper presents a novel friendly and interactive Chinese character (Kanji in Japanese) learning system to enable elementary school students and foreign people living in Japan and to learn Kanji by an interesting and efficient way. By interacting with the network between the client application for students and the server application for teachers, teachers can grasp circumstances of education of all students in real-time. When students select and input characters they want to learn, the client application checks whether each stroke is unbalanced or not, and it is corrected if unbalanced. If there are no unbalanced strokes, a “Hanamaru” is displayed. On the other hand, the server application has two kinds of display modes, to display circumstances of all students and to display detail circumstances of each student, and teachers can switch them anytime. At the same time, the server takes statistics of points where each student is easy to make mistakes and saves them. So teachers can grasp circumstances and trend of all students. Moreover, pen speed and segment division are introduced in order to extract and correct local features, such as “tome”, “hane”, and “harai”, which were a weak point of previous system in spite of the important point in Kanji education. Segment division is a method that refraction points of each stroke are extracted and each stroke is subdivided by these points and is used to correct “hane” and to distinguish between “ore” and “mage”. For both of them, the correction of local features can be realized and the close correction is enabled. Finally, by using the system actually, this system is evaluated whether it is useful to be able to write and memorize Kanji correctly and the interface is really friendly for learners. As a result, since many students feel interesting and useful to learn Kanji, it is clear that this system is useful for Kanji education. And the interface is also a high appraisal.
