      • 一部 農村地域 住民의 罹病 및 診療實態에 관한 調査 : Area under Sam-Wha Medicare Insurance Union 忠南 瑞山郡 三和醫療保險組合 對象地域

        To investigate the status of morbidity and medicare utilization during last 8 months from 1 st Oct. 1977 to 31th May 1978 in the area under Sam-Wha Medicare Insurance Union, a study was carried out through analyzing the medicare records of patients who are enrolled. For the study, 3 doctors and one nurse were mobilized and the results are as follows: 1) The total number of the Medicare Insurance Union members in the study area were 5, 735 composed of 3,000 males (52.3%) and 2,735 females (47.7%). 2) The total number of patients were 1,405 composed of 783 males (55.0%) and 622 females (45.0%) and the incidence rate per 1,000 population was 245.0 of total (261.0 in males and 227.4 in females), 3) Five major diseases with 52.7% of total patients were acute upper respiratory infection (20.7%), peptic ulcer (12.2%), bronchitis (5.5%), injuries (5.2%) and dental problems(5.1%). 4) The order of the incidence rate of age group per 1,000 population was the year group of 0-4 (342.6), 25-44 (312.7), 45-64 (307.0), 75 and over (240.3), 15-24 (178.8) and 5-14 (164.8). 5) Of the 1,405 total patients, the out-patients were 1,361 (96.9%) and the in patients were 44(3.1%) and the ratio was 30.9 : 1.0. 6) Among the out-patients 96.7% of them were cared in primary medicare facilities, 1.0 % in secondary care, and 2.3% in tertiary care. And among the in-patients 50.5% of them were cared in primary medicare facilities, 4.5% in secondary care, 45.5% in tertiarycare. 7) Duration of medicare was concentrated within a week in 84.3% of total patients.

      • 연폭로여성근로자들에서의 생물학적 연폭로 지표들의 상호관계

        For the purpose of obtaining of an effective biological monitoring data in terms of evaluation the health consequences of lead absorption, the female workers in the electronic industry who have been exposed to low-level lead occupationally were chosen as the subjects of our studies. We observed the 9 parameters in not only 305 lead-exposed female workers who have been exposed to lead occupationally also 254 normal female subjects who have not been exposed to lead occupationally. The parameters chosen for this study were as follows, blood lead (PbB), urine lead (PbU), δ-aminolevulinic acid in urine(ALAU), coproporphyrin in urine(CPU), zinc protoporphyrin in whole blood(ZPP), hemoglobin(Hb), hematocrit(Ht), δ-aminolevulinic acid dehydratase(ALAD) activity & ALAD activity ratio(A/R; absorbance at substrate pH 6.6/absorbance at substrate pH 5.8). The results obtained were as follows: 1. The average age of the lead-exposed female workers in the electronic industry and in the normal female subjects were 20.5±4.2 years and 21.7±3.5 years, respectively. 2. The average work duration of the lead-exposed female workers in the electronic industry was 26.4±19.4 months 3. The mean value of PbB of the lead-exposed female workers in the electronic industry and in the normal female subjects were 30.18±6.64㎍/100ml and 21.61±3.84㎍/100ml respectively. 4. In the lead-exposed female workers of the electronic industry and of the normal female subjects, the mean value of ZPP were 36.22±0.69㎍/100ml and 24.64±7.21㎍/100ml, respectively 5. In the lead-exposed female workers of the electronic industry and of the normal female subjects, the mean value of Hb were 13.98±0.57g/100ml and 14.09±0.66g/100ml, respectively. 6. The mean value of the lead-exposed female workers in the electronic industry were 55.07±17.61㎍/1 for PbU, 1.93±0.69mg/1 for ALAU, and 49.74±22.79㎍/1 for CPU, while in the normal female subjects, 44.27±15.76㎍/1 for PbU, 1.46±0.55mg/ 1 for ALAU, and 38.66±17.99㎍/1 for CPU. 7. Among various pairing of the parameters of lead exposure in the female lead-exposed workers and in the normal female subjects, the correlation between PbB and ZPP showed the highest coefficient value.

      • 가공속도와 슬러리의 가공온도에 따른 웨이퍼 폴리싱의 표면특성에 관한 연구

        Silicon wafers which are the starting materials for the industry of semiconductor must be very flat in order to print circuits on them by lithographic processes. Therefore, the wafer polishing is an essential process used in the fabrication of silicon wafers to achieve a globally planar and mirror-like wafer surface. The surface roughness in the wafer depends on the surface properties of the carrier head unit along with other machining conditions such as polishing pad, Processing velocity, machining temperature, down-force distribution and so on. Also the applied down-force is an important parameter of polishing process. This study shows the surface characteristics between the polishing pad and the wafer carrier unit by wafer polishing system head. The experiments were performed to observe the down-force and temperature when the wafer carrier head unit was pressed down onto the polishing pad. To measure the down-force distribution in processing velocity, the experimental set up used the loadcell to get the signal of the applied pressure against the polishing pad in actual processing with detecting temperature in slurry. Thus the optimum condition selection of ultra precision wafer polishing is using loadcell and infrared temperature sensor. The optimum condition is selected to use a result data that measure a pressure in processing velocity. By using optimum condition, it helps to achieve an ultra precision mirror like surface.

        The wafer polishing is an essential process used in the fabrication of silicon wafers to achieve a globally planar and mirror-like wafer surface. The surface roughness in the wafer depends on the surface properties of the carrier head unit along with other machining conditions such as polishing pad, working speed, temperature, down-force and ETC. Also the applied down-force is an important parameter of polishing process. This study shows the surface characteristics between the polishing pad and the wafer carrier unit by wafer polishing system head. The experiments were performed to observe the down-force and temperature when the wafer carrier head unit was pressed down onto the polishing pad. To measure the down-force distribution, the experimental set up used the loadcell to get the signal of the applied pressure against the polishing pad in actual processing with detecting temperature using IR temperature sensor.

      • 도시고형폐기물의 성분분석에 관한 연구

        도시지역에서 배출되는 일반폐기물에 대한 성분분석결과 밀도는 250∼300㎏/㎥, 수분함량은 중량비로 평균 51.83%, 가연성분 42.09%, 회분 6.08%로 각각 측정되었다. 한편, 저위발열량은 주거지역이 700∼1,700㎉/㎏, 상업지역이 2,000㎉/㎏이상으로 측정되어 상업지역이 주거 지역보다 발열량이 높은 폐기물이 배출됨을 알 수 있었는데 이는 수분함량이 높은 주개류의 배출이 상업지역이 주거지역보다 적으며 소비자 포장지로서 종이, 비닐, 플라스틱류 등의 사용이 많은데 기인하는 것으로 생각되어 진다. 한편, 분리수거, 유가품에 대한 자원 재활용, 연탄재 배출의 감소추세 등의 효과로 폐기물 중 불연성 함량은 줄어들고 반면 종이, 비닐, 플라스틱류 등의 가연성 폐기물의 함량은 크게 늘어 전체적으로 폐기물의 질이 향상되고 있음을 알 수 있다. The analysis results of components of municipal solid wastes are as follows : ① Density ranged from 250㎏/㎥ to 300㎏/㎥. ② Water content, combustible content and ash content measured 51.83%, 42.09%, 6.08% respectively. ③ Low calorific value was ranged from 700 to 1,700㎉/㎏ in residential area and measured 2,000㎉/㎏ in commercial one. Therefore, it was known that calorific value of wastes in residential area is smaller than that in commercial area. Also, the quality of wastes was improved by increase of combustible content which results from vitality of valuable recycling, reduction trend of briquette ash generation rate and increase of paper, plastic consumption as wrapping materials.

      • 표면활성화법에 의한 이종재료의 저온접합에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 서로 다른 재료를 표면활성화법을 이용하여 저온에서 접합할 목적으로 이들 재료의 접합 가능성을 검토하고 이들 접합계면에서의 접합 메카니즘을 검토할 목적으로 연구하였으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 10-7 Torr대의 진공도에서도 알루미늄은 알루미나, 질화 알루미늄, 질화규소, 지르코늄 등의 세라믹스와 양호한 접합이 가능하였다. 2) 알루미늄, 동, 은은 같은 금속끼리의 접합이 가능하고, 또 알루미늄과 동의 이종재료의 접합도 가능하였다. 3) 실리콘은 알루미늄, 동, 은, 금 등의 실험결과 모든 금속과 접합이 가능하였다. In this paper considered it possible to bone different materials in low temperature using surface activated method. To do so, It was examined the possibility of bonding different materials and applied the bonding mechanism on the bonding surface. The followings are the result. 1) It was possible that Aluminum could be bonded well with ceramics such as alumina, nitrification aluminum, nitrification silicon, and zirconium at the vaccum level of 10-7 Torr. 2) It was possible that aluminum, copper, and copper could be bonded with each other and aluminum and copper could be bonded with other metals. 3) Silicon was bonded with aluminum copper silver, and gold which were tested before.

      • 실험적 간암 발생 과정에 출현하는 난원형 세포의 면역 조직화학적 연구

        Oval cells have been observed during chemical carcinogenesis in the livers of animals fed 2-acetylaminofluorene (2-AAF), a potent chemical carcinogen. Biological behavior of these cells remained poorly understood with regard to gepatic carcinogenesis. The author carried out the histological, enzyme histochemical and immunohistochemical studies of oval cells in the livers from 80 rats fed 2-AAF for five months. Throughout the experimental period oval cells along with hepatocytes and bile ductular cells were subjected to immunostain for monoclonal antibodies. The antibodies included those to carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA), alpha-fetoprotein(AFP), low molecular cytokeratin(CAM 5.2), prealbumin, and endothelial cells. Alkaline phosplatase(ALP) reaction to oval cells was also evaluated. The followings were results obtained: Oval cells appeared about the portal areas at the 10th day of the experiment. The cells penetrated the hepatic lobule as they proliferated. The proliferation of oval cells was most prominent at the 6th week and then the cells were gradually decreased in number until the late stage of the experiment. There were foci of transformation of oval cells to cholangiolar cells and foci of cholangiofibrosis made up of proliferated bile ductules. PAS reaction was negative on oval cells, where as hepatocytes were reactive for PAS. ALP reaction was positive on both oval cells and ductular epithelial cells. The hepatocytes were non-reactive for ALP. Both oval cells and bile ductular cells showed positive staining for AFP and CAM 5.2, and negative for CEA and prealbumin. Hepatocytes showed negative staining for AFP, CAM 5.2, CEA and prealbumin. However, an impressive finding that AFP- and CAM-positive hepatocytes were scattered through the hepatic lobules, was observed early during hepatocarcinogenesis. The results indicated that oval cells had no evidence of the conversion to hepatocytes in 2-AAF induced hepatocarcinogenesis, and that hepatocellular carcinoma arose not from oval cells. Oval cells showed immonohistochemical characteristics similar to those of the bile ductular epithelium.

        톨루엔 폭로근로자의 요중 마뇨산과 자각증상에 관한 연구

        To study the relationship between the urinary hippuric acid and subjective symptoms in toluene exposed workers, urinary hippuric acid was measured and subjective symptoms questionnarire was surveyed in 93 toluene exposed male workers and 96 non-exposed office male workers. The results are as follows: 1. Mean concentration of urinary hippuric acid, which is significantly higher in exposed group than in non-exposed group, was 1.3 g/1, 1.2(GM, GSD respectively) in exposed group and 0.6 g/1, 1.2(GM, GSD respectively) in non-exposed group. 2. Mean concentration of toluene in the air in the workplace, which is significantly higher in the department of coater than in the department of mexing, was 23.4 ppm, 6.2(GM, GSD respectively) in the department of mixing and 59.8 ppm, 3.4(GM, GSD respectively) in the department of coater. 3. Complained rates of subjective symptoms were significantly higher in exposed group than in non-exposed group in all items. 4. In exposed group, complained rate of CNS related symptoms was higher than that of irritation ralated symptoms in the first part but there was no significant difference and complained rate of irritation related symptoms in the second part was significantly higher than that of CNS related symptoms. 5. In exposed group, complained rates of subjective symptoms were not compatible with dose-response relationship by the concentration of urinary hippuric acid, duration of work, department of work, and age group retrospectively.

        Hepatobiliary cystadenoma is a rate but distinct neoplasm with malignant potential, similar to that occuring in the pancreas or ovary. The differential diagnosis of hepatobiliary cystadenoma includes other cystic neoplasms, primary and metastatic, and nonneoplastic cysts including infective conditions. A preoperative distinction from hydatid disease, difficult on radiologic grounds alone, is particulary important. We report a 38-year-old woman admitted because of intermittent epigastric pain. Abdominal ultrasonography, CT and MRI revealed about 15×10㎝ sized multiloculated cystic lesion in medial segment of left lobe of the liver. Hydatid serologic analysis was normal. But serum level of CA 19-9 was raised above 2400U/mL. Under ultrasonographic guidence, we performed aspiration of the cystic fluid. In the examination of cystic fluid, malignant cell was abscent and cystic fluid level of CA 19-9 was also rasied above 2400U/mL. Under the impression of hepatobiliary cystadenoma, laparotomy was performed. A 15×10㎝ sized cystic mass was noted in the medial segment of left lobe of the liver, and then left lobectomy was done. On cut section, 1800mL of serous fluid was obtained from the multiloculated cystic mass. Microscopic findings revealed a cystadenoma lined by a single layer of columnar epithelium containing some intracellular mucin pools and hemorrhagic infact without evidence of cellular atypism or mitosis.
