異常環境下의 營養問題硏究(第 3 報) : 振動이 成長및 代謝에 미치는 影響 Influence of Vibration on Growth and Metabolism

In this third report influence of vibration on growth and on some metabolism of young growing rats fed on varying levels of protein was investigated. Forty eight (48) young growing male rats weighing about 60 grams were used, grouping to four (4) groups, twelve (12) rats each gourp. They were fed on 8%, 13%, 19%, and 26% casein diet respectively (See the table 1) for the period of 10 weeks experiment. During the experimental period the half number of the rats of each group were subjected to a given degree of vibration for wto (2) hours daily. Observations for growth rate, food and protein efficiency ratios, organs development, cholesterol levels in aorta, total nitrogen, urea nitrogen and creatinine levels in urine may be summarized as follows. 1. Growth was impaired by the vibration in all groups including 26% easein diet. 2. There is tendeney that in higher protein diets, the organs (See table 3) developed more well. And also the impairment of the organs development by the vibrtion revealed less in higher protein diets. 3. Food and protein efficiency ratios were generally decreased under vibration and the food efficiency was improved by increasing the protein level in diet. 4. Total and free cholesteral levels in aorta were increased by the vibration. Ester from/tatal ratio was 17.7% and 17.3% respectively at 8% and 13% protein diets and 54.8% and 54.2% at 19% and 26% protein diets. These show that, in higher protein diets, the vibration doesn't influence the cholesterol ratio. 5. Total nitrogen, urea nirogen and creatinine levels in urine were increased by increasing the protion level in diet a and also increased by the vibration. 6. It seems that, according to the above observations, the vibration used in this experiment influenced, in certain extent, on physical development, physiological availability of nutrients, and on body metabloiam . And it is also though that higher protein diets act some good role in protecting body from suffering from vibration.

두 개의 시선-여학생과 연애

한국 근대문학의 근대성을 규명하기 위한 작업들은 다양한 시도들을 통하여 전개되었다. 최근 그러한 작업의 일환으로 근대문학의 사적영역을 탐색하는 연구들이 증가하고 있다. 근대문학의 사적 영역은 근대성의 중심적은 부분으로서 자기결정성의 문제를 규명하고자 하는 작업이다. '여학생'은 근대초기 가장 특징적인 표상으로서 근대성의 문제가 내포하고 있는 모순적인 양상을 드러내고 있다. 특히 표상으로서의 '여학생'은 '자유연애담론'과 결합하면서 1920년대 조선사회에 내재해있던 양면성과 착종된 의식의 갈등 양상을 극명하게 드러내고 있다. 1920년대 조선사회의 표상으로서의 '여학생'은 그대로 메이지 시기 일본사회의 '여학생'의 모습과 유사하면서도 상이한 양상을 드러낸다. 메이지 시기 '여학생'이 근대 도입기 일본사회의 혼돈을 드러내고 있었다면 1920년대 조선사회의 '여학생'도 유사한 양상을 드러낸다. 두 가지 표상 사이의 차이점 또한 드러나는데 그것은 한국 사회가 안고 있던 민족적 정체성의 문제와 역사의식이었다. 외래 사상에 대한 거부감과 근대성 사이에서 주체로서의 '여학생'은 조선사회의 근대성이 진행해 나가는 방향을 따라 변화해 간다. 근대성의 문제, 그리고 한일간의 유사성과 차이의 문제 등을 통하여 한국문학의 근대성이 형성되어 나가는 방향을 규명하는 작업은 따라서 다양한 문제의식들을 통하여 완성될 수 있을 것이다. 표상으로서의 '여학생'의 문제는 따라서 하나의 다이어그램처럼 다양한 요소들의 균형을 통하여 완성되는 것이다. There are various trials for figuring-out the modernity of Korean modern literature. Recently, one of the trials, some studies that research a private field of modern literature increase. The private field of modern Korean literature is a point of modernity and it intend figuring out a problem of self-decision in modern ages. 'girl-student' is a special representation in early modern ages, it represent most paradoxical problems which modernity include. Especially, 'girl-student' as representation combine with discussion of 'free love', it vividly expose double-faced and confused consciousness of Chosun in 1920'. The 'girl-student' as a representation of Chosun in 1920' reveals similarity and divergence with Japan in Mage. If a 'girl-student' in Mage reveals a chaos of Japan society in early modern ages, a 'girl-student' of Chosun in 1920' bear resemblance. A divergency between two representation is identity of nation and consciousness of history in Korean society. Between rejection to foreign ideas and modernity. 'girl-student' changed through a direction of progress in modernity of Chosun. Studies in directions of modernity in Korea which were formed of modernity, similarity and divergence between Korea and Japan are accomplished through various problems. Consequently, 'girl-student' as representation is formed of a balance in various factors like a diagram.

혈청 cholesterol량은 비단 식사의 성분에 의하여 영향 받을 뿐만이 아니라 개체의 주위환경조건에 따라서도 많은 영향을 받을 것으로 사려 되기 때문에 진동이 혈청 cholesterol량에 미치는 영향과 또한 제1보 때와 마찬가지로 Caesin, 비타민류, α-Tocopherol, 인삼분말 등의 방호효과도 아울러 검토하였기에 결과를 다음과 같이 결론한다. 1. Basal diet군(백미식군)은 각 첨가군에 비하여 Serum cholesterol량이 낮다. 그러나 인삼첨가군의 Serum cholesterol량이 타군에 비하여 가장 낮은 것은 흥미로운 점이다. 2. 단백질첨가군, 비타민류 첨가군 및 α-Tocopherol 첨가군의 Serum cholesterol량은 Basal diet군의 그것보다 현저히 높다. 3. α-Tocopherol 첨가군을 제외하고 다른 모든 군의 경우 진동군이 비진동군에 비해서 Serum cholesterol량이 현저히 높다. 4. α-Tocopherol 첨가군의 경우에는 진동군과 비진동군 간에 별 차이가 없는 것으로 보아 α-Tocopherol은 진동으로부터의 Serum cholesterol량 변화를 막아주는 것으로 사려 된다.

白米食의 營養學的 硏究(第四報) : Supplementary effect of several protein foods 良質蛋白質源添加에 의한 營養向上

This experiment is designed to study the supplementary effect of several protein foods(fish flour of small sardine, whole egg powder, whole milk powder, soybean flour on the rice diet, using the albino rats with the criteria of their growth rate, feed efficiency, and economical analysis. 1. In growth, each group fed on the diet supplemented with protein foods shows better growth taan basal group(unsupplemented group). Among them the group supplemented with fish flour shows the best. 2. The feed efficiency is generally elevated by the supplementation of the protein foods and the supplementation of the fish flour shows the best effect in the betterment of feed efficiency. 3. From the economical aspect, the fish flour and soybean flour could be recommened as reasonable protein foods for the supplementation purpose.

세포학적인 검사를 통해 자궁경부암의 조기 발견과 합리적인 병원내 산부인과의 운영 체계에 관한 고찰

In this study, the authers have investigated a true appreciation on the importance and the actual conditions of utilization of cytologic examination in gynecologic services with 3 step, that is, in 1 step the importance of cytologic examination in gynecologic services has been investigated from the results of 4,024 female of cytologic examination, in 2 step the actual conditions of utilization of cytologic examination have been investigated from 60 medical institutes through questionaire, and in 3 step the more detailed subjects of cytologic examination in gynecologic services have been investigated from 3 medical institutes selected randomly, such an investigations were done to make the programs of improvement in order to promote the activation of gynecologic medical services that shall be able to decrease occurrence of uterine cervical cancer, which is still the most prevalent cancer in korean female, and to make those on effective diagnosis and treatment activaton that shall be able to increase the income of medical institutes. The programs of improvement according to conclusions obtained from investigations like these were summarized as the following. 1. Program to activate positively cytologic examination It was well known that good correlation was noted between number of cytologic examination and those of histologic examination, those of gynecology procedures, and those of gynecologic surgeries. But it was a fact that a most of gynecology board certified physicians and physicians, and medical institutes have not utilized actively cytologic examination in gynecologic practice. Therefore all of married woman should be had politically cytologic examination at regular intervals in order to prevent and detect early uterine cervical cancer. 2. Program to establish exclusively responsible managed systems Managed systems that are exclusively responsible for cytologic examination should be established in order to have examination at regular intervals exactly(six months). 3. Program to utilize correctly the current medical insurance regulations about medical treatment charges The medical charges of cytologic exmination should be applied correctly to the current medical insurance regulations about medical treatment charges in order to increase the income of medical institutes. Because the medical charges of cytologic examination for the levels of medical check up and preventive medicin exception cancer or clinically suspicious cancer diagnosed by physicians is applicable to general medical treatment charges under the current medical insurance regulations. 4. Program to utilize reasonable diagnostic system in cytologic examination. Since certificated technologist screen first thing many microscopic slides for cytologic examination, lastly gynecologic board should make a final diagnosis on only abnormal slides. It is reasonable diagnostic system that can observe more microscopic slides, decrease misdiagnosis and high personnel expenses, and increase income in cytologic examination. Consequently it is necerssary to establish reasonable diagnostic system. 5. Program in order to promote the efficiency of the following examination and treatment system for patients to whom abnormal cell were detected. The following examination and treatment system that were corresponded with diagnosis, and automated and standardized system from receipt to gynecologic practice should be established to offer patients ease and trust, and also medical institutes the more income through the activation of gynecologic practice. Finally, the authers think that it is very important that cytologic examination should be included in routine gynecologic practice.
