동북아 피더네트워크의 Win-win전략에 관한 연구

최근 중국은 양산항을 개장하여 선사 유치를 위한 다양한 혜택을 제공하고, 일본은 "수퍼중추항만 육성계획“을 세워 항만의 효율성을 바탕으로 비용을 낮추려는 노력을 하고 있다. 또한 선박의 대형화에 의한 중심항만(Hub Port) 위주의 기항과 북중국의 대량 물량 발생지역에 대한 직기항 경향으로 동북아 항만간의 경쟁이 더욱더 치열해 지고 있으며 동북아 역내 피더네트워크 강화의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 유럽 피더네트워크 전략 사례를 바탕으로 동북아 피더시장 현황을 파악하고 동북아 피더네트워크 구조를 분석함으로써 동북아 역내 항만 및 선사간의 과당경쟁을 지양하고 서로 Win-Win할 수 있는 터미널의 전략적 활용, 선사간 제휴 확대, 항만간 협력 강화를 위한 구체적인 전략을 제시하였다. Recently, China opened Yangshan port and provides a variety of benefits for shipping companies. Japan plans to reduce logistics costs and improve efficiency through the established "super major ports" project. According to the "hub and spokes" system, the number of direct calls toward North-Chinese ports are increasing. This changing environment has negative effects on the amount of transshipment cargos in Korean ports. In order to make a hub port of a domestic port, it is necessary to develop northeast Asian feeder networks. Therefore, this paper analyzes the structure of northeast Asian feeder networks through the case study of European feeder networks strategy. Finally, we suggests the plans to reinforce feeder networks, which are strategic terminal operation, strategic alliances between shipping companies and port co-operation, for win-win strategy in the competitive northeast Asian market.

18세기 말 전라도 수군전법 변화의 특성 : 전라우수영『전지도첩』과 전라좌수영『수조홀』을 중심으로

이 연구는 18세기 말에서 19세기 초에 작성된 전라도수군의 군사훈련과 관련된 2종의 자료를 중심으로 18세기 말 전라도 수군전법 변화의 특성을 살펴보기 위해 작성되었다. 당시 수군제도의 전략적 재편과 수군전법의 전술적 보완이 요구되고 이에 따라 변화하던 수군편제를 살펴볼 수 있는 것 중 하나가 바로 수조다. 임진왜란 이후 중국의 수군전법을 받아들여『兵學指南』의 수조를 정비한 조선은 18세기에 이를 더욱 보완해 『兵學通』수조의 완성을 보았고, 이 시기를 전후하여 각 지역의 일선 수군지휘관들에 의해 수조홀기류 문서들이 작성되기 시작하였다. 이 자료들 중 전라도의 수군전법을 보여주는 것이 전라좌수영『水操笏』과 전라우수영『戰陣圖帖』이다. 전라우수영『戰陣圖帖』에는 총 12가지의 진도가 수록되어 있다. 이 진도들은 1780년 이전의 7개 진도와 이후의 5개 진도로 나눌 수 있다. 두 부류의 진도에 나타나는 전라우수영의 진관 편제는 확연히 다르며, 진형 역시 그 성격이 크게 달라 18세기말 전라우수영 전법의 변화를 뚜렷이 살펴볼 수 있게 해준다. 1830년대에 작성된 것으로 추정되는 전라좌수영『水操笏』은 총 8부분으로 나뉘어져 있다. 수군군사훈련의 핵심내용을 담고 있는 첫 번째「水操笏」과 두 번째의「夜操笏」은『兵學通』의 수조절차를 대부분 요약하면서도 절차와 의례에 중점을 두고 있었다. 즉『水操笏』은『兵學指南』과『兵學通』의 형식과 절차를 그대로 따르면서도 조선적인 특색을 띄고 있다 할 수 있겠다.

IMT-2000 기지국용 이중 편파를 위한 광대역 단일 소자 안테나 설계 및 특성 개선

본 논문에서는 편파 다이버시티 특성을 갖는 이중 편파(Dual-Polarization)방식의 INT-2000(1.885㎓-2.17㎓)기기국용 안테나에 사용할 수 있도록 기존 Folded Dipole안테나의 특성을 개선하였다. 제작된 안테나는 PCB기판에 몰디드 다이폴 안테나 구조에 적층 형태를 갖는 마이크로 스트립 안테나로서 각 단자별 반사게수가 -20㏈ 이하, 이중 편파 구조에서 중요한 규격인 단자간 분리도는 -20㏈ 를 가지며, 이들은 전 대역에서 약 7 dBi 이상의 특성을 보였다. Design and characteristic improvement of existing folded dipole antenna is presented to adopt W-CDMA(1.885~2.170 ㎓) wideband antenna radiators. The antenna structure has +/- 45 degrees dual polarization. In order to overcome the narrow bandwidth and low gain characteristic typical of the microstrip antenna, double layered structure was employed. The antenna achieved below -20 ㏈ reflection coefficients each ports. -20 ㏈ of port isolation, above 7 dBi of gain, providing evidence that the proposed design can be used in the W-CDMA service frequency band antenna.

마라톤 동호인들의 참여정도와 여가 만족도의 관계

The purpose of this is to analyze the relationship between degree of involvement and leisure satisfaction in marathon club members. The subjects are composed of 295members of marathon clubs in Kwang Won·Kung Kee provinces. The result of this study is as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the leisure satisfaction among demographic characteristics in marathon clubs' members, physical satisfaction sub variable showed statistically significant difference according to sex, and the sub variable of educational·social·psychological satisfaction showed statistically significant difference according to the final education years, job, monthly income, Second, as a result of analyzing the leisure satisfaction among degree of involvement, all of sub variables showed statistically significant difference according to involvement period, running milage a week, and the sub variable of psychological · educational · social satisfaction showed statistically significant difference according to the entry frequency of marathon full course(42.l95㎞) competition a year.

단세포군항체 및 Cross-Agglutinin Absorption 방법에 의한 렙토스피라균의 동정

Since 1984, many cultures of Leptospira interrogans have been isolated from patients and wild rodents. The majority of isolates were identified as serogroup Icterohemorrhagiae serovar lai and two isolates(HS7, HK14) were identified as serogroup Canicola serovar canicola. Yet some isolates(18R, 30R, HM3, AP33, CH88-19, HK12) did not belong to any known serovar in Icterohemorragiae. Therefore, we tried to cross-agglutinin absorption test(CATT) to identify the serovar of above seven local strains with reference strains. We also tried to analyze the distribution of major antigenic determinants among reference strains and local strains in Korea with absorbed sera, by means of monoclonal antibodies and factor analysis. Local strains, AP33 could be identified serovar lai by CATT and using monoclonal antibodies. We proved that AP33 shared the major common antigen with serovar lai by factor analysis. Local strain, 30R and HM3 were proved same strain using CATT, monoclonal antibodies, and factor analysis. Local strain, 18R, 30R, HM3, CH88-12, and CH88-19 were antigenically different from reference strains.

四鹽化炭素로 肝障害를 誘導한 家兎에서의 抗結核劑의 排泄에 關한 硏究

The drug metabolism of several antituberculosis was investigated in liver injuried rabbits. Antituberculosis drugs which used on this experiment were Rifampicin, Isoniazide and Pyrazinamide. The results were as follows. 1. Activities of sGOT and sGPT of rabbits induced liver injury by CCl_4 were increased (in sGOT, from 48.9 ± 1.48 units/ml to 370 ± 19 units/ml and in sGPT, from 42.5 ± 1.22 units/ml to 386 ± 32 units/ml) after the lapse of 24 hours from CCl_4 administration and then they were decreased gradually with the lapse of time (in sGOT, to 310 ± 25 units/ml and in sGPT, to 285 ± 26 units/ml after the lapse of 72 hours from CCl_4 administration). 2. The rifampicin which cxcreted mainly through bile at a small dose administration was excreted in urine at a large dose administration. 3. Each antituberculosis drugs which administrated on this experiment was excreted more quantity in urine of CCl_4 pretreated rabbits as compared with normal rabbits. particularly, Rifampicin was excreted far more quantity in urine of CCl_4 pretreated rabbits all the time. 4. From the above results, it was recognized that many notice about use of Antituberculosis drugs to liver injuried body must be required.

권력론의 새로운 접근 : 미셀 푸꼬의 Power/Knowledge론을 중심으로 A Study on Foucalt's Power and Knowledge

In this paper, I discussed Fucault's effort to rethink the nature of the modern power by means of the new paradigm of power/knowledge. I situated Foucault's conception of power/knowledge in relation to otheF attempts to clarify the nature of power, particularly, the Oxford social theorist Steven Lukes. To begin with, I briefly summerized Foucault'genealogical method and strategies of deconstruction that reject the holistic philosophical tradition of constructing a grand theory that can explain the entire social reality and then, examined the concreate contents of the paradigm-compatibility of power and knowledge, ubiquity of power, autonomy of power relation, human body as the object of power. I also examined the two case studies of power/knowledge analysis illustrated in 「Discipline and Punish」 and 「The History of Sexuality」. In these books, Foucault tried to clarify the intimate relationships of the development of the human science and the modern power's concern for discipline. And he analysed various kinds of controlling mechanism of power, for examplem, panopticon, confession and so forth. The important implication of Foucault's theory is that change does not occur without resisting injustices in the everyday experiences and the battle can be won only by the continued efforts of the individual combattants. This paper ends with a short review of the comments of the Foucault's critics. I concluded that in spite of some defects and problems. Foucault's theory nevertheless capture something of reality of contemporary society.

환경의 이념과 현대민주주의

When the idea of environmental conservation was stressed as the spirit of the times, a heated discussion developed about the interrelation between ecology and modern democracy. Is liberal democracy suitable for managing the global crisis caused by the environmental destruction? What's the effect of environmental crisis on modern democracy? What's the true nature of green democracy? We can expect the different conclusion in accordance with the level of crisis percetion, ontological attitude about nature and human beings, and perspective on the essence of liberal democracy. Various models of modern democracy should also be taken into account. This paper will review the relationship between the idea of environmental conservation and liberal democracy, focusing on four subjects. First, are ecology and liberal democracy compatible? Second, what's the relationship between mode of democracy and the management of environmental problems? Third, what are the environmental arguments for centralized and decentralized systems? Fourth, what are the consequences of emerging supranaturalism for environmental policy?
