        Relationships among metacognitive skills, listening, and academic reading in English as a foreign language

        This study examined relationships among metacognitive skills, including inference, summarizing skills, fluency and memory, listening, and academic reading in English as a foreign language (FL). As a secondary analysis of the field test of the Pearson Test of English Academic, a total of 585 nonnative speakers’ academic language and reading skills were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis. One-factor and four-factor models were tested using 12 observed variables and four latent constructs for structural equation modeling to establish a model of reading in English as an FL. The model of reading was tenable for nonnative speakers’ skills in English for academic purposes. Consistent with previous findings, listening skills were found to be important for reading skills. Other metacognitive skills, such as inference, summarizing, and fluency and memory, were also robust predictors of efficient academic reading. Of the given variables, the most dominant variable in FL reading for academic purposes was fluency and memory.

        魏晉南北朝時期是中國曆史上戰亂頻繁分裂的時代, 在門第觀念的影響下, 以世家大族爲單位的家庭教育取得了長足發展. 魏晉南北朝形成了中國古代家訓作品創作的第一個高峰, 士大夫家訓作品衆多, 其中出現不少家訓名篇. 顔延之是南朝特別東晉到劉宋文壇的巨頭, 他爲元嘉三大家之一, 也與謝靈運竝稱顔謝, 和陶淵明情好甚厚. 他擅長散文, 而且在當時的詩壇上聲望更高. 顔延之好酒疏誕, 一生狂放不羈, 屢犯權要, 不能斟酌當世. 但是他對於子弟的訓戒比較嚴謹. 〈庭誥〉就是用以告誡子孫的家訓文章. 〈庭誥〉可謂顔延之文學的代表作. 也是將作者的人生體驗, 人生感悟, 以長者的口吻, 夾敘夾議, 訴諸筆端, 語言平易周詳, 說理深入淺出. 〈庭誥〉作爲魏晉南北朝家訓文學的傑出代表, 具有一定的思想價值, 文學價值和文化價值. 〈庭誥〉裏的訓戒可分爲幾些項目如下. 卽是修身和對人觀, 孝悌, 交友, 貧富觀, 用事和用人. 中國中古時期可稱亂世期, 在〈庭誥〉裏, 我們可看到亂世期士人對於他子弟的訓戒. 我們應當吸取其合理的部分, 進而我們可以找到當代所希望的家庭敎育模型. 因爲要想使我們的孩子在家有所敎, 則必須對傳統家訓進行必要的改造以使其適應社會的發展.

      • 《玉臺新詠》과《花間集》의 비교 연구

        是南朝梁徐陵所編的詩歌選集, 而 <花間集> 是後蜀趙崇祚所編的詞選集. 所以從兩本選集可以看到誇歌體裁上的不同, 就是誇和詞的不同. 但在幾個方面上, 例如選集的題目和序文, 所收的作品內容, 音樂和形式, 兩本選集是復類似的. 本論文就是爲了從兩本選集之間的不同之點中栽到共通特色進行硏究的. 通過硏究, 可以知到如下的事實. : <玉臺新詠> 所收的詩歌與宋代詩詞的區別明確之後的誇不同, 反而與 <花間集> 所收的詞俱有相似的性格. 所以, 目前我們進行硏究詞的起源的時候, 必須對詩詞分立以前的詩歌十分關注.

        When a new call requests a call set-up, call admission control determines whether to accept a call set-up or not, in order to maintain the QOS of existing and new calls. In this paper, the VP bandwidth is separated to eliminate interference between traffics. We can class CBR and VBR traffic and fulfill call admission control applied to each traffic. The call admission control method of CBR traffic is peak bandwidth allocation and that of VBR traffic is performed to guarantee QOS. Proposed method is suitable for real time processing because the amount of calculation is reduced remarkably by using recursive equations in estimating cell loss probability. Also, proposed method can be applied to prioity control.

      • 디지탈 멀티비젼 ASIC의 설계

        The wide spread of multimedia sysrem deands a large viewing display device which can inform a message to many peoples in open area. This paper is about the design and simulating of a large viewing digital multi-wision control ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit). In this paper. the digital multi-vision ASIC has one channel of imput cideo signal wihich is compliance with CCIR-656 specification and four channels of output video signal which are compliance with CCIR-601 specificarion. It has 2 operating mode. The one is the pass-thro;ugh mode. input vido signal goes to output video signal without any change, and the another one is the expension mode, input video signal is expended by from 2 to 16 times into output video signal. In expension mode. awindow could be programmed and only the input video signal in the window is expended. The 0.6 micron CMOS sEA OF Gate is used to design the ASIC in amount of about 23,000 gates, and it is simulated at 48MHz.

        본 연구는 미래사회 변화에 능동적·합리적으로 적응하면서 창조적인 마인드를 갖는 인재 양성 등의 국가 경쟁력을 강화시키기 위해서는 교육시설이나 교육여건 등의 개선도 중요하지만 무엇보다 중요한 것은 교원의 전문성 신장과 교원 및 교육전문직의 교육력 제고를 위한 제반 여건의 마련하는 것이 선행되어야 한다고 보았다. 그럼에도 불구하고 우리 나라 교원과 교육전문직은 법정 정원이 확보되지 않고, 중앙과 시·도교육청 및 지역교육청의 교육전문직 수가 오히려 감소되고 있다. 우리 나라의 공교육이 국가 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서는 지방교육행정체제 혁신을 통해 학교지원 위주의 인적 조직 구조 개편과 제도 개선이 이루어져야 한다. 다시 말해서 교육의 궁극적인 목적인 교수-학습의 질을 높이기 위한 교육전문직의 확충을 통하여 장학 본연의 직무를 충실히 수행할 때 국가 경쟁력을 제고될 수 있다. Eucation is long-range plan. It is said that is possible though throw existent old structural order, system, framework, accident to prepare in new knowledge information society in 21th century. Education is achieved through personal meeting of teacher and a student. Quality of education says that can not pass over teacher's quality. Future, should be Replaced as education situation preparation of institution, arbitration, environment etc. is important but teacher first of all to take charge of class need at school for suitable competent person training of society. Also, education government agencies exist for school ultimately. Various human who is necessary for success of school education, physical, it is basis commission of education administrations that puts in good order and establishes and supports technical requirements. Therefore, must reflect actively government reform and localization strengthening policy seeking in present government in educational administration system. In other words, through local educational administration system reform, it is that human formation structural reform and system improvement of school support putting first should be attained. Specially, education paraprofessional deduces plan of situation improvement and reorganization that can do encouragement of learning natural business clarifying little more job analysis as much as most are administration of the regular government service center if conduct each education administration's human composition and important decision-making present.

      • RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링 방법을 이용한 ZnO 가스센서의 암모니아 검지특성

        The ammonia gas sensors were fabricated with the ZnO-based thin films grown by a RF magnetron sputtering method in various sputtering gas atmosphere and substrate temperature. We investigated the sensitivity to ammonia gas concentration and working temperature. The sensors of thin films grown in oxygen sputtering gas showed higher sensitivity than those grown in argon sputtering gas. The sensors with ZnO-based thin film doped with MoO_(3)(0.875 wt.%) showed the maximum sensitivity of 70 at a working temperature of 250 ℃ and to ammonia gas of 160 ppm.

      • DMA 가스 검지를 위한 ZnO 박막의 aging 효과

        The DMA(Dimethylamine) gas sensors were fabricated with the ZnO-based thin films grown by a RF magnetron sputtering method. The characteristics of the sensors to aging conditions were investicated. The sensors with ZnO-based thin films aged for 72hrs at a temperature of 330 ℃ in oxygen showed high sensitivity, low working temperature and good linearity. The sensors with ZnO-based thin film doped with 0.1 wt.% Pt catalytics and aged for 72hrs at a temperature of 330 ℃ in oxygen showed the maximum sensitivity of 90 at a working temperature of 150 ℃ and to DMA gas of 160 ppm. The sensor was electrically stablized.

      • 열처리에 따른 ZnO 박막 센서의 특성

        The ZnO(zinc oxide) thin film sensors were manufactured by RF magnetron sputtering method and added up to 4 wt. % Al_(2)O_(3), 1 wt. % TiO_(2) and 0.2 wt. % V_(2)O_(5) on the basis of ZnO material for developing the high sensitive gas sensors which have practically moderate resistivity and the stability. They were also grown on heated SiO_(2)/Si substrates of 250 ℃ at a pressure of about 10 mTorr in the pure oxygon gas with a power of about 80 watts for 10 minutes. To manufacture the thin film of the more stable high sensitivity, the thin films were also annealed from 400 ℃ to 800 ℃ and the thin films which were annealed with 700℃ for 60 minutes in the pure oxygon gas exhibited a good properties. The thin film grown in this conditions exhibited the sensitivity of maximum 550 in TMA gas concentration 160 pμm and exhibited a good stability and excellent linearity.
