        외측 상과염에서 수근부 신전 스트레칭과 단순 경과 관찰의 결과 비교

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of the wrist stretching exercise on the results of treatment for lateral epicondylitis by comparing with wait-and-see policy. Materials and Methods: The patients who had lateral elbow pain associated with a lateral epicondyltitis were divided into wrist extension stretching exercise group (group 1) and wait-and-see policy group (group 2). Group 1 pateitns were educated to perform the wrist stretching exercise; maintenance of the position with the elbow extended, the forearm pronated, and the wrist flexed for more than 1 minute, more than 50 times per day. Group 2 patients were educated that they reduced the activities that provoked pain. The end point of follow-up was when symptoms were disappeared completely. Results: Two hundred twenty seven patients were enrolled into this study. One hundred forty eight patients were allocated to group 1, 79 patients to group 2. The mean duration of follow-up of group 1 was 10.2 weeks and group 2was 22.6 weeks. The median survival time from symptom onset to the time of resolution was 8.0 weeks in group 1,16.0 weeks in group 2. Conclusion: This study suggests that wrist stretching exercise may be more effective than the wait-and-see policy in the patients with a lateral epicondylitis. The wrist stretching exercise can be recommended as the treatment of lateral epicondylitis. 목적: 외측 상과염의 치료 방법의 하나인 수근 관절 신전 스트레칭 운동의 효과를 알아보기 위해서 단순 경과 관찰의 치료 효과와 비교해 보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 2004년부터 2009년까지 외래를 방문한 환자 중 조건에 부합하는 환자를 대상으로 하여 두개의 그룹으로 나누었다. 그룹 1은 이완된 주관절을 신전하고 전완부를 회내전한 상태에서 수근관절을 굴곡하여 약 1분간 유지하는 신전 스트레칭 운동을 하루 50회 이상 하도록 교육하였다. 그룹 2는 이환된 팔의 증상을 악화시키는동작을 자제하도록 교육하고 단순 경과 관찰만 하였다. 양 군 모두 적절한 약물 치료를 같이 실시하였다. 외래 경과 관찰 중 증상이 호전되면 외래 관찰을 종료하였다. 결과: 227명의 환자가 참여하였고 그룹 1은 148명, 그룹 2는 79명이었다. 외래 경과관찰 기간은 그룹 1이 평균 10.2주, 그룹 2가 평균 22.6주였다. 생존 곡선상 중위수는그룹 1이 8.0주, 그룹 2가 16.0주였으며 로그순위법 검정에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 결론: 외측 상과염의 치료에 있어서 수근 관절의 신전 스트레칭 운동은 휴식 및 단순경과 관찰에 비하여 단기적인 치료 효과는 우수하였다. 따라서 수근 관절 스트레칭운동을 외측 상과염의 치료 방법으로 추천해 볼 수 있다.

        슬로베니아의 관광지리경관에 대한 고찰

        Slovenia is a country located in the northwestern part of the Balkans and is bordered by the Adriatic Sea to the southwest. Slovenia was a member of the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, but Slovenia achieved its most stable economic growth after independence. As a result, Slovenia joined the EU and NATO in 2004 and became the first formerly communist country to join the Euro zone in 2007. The purpose of this paper is to descript its country’s historic and geographic backgrounds and characteristics of tourism geography and landscape by being focused on the slovenian regional study. The findings are as follows: Slovenia offers tourists a wide variety of cultural and natural destinations. The nation’s capital, Ljubljana, has many interesting sites; castle and plaza, church and symbolic bridges. The northwestern part has outstanding natural sceneries such as Lake Bled and Triglav National Park. As southwestern Adriatic Sea area, Koper and Piran city offer tourists with evidence that reflects the influence of the former Venetian Republic. The South is well known for its The Karst Plateau and the representative examples are Postojna Cave and the UNESCO-listed Škocjan Cave. Tourism in Slovenia is of high value in terms of the uniqueity of the cultural landscape of the south slavic people, the utilization of medieval and venetian landscapes, mysterious natural landscape and leisure use and geographic accessibility and transportation with neighboring countries.

        수치해석을 통한 암반에 근입된 현장타설말뚝의 주면부 거동특성 분석 및 설계차트 제시

        Situations where support is provided solely in shaft resistance of drilled shafts are where the base of the drilled hole cannot be cleaned so that it is uncertain that any end bearing support will be developed. Alternatively, where sound bed rock underlies low strength overburden material, it may be possible to achieve the required support in end bearing on the rock only, and assume that no support is developed in the overburden. However, where the drilled shaft is drilled some depth into sound rock, a combination of side wall resistance and end bearing can be assumed. Both theoretical and field studies of the performance of rock socketed drilled shafts show that the major portion of applied load is usually carried in side wall resistance. Normal stress at the rock-concrete interface is induced by two mechanisms. First, application of a compressive load on the top of the pile results in elastic dilation of the concrete, and second, shear displacement at the rough surface of the drilled hole results in mechanical dilation of the interface. If the stiffness of the material surrounding the socket with respect to normal displacement is constant, then the normal stress will increase with increasing applied load, and there will be a corresponding increase in the shear strength. In this study, the numerical analyses are carried out to investigate the behavioral characteristics of side of rock socketed drilled shafts. The cause of non-linear head load-settlement relationship and failure mechanism at side are also investigated properly and the design charts are suggested and verified for the leading to greater efficiency and reliability in the pile design. 현장타설말뚝이 주면저항력에 의해서만 지지되는 상황은 천공홀 바닥을 청소할 수 없어서 선단부 지지력의 반현 여부를 확신할 수 없을 때이다. 반대로, 신선한 기반암이 낮은 강도의 상부 재료 하부에 있는 경우는 암반에서의 선단지지력만으로 상부 하중을 지탱할 수 있으며, 상부 재료에서는 지지력 발현을 기대하지 않아도 된다. 그러나 신선암에서 일정 깊이 천공을 실시한 경우, 현장타설말뚝은 주면저항력과 선단지지력 모두를 기대할 수 있다. 암반에 근입된 현장타설말뚝의 거동에 관한 이론적 연구와 현장 시험을 통하여 작용 하중의 대부분이 통상 주면저항력에 의해서 지지되게 된다는 사실이 알려져 있다. 암-콘크리트 접촉면에서의 수직응력은 두 가지 기구에 의해 증가하게 된다. 먼저, 말뚝 상부에 작용하는 압축하중에 의해서 콘크리트는 탄성 다이레이션이 발생하고 두 번째로 거친 천공홀 표면에서 전단 변위를 통해서 접촉면의 역학적 다이레이션이 발생되게 된다. 수직 변위에 대한 근입부 주변 물질의 강성도가 일정하면, 작용하중이 증가함에 따라서 수직응력은 증가하게 되며 따라서, 전단강도의 증가 현상이 발생하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 수치해석을 통하여 암반에 근입된 현장타설말뚝의 주면부 거동특성을 조사하였다. 또한, 두부의 하중-침하량(선단부 침하량+말뚝의 탄성변형량) 관계가 비선형성을 띠는 원인 및 파괴기구를 충분히 조사함으로써 암반에 근입된 현장타설말뚝의 주면저항력에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 모두 고려하여 국내 풍화암 및 연암에 근입되는 현장타설말뚝의 설계차트를 제시하고 이를 검증하였다.

        럿거스 정보검색 평가 프로젝트에 관한 연구

        이 논문의 주요목적은 정보이용자들이 어떤 수준의 정확률 차이에서 유의미하게 차이를 인지하는지를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 그에 관련한 몇 가지 흥미 있는 결과가 도출되었다. 그 외에 적합성 판정은 이용자의 판정시간과 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 주제에 대한 이용자의 배경지식과 적합성 판정의 관계가 두드러졌다. 또한, 적합문서의 숫자가 적었을 때 이용자들은 적합성 판정에 더욱 어려움을 겪었다. 마지막으로, 검색결과리스트중 상위 N 문서의 적합성 판정에 대한 중요성을 확인할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to investigate what level of difference in precision would be significantly perceived by a human user of an information retrieval system. Not many researches have been conducted with regards to this issue in information retrieval field. Despite the non-significant results, there were several interesting findings in recognizing different levels of precision rates. The correctness of relevance task had little to do with the taken time for the task. In addition, the strong relationship between the subjects' topic familiarity and rate of correct judgments is one of the most interesting results in this study. It turned out that the subjects have more difficulty in a situation they have to judge between the two lists having more non-relevant documents than in a situation they do between the lists having more relevant documents. Finally, the serious influence from the first top N documents in a list for relevance judgment task has been confirmed.

        중국 교육산업의 경제적 효과분석

        The purpose of this study is to review the economic effect of Chinese educational industry and to contribute to the policy of development strategy for continuous growth of Chinese educational industry. For this purpose, the 2010 Input-Output Table issued by the Bureau of Statistics of China in 2013 was used. The results of analysis were as follows. First, the total of inducement coefficient of the Chinese educational industry by row was 1.75 in 2010, and the total by column was 1.06, so it can be interpreted that educational industry is yet to be matured. Second, the sensitivity coefficient of Chinese educational industry was 0.58 in 2010, and the impact coefficient was 0.35. As both are less than 1, it is understood that it is still at the final demand type and primitive type industry. Third, the income inducement coefficient of the Chinese educational industry was 0.757, the production tax inducement coefficient was 0.044, and the added value inducement coefficient was 0.992. Finally, if the final demand of the Chinese education industry in 2010 is 1.6 trillion yuan into the Chinese economy, the total industrial production induced by the whole industry is 198.2 trillion yuan, 1.7 trillion yuan (0.9% of total) (3.1%) of the education industry itself, 0.5 trillion yuan (3.8% of the total) in the education industry itself, and the total amount of the production tax is 4.9 trillion yuan And 0.003 trillion yuan (about 0.1% of the total) in the industry itself. 본 연구의 목적은 중국 교육산업의 경제적 효과를 분석하여 향후 중국 교육산업의 지속적인 성장을 위한 정책적 추진전략에 일조하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 중국 통계국이 2013년에 발행한 2010년 산업연관표를 이용하였으며, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 교육산업의 생산유발계수의 열합계는 2010년 1.75, 행 합계는 1.06으로 매우 낮아 교육산업이 아직 성숙되지 못했음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 중국 교육산업의 감응도계수를 보면 2010년 0.58, 영향력계수는 0.35로 모두 1보다 작아 최종수요적 원시산업형임을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 중국 교육산업의 소득유발계수는 2010년 .757, 생산세 유발계수는 0.044, 부가가치유발계수는 0.992로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 2010년 중국 교육산업의 최종수요 1.6조 위안을 중국경제에 투입할 경우 전 산업에서 유발되는 총생산유발액은 총 198.2조 위안 중 교육산업자체에서는 1.7조 위안(전체의 0.9%), 부가가치유발액은 총 31.1조 위안 중 교육산업 자체에서는 0.6조 위안(1.95%), 소득유발액은 총 13.8조 위안 중 교육산업 자체에서는 0.5조 위안(전체의 3.8%), 생산세 유발액은 총 4.9조 위안 중 교육산업 자체에서는 0.003조 위안(전체의 약 0.1%) 등으로 나타났다.

      • Large scale synthesis of self-assembled DNA structures for siRNA delivery applications

        DNA nanotechnology has been employed in various drug delivery applications especially for the intracellular delivery of siRNAs. Self-assembled DNA nanostrcutures have distictintive advantages over conventional gene delivery carriers such as facile control of particle size and shape, good biocompatibility and biodegradability. Inspired by isothermal enzymatic process of rolling circle amplification of DNA strands, our group has developed a system to prepare more than 200 fold increase of DNA nanostructures using a single-stranded circular DNA template. These systems are able to deliver various siRNA conjugates in selective cancer cells and show markedly higher gene silencing effect with a dose dependent manner.

        2차원 결정성 탄소 소재의 최근 이차전지 소재 개발 동향: 그래핀(graphene)과 그라파인(graphyne)의 이차전지 개발 최근 동향

        The development of new materials is an essential key for unraveling the environmental and energy problems all over the world. Among the various application materials in this area, crystalline and two-dimensional carbon materials have been studied from points of view such as electrical conductivity, chemical stability, and surface engineering due to the assembly of honeycomb and sp/sp<sup>2</sup> hybridization structure. Novel two-dimensional materials, including graphene and graphyne, have been continuously reported for several decades to develop in renewable energy fields. Also, various pristine/engineered two-dimensional carbon allotropes have been researched to combine metal nanoparticles in the form of a sphere, cubic, and so on. The renewable energy performance to apply for these materials is drastically increased. In this review, we introduce the research points of the 2D carbon allotrope materials, graphene and graphyne, and applications to improve the performance of renewable energy applications.

        인도차이나 라오스의 관광지리적 이해 -세계유산 루앙프라방과 수도 비엔티안을 중심으로-

        This study began with the tourism geographic interests of Laos, and examined the tourism resources centered on Luang Prabang and Vientiane, and the characteristics of Laos Global Tourism and Travel Products. Luang Prabang has so many ruins(temples like Wat Xieng Thong and Wat Mai, Mount. Phou Si and the former royal palace) that the entire city is called a museum, and it is famous for the scenery of Tak Bat and the Kuang Si Falls. Vientiane is the largest city and has symbols such as the national monument Pha That Luang as a symbol of the nation as well as Wat Si Saket, Haw Phra kaew and Patuxai. Korean tourists are the largest number of countries not bordering Laos, but their destinations are limited to Vientiane-Luang Prabang-Vang Vieng. Therefore, it is necessary to develop travel products courses that can deliver Laotian attractions more clearly through various perspectives such as history and cultural heritage, aviation accessibility, curiosity and natural pursuit and educational purpose.

      • 대전 장태산 자연휴양림의 관광특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the tourism characteristics of Mt. Jangtae recreational forest by examining its geographical environment, recreational facilities and tourists' behavioral patterns. Field work and questionnaires were administered after a review of literature. The major findings from the study shows: as a result of field survey, Mt. Jangtae, one of the most popular private forests in Korea, consists of a various recreational facilities; As for tourists' residential distributions, this area can be classified as Daejeon and Choongnam type; in the case of their travel behaviors, the most frequent response on visiting type was the one accompanied by family and friends; for means of transportation, a majority of respondents used their cars; for preferred seasons, the favorite one was summer. Next was spring, fall and winter; satisfaction with its tourism resources and facilities was generally high. Based on the findings, the following suggestions can be made; 1) the development and managemental plan of private forest such as Mt. Jangtae should be linked with not only individual income but also useful space for public welfare and outdoor recreation. Accordingly, the continuous establishment of internal recreational facilities to increase functions of forest recreation and owners' economic income are required: 2) in the case of the specialization of private forest, advertising strategies by various media need to be developed in order to be well-known. Reasonable management in order to harmonize environmental conservation and resource use should be considered.
