만성신부전에서 남성 Hormone 분비기능에 관한 연구

The serum prolactin, LH, FSH and testosterone were measured by RIA method for the evaluation of the hypothalamo-pituitary-testicular axis through the LHRH stimulation test before and after intramuscular injection of 50 mg of testosterone propionate(T.p.) in normal controls and patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) before specific treatment. 1. The basal level of the serum prolactin was significantly higher in the patients with CRF (124.9±46.3 ng/ml, M±S.E.) compared with normal controls(11.2±2.1 ng/ml). 2. The basal level of serum LH in normal controls was 7.1±1.4 mIU/ml and the peak level was 46.5±3.9 mIU/ml at 30 min. after iv injection of 100㎍ of LHRH. In patients with CRF, the basal serum level of LH was 15.5±2.7 mIU/ml and peak level was 37.1±5.4 mIU/ml at 180 min. after administration of LHRH, showing delayed response to LHRH stimulation in patients with CRF. After administration of T.p., the response of LH to LHRH stimulation in normal controls was suppressed, while in the patients with CRF, there was no significant difference between the responses before and after injection of T.p. 3. Basal serum FSH levels in normal controls was 3.2±0.4 mIU/ml, and at 60 min. after LHRH stimulation, level of the FSH was elevated to peak level significantly. The basal serum level of FSH in patients with CRF was 2.9±0.9 mIIU/ml and elevated more slowly with LHRH stimulation compared with normal controls. After injection of T.p., the basal levels of serum FSH and the responses to LHRH stimulation were not changed significantly in normal controls and the patients with CRF. 4. The basal serum level of testosterone was 5.2±0.4 ng/dl in normal controls. In the patients with CRF, the basal level of testosterone was significantly lower(3.5±0.8 ng/ dl) than that of normal controls. The serum testosterone level was not changed within 3 hours with LHRH stimulation in both normal controls and patients with CRF. After administration of T.p., the basal levels of testosterone in patients and controls were elevated significantly but there was no response to LHRH stimulation. With the above results, it can be concluded that the abnormal response of the pituitary gland to the change of testosterone level, elevated serum prolactin level, increased LH level, and abnormal response to LHRH stimulation contribute to the abnormal sexual functions in patients with CRF.

To the number (4) we can apply a few limited words, we cann't make a rule. ex. 쇼+아지→숑아지 이 +에→이에 죠희 >죠의→죠이 >종이 We can see 'hiatus' when the consonant between vowels of the words is dropped. Eleven patients with advanced gastric cancer, five patients with esophageal cancer were treated with Etoposide, Aclacinimycin (or Adraimycin), and Cisplatin(EAP) combination chemotherapy. The results were as followings: 1. The response rate was 64% in advanced stomach cancer and 60% in esophageal cancer. The overall response rate was 63% in total patients. 2. The toxicites of the EAP combination regimen were evaluated by ECOG(Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group) toxicity criteria. The toxicities were as following in order of frequency: anemia 44%, nausea and vomiting 37%, leukopenia 13%, genitorinary toxicites 7%, thrombocypenia 6%. 3. The median duration of survival was 7.5+ months stomach cancer and 8+ months in esophageal cancer in responded patients. 4. The median duration of partial remission were 4+ months and 5+ months in stomach cancer and esophageal cancer in respectively. In conclusion. the EAP combination chemotherapeutic regimen have substantial effects on advanced stomach and esophageal cancer.

KOMPSAT-1 EOC영상을 이용한 정사영상생성의 정확도 향상

KOMPSET -l(Korea Multi - Purpose SA Tellite-1) Platformed EOC(Electro –Optical Camera) could collect high resolution images of 6.6m during photograph, it possible for get on tilt image on the lean about 45 degrees on satellite body. According as, it has possibility that we take a photographing pair of tilt image about same place from two of different orbits. KOMPSA T-1 sensor of mission is the Korean map drawn on a scale of 1: 25,000 image becoming. Following study, KOMPSAT-1 platformed automate feature extraction and using of stereo satellite image, it certify interpret through reducing influence of sensor, rid of preprocessing, also, we intend to discuss ortho-images production of appropriateness. Because of this study, we conclude to the next in that fact. The case make use of 6, 7, 9 of ground control point evenly spread, 3-D positioning possible about horizontality, verticality of location as a 95% of reliance rate ,in case nine of ground control point, RMSE 6.0752m, 9.8274m. In case of ortho-image RMSE 17.568m, elevation error become 36.82m. Elevation accuracy is inferior as compare with positioning accuracy. Because it analyzed by image matching problem.

In this study, a monitoring process to analyze the deformation of a dam has been applied using GPS static observation to investigate the stability of earth dam. First of all, some reference points close to a dam were set up from GPS permanent stations, and then reference networks were installed by two campaigns referenced to the reference points. Accuracy of the baseline analysis was 3㎜ in the standard deviation in conforms to the NGS geodetic accuracy. The monitoring survey for the deformation between the reference points and interested points has been made fourth. In addition, blunders, systematic and random errors in the acquired measurement were estimated and eliminated by data snooping and least square adjustment. As a results, the precision and reliability of the collected data was improved. Also the deformation was estimated from coordinate differences and summations of diagonal elements at variance-covariance matrices.

목적: To assess the value of magnetic resonance imaging of the brain in the evaluation of female hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (HH) 방법: We conducted a retrospective review of 69 females (age range 14-42 years) with normoprolactinemic HH who underwent pituitary MRI at CHA Bundang Medical Center between July 2000 and June 2014. Most frequent indication for MRI was the presence of HH with no apparent nutritional or environmental causes. Among 69 patients, 31 (44.9%) presented with primary amenorrhea and 20 (29.0%) had no breast development. 결과: A mass lesion greater than 1 cm in diameter was noted in 7 (10.1%) patients and a hypoplastic pituitary gland in 17 (24.6%). Frequency of a mass lesion was 5% (1/20) in patients without breast development, 18.2% (2/11) in interrupted puberty and 10.5% (4/38) in secondary amenorrhea. Frequency of a hypoplastic pituitary gland was the highest in patients without breast development (8/20, 40%) and lowest in patients with secondary amenorrhea (6/38, 15.8%). Comparisons between patients with different MR findings showed no significant differences in age, BMI, proportion of underweight and proportion of low gonadotropin level (p>0.05). 결론: Pituitary MRI plays an important role in the diagnostic process of female HH, especially in patients with interrupted puberty.
