      • 레이저 계측에 의한 맞대기 용접부의 스트레인 측정

        Currently knowledge of strain in welds has mainly been obtained from strain gaging method; that is directly attaching most of the material to the gage. The very few non-contact method are still in the early stage. One of the non-contact methods is by the use of the laser that has high-level of the accuracy for the measurement, and this laser also has excellent characteristics on which many studies for its applications are focused throughout the many fields. The dissertation is on the measurement of the strain caused by the characteristics and the temperature changes of the TIG welded zone which is used with 3D ESPI system that is functionally modified through the laser ESPI system. This system employed the aluminum sheet-metal which are mainly used for the steel plate such as for the electronics, chemistry, food instrument and electronic appliances.

      • 정밀주조 다이캐스팅을 이용한 자동차 레귤레이터 하우징 성형해석에 관한 연구

        The casting defects that are caused by molten metal were cold shut formation, entrapment of air, gas, and inclusion. But the control of casting defects has been based on the experience of the foundry engineers. In this thesis, the computer simulation analyzed the flow of molten metal. The quantitative analyses which proposed the effective mold design was executed Flow patterns of 0.1-0.16m/s molten metal in 15mm thin plate casting were investigated in order to optimize die-casting process. As increasing ingate velocity in thin plate casting, cold shot was decreased. The parameters of runner shape that affected on the optimized conditions that was calculated with simple equation were investigated. These die casting process control techniques of automobile regulator housing parts have achieved good agreement with the experimental data of tensile strength, hardness test, and material structure photographies satisfactory results.

        재생굵은골재를 사용한 콘크리트의 동결융해 특성

        이 연구는 플라이 애시를 결합재 중량의 20%, 재생굵은골재를 천연쇄석굵은 골재의 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%를 치환하여 압축강도와 동결융해 특성을 구명하였으며, 이 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 재령 28일의 압축강도는 모든 배합비와 W/B 35%에서 400㎏f/㎠이상으로 나타나 고강도콘크리트에 이용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 2. 중량감소율은 동결융해 300사이클에서 1%미만으로 나타났고, 표면박리와 같은 현상은 나타나지 않았으며, 재생골재의 대체율이 증가할수록 감소율은 증가하였다. 3. 초음파진동속도는 동결융해 300사이클에서 19~24%정도의 감소율을 나타내었으며, 재생골재의 대체율이 증가할수록 감소율은 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 4. 상대동탄성계슈는 재생골재의 대체율에 따라 60~72%의 범위로 나타내었으며, 재생골재 대체율이 증가할수록 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 5. 내구성지수는 모든 배합에서 60이상을 나타내었으나, 재생골재 대체율이 100%일때는 급격히 떨어지는 경향을 나타내었다. 6. 재생굵은골재를 사용한 콘크리트의 압축강도, 중량감소율, 초음파진동속도, 상대동탄성계수, 내구성지수 시험결과를 볼 때, 시험에 사용한 재생굵은 골재는 고강도콘크리트에 사용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. This study was performed to examine the freezing and thawing properties of the high strength concrete using recycled coarse aggregate. The recycled coarse aggregate was replaced by 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of natural crushed aggregate. The compressive strength of the concrete used recycled coarse aggregate was shown in more than 400kgf/㎤ at the curing age 28 days. The weight loss ratio by freezing and thawing was shown in less than 1% at all mix type. The pulse velocity and relative dynamic modulus were decreased with increasing the freezing and thawing cycles. Also, durability factor for the freezing and thawing were decreased with increasing the content of recycled coarse aggregate. But, recycled concrete replaced with recycled coarse aggregate 100% was shown in more than 60 by durability factor in freezing and thawing of 300cycles Accordingly, these recycled coarse aggregate can be used for high strength concrete.

        A method of Safe operation of bioreactor with purge-recycle streams which the substrate concentration is inhibited by the specific growth of the biomass is proposed. A region of the phase plane (safe operating region) in which all trajectories lead to the desired steady in bioreator is determined, and a method for determining the safe start-up procedure is proposed by which the washout of raection system before approaching a desired steady state can be prevented during the start-up operation.

        林庚의 "半逗律" 考察

        中園新詩登生的初期開始,詩人例便已羅注意줴了由子護律性的減少引起的新詩的放任性.以認了明新詩在領律方面的整騷性,許多詩人和詩論家探討方法.他門最注重的部分就是默奏,術默構戚業種締奏的基本軍位一音尺,音組,音步,漂콜的分析用是機門共同究的部分.可是時中園新詩因需浪有可傲籍照的口語誇,大部分的詩論家只能走フ吸西歌的方法論,カ求機到理論地分析和創て上結合的路. 可是1タ35年林鹿始終不備地中園古典誇中吸取皆養.他職中園民族詩歌形式的麗史緩論和規律,雨提起了"新音組"お"養律"的構成新詩韻律的方法.濯有他提起フ別的詩論家浪提出的建立詩行的方法.雲些理論就是林麗沿着濁特的路深索新詩韻律的結果.其中最重默的開鍵是涯律.緯떡딘律流是護個詩行的中有一個"漠"的間欲,雨把詩行分咸均약的上下雨.林鹿課효一特默是中園詩行最騷格最簡梨的規律,前딘是中園詩歌民族形式的普漏規律.濯효種規律可購西洋詩的規律相匿別. 林裏誤業漠律的規律鹿子四言,五言,七言,也感子養論,以新詩如果要離承詩歌的民 族形式博統,就必然要服구즐復規律.林裏的目標是復明議,那就是建立中園新詩的典型的詩行,不他默典型詩行的規定是比較自由的.他新誇的詩行可能是一個,也可能是幾個,術可し獲化使用.출就露活自由,易需人接受.れ麗要養律的規律が建立合中固民族簿統的,又合現代口語特默的典型的新誇詩行.業就是林鹿默中園新詩韻律論登展的漏特貢.

      • 송전선로에서 가공지선에 대한 내부부식 검출과 잔존수명 예측

        Deterioration of transmission line conductors leads to reduce the safety and reliability of power supply. Therefore, it is important that the replacement program of transmission lines will be established by a proper criteria. The accessment of transmission lines and the determination of the useful life of transmission system components is commonly used a transmission refurbishment curve with age, but this data may be not suitable to the present transmission network because of variaty of environmental parameters in the corrosion process. Since the corrosion of ACSR(Aluminum Stranded Conductor Steel Reinforced) is mainly caused by atmospheric pollutants and contaminants, then, the remaining life of the transmission components can be determined and analyzed through these chemical reactions. Especially, overhead ground wires which is protected transmission system from lightning strokes or abnormal current induced from the conductors, will be rapidly degraded with age by these operations besides such atmospheric corossion. The aim of this research is to provide two prediction indices of tensile strength loss for the overhead ground wires. Under testing refurbished overhead ground wire samples in domestic transmission lines, for the aluminum and galvanized steel strands, the prediction loss of tensile strength with years i estimated. It is shown that the prediction index can be used in determining the remaining life of the overhead ground wires. Furthermore, an NDT(nondestructive testing) eddy current sensor is proposed in order to detect innner corrosion of the ground wires. It can be verified that the tensile stength of the ground wires in service may be closely related with impedance deviations for the samples. Then, the other index to predict the tensile stength for the overhead ground wires through the impedance of the sensor is also given.
