      • Si-Schottky障壁型의 大陽電池 製作에 관한 硏究

        The characteristics of these Si-schottky barrier type and Heterojunction type solar cells are as follows; 1. SnO_2/n-Si Heterojunction Solar Cells Fabricated by Spray Pyrolysis Method SnO_2 film were deposited on the (100) or (111) surface of Si single crystal by the spray pyrolysis method. The best SnO_2/n-Si solar cell has a good performance, with an open-circult voltage: Voc.=0.45V, short circuit current: Isc.=35.5㎃, fill factor: FF.=0.64, and conversion efficiency: η=10.2% under 98㎽/㎠ irradiation of AMl. The spray pyrolysis described in this paper is simple and suitable for mass production. One possibility for cost reduction lies in this method of junction fabrication, and the idea of simply deposited SnO_2/n-Si junction is, at first sight, very attractive. Hence the SnO_2/n-Si Solar Cell and the effectiveness of this method may be of great value in some future production of low-cost solar cells. 2. In_2O_3: Sn Heterojunction Solar Cells Fabricated by Spray Pyrolitic Method Highly conductive and transparent thin films of In_2O_3: Sn (ITO) are fabricated by spray pyrolytic method. The parameters of these thin films are as follows: resistivity ρ = 1.5×10 exp (-3) Ω·㎝, carrier concentration n = 7.5×10 exp (19) cm^-3, mobility μ = 55.5 ㎠/V·sec and transmission 85-90% over visible and long wave-length region. These thin films have simple cubic system with lattice constant 10.2Å. In_2O_3: Sn/n-Si heterojunction solar cells are fabricated, depositing In_2O_3: Sn (ITO) thin films on n-Si substrates with orientation(100) and resistively 2-3Ω, ㎝ by spray pyrolitic method. Under AMl sunlight simulator, the parameters of the excellent cell obtained has open-circuit voltage Voc=0.52V, short-circuit current I_sc=39.0㎃, fill factor: F.F=0.60 and conversion efficiencyη=12.1%. 3. Al/p-Si MOS Solar Cells Fabricated by Vacuum Evaporation Method Al/p-Si MOS solar cells, consisting of Al on P-tupe silicon with a thin interfacial layer of SiO_2 have been found to have good light conversion efficiency for solar radiation. The effects of the oxide layer thickness between metal and substrate were investigated. Under AMl simulated sunlight illumination the best cell has open circuit voltage Voc=0.50V, short-circuit current I_sc=26.3㎃/㎠, fill-factor FF=0.70 and conversion efficiency η=9.2%. 4. Cr-Cu/P-Si MOS Solar Cells Fabricated by Vacuum Evaporation Method Cr-Cu/p-Si MOS Solar cells, consisting of Cr-Cu on p-type silicon with a thin interfacial layer of SiO_2 have been found to have good light conversion efficiency for solar radiation. The effects of the oxide layer thickness between metal and substrate were investigated. Under AMl simulated sunlight illumination the best cell has open circuit voltage Voc=0.49V, short-circuit current I_sc=26.4㎃, fill-factor: FF=0.72 and conversion efficiency η=9.3%.

        초등학교 국어 교과서 시 제재에 대한 비판적 검토

        초등학교 국어교과서 시 제재는 초등 학습 독자가 향유할 문학 경험의 양태와 비중을 고려할 때 그 중요성이 가중된다고 할 수 있다. 하지만, 수록 작품의 질과 그 구체적 실천인 문학 교수-학습 상황이 초등 시 교육에 걸 맞는 독자성과 정체성을 추구하고 있는가에 대해서는 검토의 여지가 필요한 것이 '지금 여기'의 현실이라고 판단된다. 특히 문학 교수-학습의 이론적 패러다임은 학습자 중심, 독자 중심의 문학 교육을제창하고 있지만, 실제적인 교수-학습 맥락과 교실 수업 맥락은 여전히 신비평적인분석과 지식 중심의 패러다임에 함몰됨으로써 제 기능을 다하고 있지 못함은 그 반증이라 하겠다. 또한, 작품 수록의 경우 학습자의 흥미를 지나치게 추구하거나 동시대적 경험을 일정 비중 이상 중시함으로써 보다 밀도 있게 다루어야 할 아동문학사적 시각이 탈색될 우려가 있는 것으로 생각된다. 그러므로 이를 타개하기 위해서는 문학작품 선정에 있어 아동문학의 연구 성과가 하나의 준거로 작용하여 온축된 아동문학 비평의 성과가 반영되어 아동문학사적인 가치가 있는 작품도 일정 비율로 포함되어야 마땅하다. 즉, 아동의 흥미와 문학사적 가치의 조화라는 '자율과 강제'의 오묘한 배합을 이루어내어야 한다. 그렇게 본다면 실제 교실의 교수-학습 맥락과 맞물린 작품 선정과 작품의 문학 교육적 작용을제대로 실현시키기 위해서 '자율과 강제'를 모두 고려하는 작품 선정이 이루어져야하는 것이다. 또한, 실제적인 교과서 작품 검토는 구체적인 교수-학습 맥락과 교실 수업 내의 미시적이고 세심한 결을 어루만지는 관점에서 이루어져야 한다. 이는 작품이 실제교실의 문학 수업에서 작동하는 구체적 상황 맥락을 보다 정치하게 드러내 주기 때문이다. 부연한다면, 이러한 비판적 검토를 통해 기술된 사항들은 독자 변인인 초등학생들의 발달 단계와 흥미, 텍스트 변인인 작품의 난이도, 그리고 사회-문화적 변인인 외재적 검열, 학문적 변인인 문학사적 가치 등을 종합적으로 고려한 작품선정 기준 마련을 촉구하는 기초적 시각 표출의 성격을 가지며, 이를 바탕으로 문학 제재 선정과 제재의 교육적 작용력에 대한 종합적 연구 수행의 밑바탕을 제공하고자 한다. Poetry material in the elementary Korean language textbook has very important priority about quality of literary experience. But, aspect of collected work and form of specific practice haven't unique personality and identity. So, we pursuit these aspect at now and here reality of life. Specially, theoretical paradigm following up student-centered, reader-response literary education, but practical teaching-learning context is surrounded analytic paradigm. Besides, if concentration of student's interest go beyond bounds, children's literary historical point of view is decolored. Therefore, selection of literary work must reference result on children's literature study and selection of meaningful literary work consider equally children's interest and literary historical value. Reflection of teaching-learning context on practical classroom and literary educational operation enable consideration of self-control and compulsion Practical examination of textbook have to perform at the concrete teaching-learning context and micro viewpoint in the classroom lesson. And, abrupt breathing of actual teacher should reflect. Investigated items offer basic foundation for selection and operation of literary material. These problem considerate elementary student's development stage, interest, textual readability, external censor, literary historical value.

      • 여자유도선수의 경기력에 미치는 체력 판별요인 분석

        The study is designed to find out the physical factors for decision of records of play in senior highschool judo players under planned training and to identify physical factors of play performance of judo players. The the subject of the study were the senior highschool players registered in Korea sports council and experienced in participation in various judo plays, and total 72 players served as the subject of the study divided into two groups; 36 excellent players awarded in private competition; and not-excellent players with no award record. SPSS V11.0 ststistic program was used in processing of data in this study. discriminant analysis was performed to identify the combinations of variables for physical strength expression that is the difference between the groups, and the contribution levels of variabilities were assessed. 1. In determination of excellent or not-excellent players by physical strength, statistic showed statistical significance with 5% of significance level. 2. The order of contribution of variables that determine the performance of play was muscular strength, muscular endurance, agility, flexibility, explosive power, and cardiovascular endurance in the six physical strength factors. 3. In therms of accuracy of the reclassification of determination factors of play performance, the reclassification into six physical factors, 74.3%.

      • 螢光燈의 磁氣場에 의한 影響調査

        In this study, it was observed that the discharge voltage is increased(Vd ∝ H), the discharge current and luminous intensity are decreased(L ∝ H^2) as the magnetic field intensity(H) applied on the several commercial fluorescent lamps is increased. Magnetic insulation is appeared in the condition that critical transverse magnetic field is applied on the fluorescent lamps. At that condition, discharge current is reduced very low level, and then glow is disappeared. As the length of the lamp tubes is decreased, magnetic field intensity has to increased in order to occur "magnetic insulation". The experimental relation between critical magnetic field intensity for magnetic insulation anil the length of the lamp tubes (H^*d_eff/V_d^(1/2) = A) is obtained.

      • 斥邪衛正論의 民族主義的 批判認識

        The study on the formation and developmental process of Korean nationalism is the key concept in understanding the real situation of Korean politics today. As one of the components of the basic characters in Koran politics, Korean nationalism functions as the basic matrix for the understanding of the democratization and external policies toward foreign countries. The Sociopolitical situation of Korea in the 18th century must be considered in order to understand the characters of the modern Korean Nationalism correctly: how it was formed, and what the elements were and the way developed by it. Awareness of the significance of this characters has led many scholars to explore the origin and development of the Korean nationalism and they have emphasized specially on the Chuck-Sa-Wi-Jung thought, has to be made, because it was the ultimate element of Korean's principle-in -actions in the period of the opening-door times of Korea. Of course in that times there were many political principles, such as modernizing idea, and Dong-Hak thought, but Chuck-Sa-Wi-Jung was the most representative among them. This paper considers the formation process of the Chuck-Sa-Wi-Jung thought, the functions of it and its meaning in modern Korean Nationalism. The statements which are criticized in this paper are as follow: the Chuck-Sa-Wi-Jung thought was a ruling ideology in those times, and it was lacking in real nationalism elements for the libration toward oppressed people and the real means for the protection of the nation. It had no proportion of nay oppressed peoples nationalistic consciousness, and was only directed toward conservatism, and functioned for the ruling class, not the whole people of Korea.

        The purpose of this study is to review an overview of the current tax system for real estate and provide the directions for developing tax system for real estate in Korea. The taxation of acquisition of real estate are Acquisition Tax, Registration Tax, Inheritance Tax and Gift Tax, Value Added Tax, Stamp Tax and License Tax. The taxation of holding real estate are Property Tax, Aggregate Land Tax, Urban Planning Tax, Community Facility Tax, Income Tax, Corporation Tax, Value Added Tax, Farmland Tax, Asset Revaluation Tax, Business Place Tax, and Inhabitant Tax. And the taxation of selling real estate are Income Tax, Corporation Tax, Value Added Tax, Stamp Tax, Inhabitant Tax and Special Tax for Rural Development. The goals of developing tax system for real estate are to enhance economic justice and facilitate the sound development of the national economy. The property tax system will be renewed by reinforcing taxation on real estate holdings. This includes; a progressive aggregate land tax consolidating the property tax on land; a ceiling on ownership of residential land. In addition the scope of tax preferences on capital gains from real estate transfers will be sharply narrowed. In an effort to broaden tax bases, the government also curtailed tax exemptions and reductions.

      • Malathion이 Mouse 肝細胞內 Pyronin 好性顆粒에 미치는 影響

        Malation은 유기인제 살충제로서 농촌에서는 물론 도시에서도 살충제로 널리 사용되고 있으며 곤충에서는 그 독성이 강하나 사람이나 포유동물에는 그 독성이 비교적 약하게 작용하는 것으로 알려져 있다. Malathion은 용이하게 가수분해되므로 생체내에 흡수되어 축적작용이 적으나 다량의 malathion이 흡수될 때에는 중독증상이 나타나며 조직내의 cholinesterase의 활성을 저해하여 acetylcholine을 축적시켜 결과적으로 부교감신경의 과잉증상과 수의근의 마비로 인한 호흡부전을 일으키게 된다는 사실은 잘 알려져 있다. 그러나 malathion에 중독되었을 때에는 신경기능장해를 일으킬 뿐만 아니라 간장에 대하여도 독작용을 일으킨다고 보고되어 있다. 저자는 malathion이 실험동물의 간세포에 세포독성으로 작용하여 간세포의 microsomal membrane의 손상을 야기시켜 microsomal ribosome에도 영향을 미치리라고 사료되어 간세포내 pyronin 호성과립의 양적변화를 조직화학적으로 추구하였다. 실험동물은 체중 20gm 내외의 건강한 웅성 mouse에 체중 kg당 100mg을 복강내로 주사하여 12시간, 24시간 및 36시간 경과후에 희생하여 간조직을 적출하고 Lillie 용액에 고정한 다음 paraffin 절편을 만들어 methyl green-pyronin 염색으로 간세포내 pyronin호성과립의 양적분포를 광학현미경으로 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. Malathion을 투여한 후 12시간 경과군의 mouse 간장에서는 간세포내 pyronin 호성과립의 형태학적 및 양적변화를 관찰할 수 없었다. 2. Malathion을 투여한 후 24시간 경과군의 mouse 간장에서는 간소염 전역의 간세포에서 pyronin호성과립이 집괴를 형성하고 pyronin 호성과립이 현저히 감소 혹은 소실되었다. 3. Malathion을 투여한 후 36시간 경과군의 mouse 간장에서는 간소엽 전역의 간세포에서 pyronin호성과립은 집괴를 형성하고 있었으나 중등도의 양성반응을 일으킨 pyronin 호성과립이 세포형질내에 분포되었다. 이상 소견을 종합하면 malathion은 mouse 간장의 간세포에서 pyronin 호성과립을 감소 혹은 소실시킨다고 사료된다. Malathion is one of the organic phosphorus compounds which has been widely used as an insecticides. The authors demonstrated the effect of malathion on the liver of the mouse, observing the distribution and disaggregation of the pyroninophilic granules in the hepatic parenchymal cells of albino mice treated with malathion. The animals were given 100mg of malathion per kg of body weight by way of intraperitoneal injection. The animals were killed in the intervals in 12,24 and 35 hours, respectively. Histo chemical preparations were stained were stained with the methyl green and pyronin method for ribonucleic acid granules hepatic parenchymal cells. A marked reduction or disappearance of the pyronophilic granules associated with aggregation in the hepatic parenchymal cells were recongnized at the 24 hours after malathion treated mice. Consequently, it is suggested that malathion would induce change in the microsomal membrane of the hepatic parenchymal cells in albino mice.
