소비자 - 기반 브랜드 자산 척도의 개발과 타당화에 관한 일 연구

국내에서 소비자 - 기반 브랜드 자산의 측정 척도는 아직 체계적으로 개발되어 오지 않았다. 여러 개념적 및 조작적 접근 틀로부터, 그리고 제안된 여러 척도 개발 절차를 이용하여, 본 연구는 5요인(지각된 품질, 브랜드 충성, 브랜드 인식/연상, 독특성 및 할증가격 지불의 향)에 17개 문항으로 구성된 소비자 - 기반 브랜드 자산 척도를 개발하였다. 연구결과들은 본 브랜드 자산 척도가 세 가지 제품부류의 여섯 가지 브랜드에 걸쳐 신뢰할만하고 타당하다는 것을 입증해주고 있다. 논의에서 연구의 이론적이고 실무적인 함의들과 제한점들이 토의되었다. A scale to measure consumer-based brand equity has yet to be systematically devised. Drawing from various related conceptual and operational frameworks, and using numerous advocated scale developmental procedures, this research developed consumer-based brand equity comprised of five factors(perceived quality, brand loyalty, brand awareness/associations, uniqueness, and the willingness to pay a price premium for a brand) and 17 items. The results demonstrate that the brand equity scale is reliable and valid over six different brands in three product categories. Theoretical and practical implications, and the limitations of the study are discussed.
Study on Corner Reflectors Identification in Highway Deformation Monitoring

CRInSAR is a newly developed technique to monitor ground deformation. In CRInSAR algorithm, the identification of Corner Reflectors in SAR images is necessary. Due to the uncertainty of traditional identification method, a new method based on the intensity and correlation coefficient of each CR candidates in SAR images is presented. The method has been successfully used to determine the locations of 11 CRs installed along a highway in six SAR images over the study area. The results show that the identification accuracy of the new method is about 1 pixel. It is effective and reliable especially in the area with lots of lightspots around the CR points. The method proposed can play important role in the highway deformation monitoring within CRInSAR algorithm.

<P><I>Background</I>: Propofol and the tiletamine-zolazepam combination are anesthetics with both sedative-hypnotic and hallucinogenic effects. In South Korea, propofol is controlled while the tiletamine-zolazepam combination is not. Thus, there is a possibility that this drug combination might be used as a substitute drug by propofol-abusers. <I>Objective</I>: In the present study we evaluated whether repeated pre-exposure to propofol predisposes to the use/abuse of the tiletamine-zolazepam combination. <I>Methods</I>: Rats (8-10 animals/group) were pre-treated with saline (control) or propofol at different dosages (10, 30, 60 mg/kg, i.p.), for 14 days, then conditioned place preference (CPP) and self-administration (SA) for the tiletamine-zolazepam combination were evaluated. <I>Results</I>: Rats pretreated with saline exhibited neither CPP nor SA for the tiletamine-zolazepam combination. On the other hand, rats pretreated with propofol, in all dosages, demonstrated significant CPP and SA for the tiletamine-zolazepam combination. <I>Conclusion</I>: These results suggest that tiletamine-zolazepam combinations might be used as a “substitute drug” by abusers of propofol. The careful use, dispensation, and monitoring of tiletamine-zolazepam combinations are advocated.</P>

In this paper, a novel robust nonlinear tracking control scheme is proposed for the yaw channel of an unmanned-aerial-vehicle helicopter that is non-affine in the control input. By a novel dynamic modeling technique, the non-affine nonlinear systems are approximated to facilitate the desired control design. In the controller design procedure, the terminal sliding model control method is intro-duced to deal with the unknown uncertainties/disturbances. Moreover, filter and disturbance estimator are combined to further reduce the chattering. A systematic procedure is developed and related theo-retical and practical issues are discussed. The proposed nonlinear tracking control scheme can guaran-tee the asymptotic output tracking of the closed-loop control systems in spite of unknown uncertain-ties/disturbances. Finally, the simulation results on the dynamic model of a real helicopter-on-arm are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed new control techniques.
Chemical reconstruction of Castor Oil Research of Environmentally Friendly Lubricants

Natural castor oil was chemically reconstructed to extend the carbon chains by means of iso-reaction so as to improve the rheological behavior, by way of increasing the viscosity index and decreasing the pour point. The rheoloaical and triboloaical characteristics of the reconstructed castor oil were comparatively investigated with those of the natural castor oil and several other vegetable oils and a mineral oil. The friction and wear test results on a four-ball machine indicate that the chemically reconstructed castor oil has considerably improved rheological and tribological properties as compared with the natural castor oil. It shows a greatly increase viscosity index and largely decreased pour point, which makes it applicable to low temperature lubrication. The chemically reconstructed castor oil even shows better tribological behavior than pentaerythritol ester or di-iso-capryl sebacate. However, it is still needed to increase the oxidation stability of the reconstructed castor oil.

Precast concrete frame structure with nonrectangular columns are becoming attractive to researchers and engineers owing to advantages such as avoiding column protrusion from walls and saving space. This paper presents the experimental investigation of a full-scale precast concrete frame structure with L-shaped columns (PCFS) subjected to reverse cyclic loading. The precast connection adopted grouted anchor connection. As a comparison and benchmark, one full-scale monolithic sample (RCFS) was also tested. The results indicates that the greater steel ratio in the grouted anchor connection region leads to a high local stiffness of the elements, which contributed to delaying occurrence of the first crack at the grouting holes. The failure mode, lateral load capacity, stiffness degradation, load-carrying capacity degradation, energy-dissipating capacity, ductility and interlayer residual deformation were compared between two specimens. PCFS specimen exhibited comparatively better hysteretic behavior, energy-dissipating capacity, residual deformation-resisting capacity and ductility. For RCFS and PCFS specimens, the peak load difference was within 7%. About 15% increases in ductility were observed for PCFS specimen compared with RCFS specimen. The test results would provide reference for the application of the precast concrete structure with nonrectangular columns in the new residential buildings.

The tribolugical characteristic of several environmentally friendly lubricating base stocks was examined, and the effect of some commonly used additives on the tribological behavior of the lubricating oils was comparatively investigated on a four-ball machine. It has been found that the commercial additives including butene sulfide, wax chloride, zinc dialkyldithiophosphate and ashless P-N type agent helped to improve the friction-reducing and antiwear properties as well as the extreme pressure behavior. Non-toxic nanoscale (CF)x showed the best friction-reducing ability, though it registered relatively poor extreme pressure properties. The mechanism on friction of nano-scale material is discussed.

Objective: The Von Hippel-Lindau syndrome (VHLD), an inherited neoplastic syndrome predisposing to central nervous system hemangioblastoma (CNS), pheochromocytoma (PCC), renal cell carcinoma(RCC), retinal hemangioma (RA) and renal cysts, is caused by mutations or deletions of the VHL tumor-suppressor gene. To assess VHL genotype-phenotype correlations with function of pVHL a gene mutation analysis of members in a Chinese family with non-syndromic PCCs and individuals with apparently sporadic pheochromocytoma (ASP) was performed. Materials and Methods: DNA samples of 20 members from the Chinese family with non-syndromic PCCs and 41 patients with ASP were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction and direct sequencing, confirmed by Taqman probe. Results: Three novel mutations (H125P, 623(^TTTGTtG) and R120T) were identified in the Chinese family and in 3 among 41 ASP patients. The mutations were all located in exon 2 of VHL gene encoding ${\beta}$-domain of pVHL. The tumor type in H125P carriers and R120T carriers was VHL type 2C. And 623(^TTTGTtG) carriers presented VHL type 2B or type 2C. Conclusions: VHL gene abnormalities were identified in the Chinese family with non-syndromic PCCs and patients with APS, resulting in dysfunction of pVHL. H125P and R120T could be associated with VHL type 2C, while 623(^TTTGTtG) might be linked with VHL type 2B or type 2C. Not only is the genetic analysis helpful for early diagnosis and treatment of patients with VHLD, it is also benefitial for research intoVHLD pathogenesis.
