국제스포츠행사시 테러리즘 양상과 대응방안

오늘날 스포츠는 정치에 가장 많이 이용되고 있으며 국수적인 민족의식을 조장하기도 한다. 이는 총칼로 겨루는 전쟁보다 올림픽이나 월드컵 같은 스포츠 행사가 더 큰 정치적 영향력을 발휘하기 때문이기도 하다. 실제 국제스포츠 경기에서의 승리는 자국의 정치체계의 우월성이나 이데올로기, 경제, 사회 및 민족우수성을 과시하는 수단으로 이용되고 있다. 우리나라도 제5 공화국 출범과 함께 우민화정책의 일환으로 국민들의 정치적 무관심을 조장하기 위해 스포츠를 활용했다는 평가도 있었다. 최근북한 김정은의 통치이념도 살펴보면 '스포츠 정치'라는 분석도 있다. 이는 스포츠를 활성화시킴으로써 사회에 대한 불만을 무마하려는 이벤트 정치를 펼치고 실제로 스포츠를 통해 주민의 충성심을 높이고 대외이미지를 개선해 국제사회의 고립으로부터 탈출하려는 의도가 담긴 것으로 보이기도 한다. 이처럼 국제스포츠행사는 어떤 면에서는 정치적 도구로서 매우 유용하게 활용될 수도 있지만 또 다른 한편으로는 세계의 많은 관심과 이목이 집중 될 수 있는 큰 행사이기 때문에 테러리스트들이 자신들의 주장과 요구사항을 전파하는 등 최소의 노력으로 최대의 '홍보 효과'를 노릴 수 있는 좋은 기회가 될 수 있어 테러의 목표물로서 이용될 수 있다는 분석이 가능하다. 특히 우리나라경우는 다문화, 국제화사회로 진행되는 과정에서국제테러단체와 북한의 테러공격과 함께 소외된 계층에 의한 자생적 테러발생의 우려 등의 가능성이 어느때 보다도 농후하다고 할 수 있다. 더구나 최근 북한은 대내외적인 어려움을 타개하기 위하여 이를 외부로 돌리기 위한 테러리즘이 더욱 급증할 것이 예상된다. 때문에 이러한 자들이 국내에서 개최되는 국제스포츠행사시 테러를 자행할 가능성은 매우 증대되고 있기 때문에 테러 위협요인에 대해 적절히 대응할 수 있는 체계적 사전예방책과 사후대응책수립이 어느 때보다 더 요구된다 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to find out the impact on collegian’ acquisition to watch viewing immersive and Wushu image according to Wushu viewing experience. The subjects of this study is to use the convenience extraction targets collegian in South Jeolla province. Regional University in 2014 to extract the sample was 274 people survey by purposeful sampling methods. The data collected Wushu results viewing experience to see what the impact on the viewer engagement and relationship Wushu image through multiple regression analysis are as follows: First, the immersive viewing experience and culture of the Wushu showed a significant positive effect on the awareness. Second, was born immersive of Wushu viewing experience shows that a significant positive effect on the positive impact of favorable action, commitment and charming castle showed a significant positive effect on the perception of favor liking.

This study did comparative analysis of the aerial cartwheel motion by selecting 4 players including a member of the national team, who won a prize within a third place at the national wushu competition during the past three years, and four non-class players, who had no prize-winning career, but could do aerial cartwheel motion, as research subject; then, this study obtained the conclusion as below in order to use it as systematic training of aerial cartwheel motion by analyzing motor-mechanics-based variables. It"s very important how to switch from the forward-moving direction to the vertical direction skillfully in order to effectively carry out the wushu aerial cartwheel motion. It"s because such a skillful switching motion makes it possible for a player to increase the vertical speed by the bend and stretch-spreading of the knee joint, and to project his body high by making impulse bigger while giving impact force heavily on the ground in short grounding time. Thus, the projected moving body makes it possible for a player to do aerial cartwheel kicking effectively using the long time of staying in the air at the highest apex, and it is thought that the effective aerial cartwheel motion comes from skillfully carrying out a big locus of circular motion by stretching and spreading the left & right knee joints to the maximum.

전북지역 사육 소에서 첫 럼피스킨 발생 보고

The outbreak of lumpy skin disease (LSD), caused by LSD virus (LSDV), in Jeollabuk-do was first confirmed at a Korean cattle farm in Buan-gun on October 24, 2023. Afterwards, thirteen cases (twelve cases in Gochang-gun and a case in Imsil-gun) were further confirmed, resulting in a total of fourteen cases over 25 days until November 17, 2023. Clinical examination were conducted on infected and co-habitting cattle from the LSD-affected farms with particular focus on the presence of nodules throughout the body such as head, neck, chest, femur, head, and perineum. As a results, abnormal clinical signs were observed in fifteen cows: loss of appetite in six cows, high fever in three cows, eye mucosal nodules in a cow, nasal mucosal nodules in six cows, nodules on perineum in five cows, scrotum nodules in two cows, papillary nodules in a cow, and/or skin nodules in eleven cows. By the PCR methods, the common gene of capripox virus and/or the specific gene of LSDV were detected in 35 of the 69 cows tested this study. In the Farm1, capripox virus-specific gene, LSDV wild strain-specific gene, and LSDV vaccine strain-spcific gene were simultaneously detected in affected cows, indicating the cattle farm was affected by various strain of LSDV. As a result of combining clincal examination and PCR test, it was found that clinically and subclinically infeted cows coexist in the LSDV-infected farms. These finding in this study will be a great help in diagnosis and prevention of the LSD in Korean cattle farms.

유럽, 중앙아시아와 함께 세계의 주요한 전략적 요충지 중 하나인 동북아는 1980년대 후반 이후로 평화와 협력이 정착될 것으로 기대되었다. 그러나 중국 문제에의 직면은 필연적 인 것이었다. 중국의 계속된 군사력 성장은 많은 관심을 끌어모으고 있다. 중국의 군사력 증강은 그에 대한 대응수단에 있어 우리의 안보와 연구에 많은 영향을 미치므로, 필자는 중국의 군사력 증강에 대해 연구해보겠다. 중국은 스스로를 세계의 중심이라고 표현해왔으며 중국이 인류문명 발상지 중 하나라는 사실에 대해 자부심을 가져왔다. 이러한 자아중심적인 인식이 중국으로 하여금 세계의 핵심적 지위를 얻고자 노력을 경주하게 만들어왔다. 미국이 '사막의 폭풍' 작전에서 보여준 놀라운 군사적 능력을 목격한 이후, 중국은 장비의 현대화를 통한 군사력 증강의 중요성을 깨닫게 되었다. 미래의 전쟁에서는 입체전, 전자전, 그리고 미사일 전투와 같이 고도의 기술전이 전투에서 승리하는 데 중요한 역할을 맡을 것 이기 때문이었다. 중국의 군사력 증강은 지상군보다는 해군과 공군을 강화하는 데 초점을 두고 있다. 이러한 경향은 이전의 냉전체제에 뒤이은 다극화체제에서 중국이 중심이 되어야 한다는 인식으로부터 비롯된 것이다. 중국의 군사력 증강에 대한 우리의 대응은 장차 중국과 기타 주변국으로부터의 위협에 대비하기 위한 자급적인 군사체계를 강화하는 것이 되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 우리는 또한 중국을 포함한 주변국들 사이에서, 군사적 갈등을 다각화된 안보 협력 체계로써 파악할 수 있는 방법을 찾아야 한다. 셋째, 동북아 지역의 향후 군사적 갈등 발생 가능성을 최소화함으로써 한반도의 지정학적 유리함을 취하기 위해 주변국들 간의 중재역할을 하는 것이 중요하다. 중요한 점은 우리가 협력적인 안보의 관점에서, 그리고 많은 나라들에게 민감한 인권과 영토 문제를 고려하면서 중국의 군사력 증강 문제에 접근해야 한다는 것이다. 그래서 우리는 항상 중국의 국방을 주의깊게 살펴야 하며 외교정책을 우리의 국방을 위해 현명하고 적절하게 발전시켜야 한다.
