This report will introduce the epitome about the subject, HANARO (Hi-flux Advanced Neutron Application Reactor designed by KAERI in early 1995) Utilization Education Training Program Development and Operation, which is one of the nuclear research basic expansion businesses executed from 1999. 12. to strengthen the usage of HANARO. This program consists of the basic reactor experiments program for university students who have specialty of nuclear and other engineering, and the special research education program for faculties from universities and researchers from industrial fields. Principle lessons are reactor operation, radioisotope production, neutron activation analysis, neutron radiography, radiation shield (health physics), nuclear fuel combustion measurement by gamma scanning arrangement, and CNS (Compact Nuclear Simulator) and so on.

Aluminum nitride (AlN) nanopowders with low degree of agglomeration and uniform particle size were synthesized by carbothermal reduction of alumina and subsequent direct nitridization. Boehmite powder was homogeneously admixed with carbon black nanopowders by ball milling. The powder mixture was treated under ammonia atmosphere to synthesize AlN powder at lour temperature. The effect of process variables such as boehmite/carbon black powder ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on the synthesis of AlN nanopowder was investigated.

Recently, tailored and multidisciplinary treatment of gastric cancer was emerging in the field of clinical oncology. Gastric cancer is the most frequently diagnosed cancer in Korea. Surgery is the only possible curative procedure, and extensive gastrectomy and D2 lymph node dissection has been accepted as standard treatment in all gastric cancer patients until recently. In early gastric cancer, many researchers established the indications of limited surgery including endoscopic mucosal resection based on various well-collected retrospective data. Limited surgery and minimally invasive surgery contribute to quality of life in gastric cancer patients. In advanced gastric cancer, eastern surgeons believe that D2 lymph node dissection is standard treatment if done by credential surgeons in specialized centers despite of different opinion of western surgeon. In addition, adjuvant chemotherapy after good local control by D2 dissection has gained survival benefit rather than D2 dissection alone in randomized trials. In conclusion, present confronted issue is to establish tailored treatments of individualized patients through extent of disease in gastric cancer patients. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2011;57:335-339)

실험연구 : Sufentanil 투여가 흰쥐적출심장에서 허혈시 심근기능 및 관상동맥혈류에 미치는 영향

Background: Some opioids have been shown to attenuate an ischemia-reperfusion injury in an isolated-heart model. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of sufentanil on the cardiac function in isolated-heart models when given before and after prolonged periods of low flow ischemia. Methods: Isolated rat hearts were stabilized for 30 minutes and subdivided into four groups (each n = 7). The control group was subjected to low flow ischemia (LFI 0.3 ml/min) of 5% dextrose water for 30 minutes, followed by perfusion with a modified Krebs solution at a constant pressure for 60 minutes. In the sufentanil groups, different sufentanil (12.5 mg/L, 25 mg/L, 50 mg/L) doses were administered with the modified Krebs solution after 30 minutes of stabilization until the end of the experiment with the exception of the LFI group. The left ventricular end systolic pressure (LVESP), dP/dt max, heart rate and coronary flow were measured. After reperfusion, the infarct size of all groups was measured. Results: The control and the sufentanil groups had a lower LVESP, dP/dt max, coronary effluent flow and arrhythmia duration after ischemia and reperfusion than those before ischemia. The infarct sizes in the sufentanil groups were smaller than those in the control group. However the infarct sizes of the sufentanil groups were similar. Conclusion: Sufentanil reduces the infarct size but does not improve the post-ischemic functional dysfunction. (Korean J Anesthesiol 2006; 51: 216~21)

일본 대중문화 속의 요괴(妖怪)

본 연구는 일본 대중문화 속의 요괴에 관한 연구로, 애니메이션에 등장하는 요괴를 중심으로 요괴가 현재까지 어떤 식으로 변용되어 왔는지를 고찰한 연구이다. 요괴의 정확한 개념부터 시작해 요괴의 역사, 요괴 애니메이션의 변천을 통해 현재 일본 대중문화에서의 요괴상에 대해 고찰하고 ‘요카이워치’라는 애니메이션의 인기 비결을 다양한 각도에서 분석해 봤다. 분석을 통해 고대의 두렵고 경이로운 대상에서 출발한 요괴는 중세가 되어 그 구체적인 모습이 구현(具現化)되었고 근세에 이르러서는 점차 오락의 소재나 하나의 캐릭터로서 활용되었다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 일본의 요괴 문화는 대중문화에서도 스토리 전개의 중요한 제재로 활용되게 되는데 특히 애니메이션에서의 요괴는 인간과 요괴의 벽을 없애는 방향으로 변화하며 기존의 요괴 이미지를 보다 친숙한 이미지로 바꾸는데 기여한 것으로 보여진다. This research is a study on youkai in Japanese popular culture, a study which analyzed how the youkai changed so far, centered on youkai appeared in animation. Starting with the exact concept of youkai, through the history of youkai, through the history of youkai animation, I studied about the image of the youkai in Japanese popular culture and analyzed the secret of popularity of animation "Yokai watch" from various angles. Through analysis, youkai which was a scary and horrible existence of the past appeared in a medieval appearance with a concrete appearance, and in the modern age it is used as an entertainment material and a theme. Also, Japanese yokai culture is used as an important theme of story development also in popular culture, especially animation youkai has changed in the direction to eliminate the walls of humans and youkai, and the image of existing youkai is made into an intimate image It seems to be useful for changing.

중·고등학교 농구 경기기록에 의한 승패 결정 요인 분석

The purpose of this study is to suggesting factors that decide victory and defeat by analyzing middle and high school basketball matches with statistical methods. For doing so, analyses were made by objecting results of 779 games having been progressed for 2 years from 2013 to 2014 through nationwide 5 matches of middle & high school male-female basketball tournaments. As a result of analyzing decision tree analysis, adopted factors from male middle school and female high school matches were filed goal and free throw among 6 factors, and was field goal in female middle school matches. The adopted factor in male high school matches was rebound, field goal, and assist. The highest winning probability was 94.2% when exceeding 43 rebounds and 5 assists, and this shows the importance of rebound and assist and winning probability when interaction is matched. The lowest winning probability was 10.9% when lowering 26 rebounds, and it indicates the importance of rebound. In conclusion, there were differences by gender and school type, but field goal, free throw, rebound, assist among 6 factors of middle& high school basketball matches appeared to important factors for victory statistically. Also, differences by school type were shown because growth of middle school players was not perfect compared to high school players. In training middle school players, practices on field goal, free throw, rebound, assist are required, and it is necessary to foster responsibility on ball ownership so as to prevent from intercept. Also it is necessary to teach the importance of assist and defense as the game nears to the final match since ability differences by team are not displayed largely in the final matches of male middle& high school players.

In this thesis, the problems derived through the evaluation of usability, solved in the cyber shopping mall interface usage were analyzed and compared and a new interface design construction was proposed for customers to be able to enjoy shopping purchasing products easily. This thesis is divided into three main parts. Firstly, the characteristics of the purchasing behavior of customers in the actual world was examined and the characteristics of the organization, form and shopping behavior in existing cyber shopping malls were looked into. Secondly, with the foundation of shopping patterns through cyber shopping behavior, the elements of cyber shopping formation were extracted and using the method of video protocol analysis method, the usability evaluation and the process of it, was proposed. Lastly, through examples of other theses, with the foundation of the results of protocol data analysis, the problems of existing cyber shopping mall interface were analyzed and the construction guide for interface design of cyber shopping mall was proposed.
