In this paper, we transformed photovoltaic energy to electric energy using solar cells for drive power source and charged 1t with batteries. This system was programmed in a one-chip microprocessor PIC. This system can be available for the greenhouses set at countrysides and suburbs because it keeps the temperature ins1de constant and can also be used as a protection against burglars at the harvesting season. Abstract- A new analysis method is presented for the steady state response of electronic ballast circuit. Comparisons and examination among self exited LCC, LLCC resonant converter of electronic ballast for fluorescent lamp in expect of soft starting, component stress shot of are presented. In this paper, the theoretrcal discussions and analysis are verified by experimental measurements.

신재생에너지의 보급이 증가하면서 기존의 시스템과 신규 설치되는 시스템을 원격지에서 효율적으로 관리하는 모니터링 기술이 필수가 되었다. 이들 모니터링 기술에는 발전 출력량과 기상조건 등의 복합적 요소 모니터링 기술이 필요하다. 다중 채널을 이용하여 모니터링 하는 기법은 통신속도와 S/W, H/W에 따라 각각 여러가지 방법이 있으며 최대채널의 제한, 가격적인 부분까지 많은 부분을 고려해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존 수행하고 있는 모니터링 기술을 분석하여 신재생에너지 시스템에 적합한 다중채널 모니터링 기법을 제안하고자 한다.

In this paper we present the method that improve alarm security system using the electronic circuits added the emergency lamp by our proposed Algorithms. In conventional method the emergency lamp of warning & alarm system was not executed perfectly its performance because of battery with short life. For improving this problem we, using Peripheral Interface Controller IC, designed the circuit added the emergency lamp for an warning & alarm system and for prevent from stopping the electric current, and compared our proposed method with conventional method. <br/> By designing the circuit to stop up over charge we can extend life of battery, use for a stoppage of electric current in emergency and according to the lightness around. Therefore we are very convenient and profitable m our life.<br/> In the future we will study the method to lower the cost of architecture for practical utilization.<br/> <br/>
