Hot Press Forming (HPF) process with which automotive product is formed at elevated temperature and cooled down in the tool to get the ultra-high strength has been applied to improve weight reduction and crash performance. AlSi coated material for HPF process is widely used to prevent oxidation of substrate during heating in the furnace and transport to the press in the air. This study observed surface color of the AlSi coated sheet with heating condition and analyzed the characteristics of AlSi coated layer. As heating time gets longer, surface color after cooling was changed from gray to blue. The coated layer has a thickness over 35㎛ after heating and reaction between coated material and substrate results in a specific alloy composition along with coated layer. Finally, pick-up of AlSi coated layer on the tool was observed and elimination of pick-up is one of the factors that stop the process and increase maintenance costs for the serial process.
Mistuning Intensity Effect to Optimization of Mistuning pattern for Bladed Disk

In turbomachinery rotor, there are small differences in the structural and/or geometrical properties of individual blades, which are referred to as blade mistuning. Mistuning effects of the forced response of bladed disks can be extremely large as often reported in many studies. In this paper, the pattern optimization of intentional mistuning for bladed disks considering with intentional mistuning intensity effect is the focus of the present investigation. More specifically, the class of intentionally mistuned disks considered here is limited, for cost reasons, to arrangements of two types of blades (A and B, say) and Genetic Algorithm is used to optimize the arrangement of these blades around the disk to reduce the forced response of blade with intentional mistuning intensity levels.
다양한 움직임 영역의 크기에 적응적인 시각 주의 탐색 시스템

본 논문에서는 동영상을 대상으로 하는 시각 주의 탐색에 대한 새로운 시스템에 대하여 설명한다. 제안하는 시스템은 기존의 공간 주의 모델에 새로운 시간 특징 추출 모듈을 추가함으로써 색상 및 명암, 형태, 방위와 같은 공간 특징 외에 움직임과 같은 시간 특징을 추가로 사용한 시각주의 탐색 모델이다. 기존 시스템과 가장 큰 차이점으로 공간 특징의 가중치 결합 방법과 움직임 특징 추출방법, 공간과 시간 특징 간 결합방법에 있다. 시스템의 성능평가를 위하여 다양한 환경의 영상을 대상으로 실험하였고 제안하는 시스템은 영상에서 사람이 시각적으로 중요하게 인지하는 영역과 부합되는 결과를 보였다.

Balancing of rotating machinery can determines the life of the machine. before further damage occurs. The subject of this paper is a secondary high-pressure LNG Pump. This pump has a long shaft and integral type of rotor. Also, the shaft has three support points. This shape has difficulty correcting the unbalance using the existing two-plane balancing. Therefore balancing technology development is required. It simulated a high-pressure LNG Pump with Rotor and Shaft shape of the subject integrated using Pilot Rotor as previous studies to determine the optimal balancing rpm of the Lab Scale Shaft. By carrying out balancing at each rpm, we compared the amplitude, drew the graph and compared every aspect resulted from balancing at each rpm. Then, we check which rpm the most advantageous balancing occurs at.
