Pigmented villonodular synovitis (PVNS) is a rare proliferative disease affecting joint synovium, tendon sheaths, bursae. The usual treatment for PVNS is a surgical excision. If destructive joint lesions have occurred, complete resections must be performed followed by arthrodesis or arthroplasty. We report a case of a pigmented villonodular synovitis involving an ankle joint which was treated by total ankle replacement for recurrence after simple synovectomy.
수중소음 거리감쇠 특성식을 이용한 해양생물 피해영향범위 예측

There are insufficient data to consider the effect zone for the marine life of coastal fisheries, because no standard has been defined for the sound level ofmarine life. In this study, equations for distance attenuation were used to determine the effect zone for oceanic noises. A reference noise level was divided into 4 parts to consider the characteristics of the fishes, and the effect zone of each reference noise level was determined. To increase the reliability of the effect scope, approximately 100 repetitions of blasting work split into several parts by the boring depth, the sound level of the source caused by an increase in weight, and the effect zone were calculated using the prediction equation. According to the prediction, the maximum distance of the effect zone was 4.92 ㎞.

기계장치에 있어서 브레이크 시스템은 기계의 안전상 동작만큼이나 중요한 부분이다. 기계를 급히 정지시켜야하는 비상시에 기계가 멈추지 않으면 큰 사고로 발전할 수 있기 때문이다. 이것은 모든 기계장치에서 공통된 사항이며, 선박에서 또한 마찬가지이다. 선박에는 2종류의 계류장치가 존재한다. 그 중 하나는 항해하는 선박을 근해에 정박시키기 위해서는 해저에 닻을 내리는 윈드라스 윈치이며, 또 다른 하나는 배를 항구에 계류시키기 위한 무어링 윈치이다. 그 중 기존에 사용하는 무어링 윈치의 경우, 브레이크 밴드가 하나의 철판으로 만들어져 있으며, 브레이크 밴드와 라이닝을 연결하는 볼트의 파손이 발생하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 이 파손을 방지하기 위해 유한요소해석 프로그램을 사용하여 응력이 집중되는 부위를 선정하였고, 이 부위를 분리하여 응력 집중을 해소하였다, 또한 이 분리지점의 각도에 따른 해석을 수행하여 최적의 위치를 선정하였다. In the machinery, the brake system is as important part as machine's working. The situation of emergency stop, the machine doesn't stopped would be occur big accident. This is common things for all of machinery, also for the ships. There are two kind of mooring devices are existed on the ship. One of them, the windlass winch, is used to anchor. The other, the mooring winch is used to moor the ship in pier use the rope tied to bitt on dock. In case of previously been used mooring winch made of a steel plate, and the bolt which was connect brake band and lining broken. In this study, prevent an accident find the position of stress concentration by finite element analysis program. And removed stress concentration. And search the optimum position of the separation angle to be more efficient.
마찰용접된 Torque Rod의 굽힘 피로수명에 관한 연구

The torque rod was located at the drive shaft of a bus or truck. The torque rod support the drive shaft and reduce the shock from movement of the drive shaft. In this study, We conducted the structural analysis and fatique analysis of the friction welded torque rod using the Ansys workbench as a universal analysis program. From the result, the friction welded torque rod satisfied the fatigue cycle criterion demanded from the industry. The thickness difference between the end rod and tube affected the stress distribution of torque rod and that affected the fatigue cycle of the friction welded torque rod.
듀얼모드 무어링 윈치의 브레이크 밴드의 두께 변화에 따른 제동력 영향

The brake system is very important part of the machine working. If the machine can't be stopped, it would be serious accident. It is the same as the ship. The mooring winch brake hold the ship in harbor. But sometimes it appeared the excessive stress and brake lining would be broken. So it is necessary to change the shape of brake system with improve the braking power. This study carried out research on optimum design like as moved the position of link pin or modified the thickness of brake band and lining.
