최근 햄버거 병을 시작으로 살충제 계란파동, E형간염 소시지까지, 급증한 식품안전 사고는 국민식품소비를 위축시키고 막연한 공포감 조성으로 올바른 식품섭취를 유지할 수 없도록 한다. 국민소득 증가와 더불어 식품의 안전성에 대한 소비자의 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 소비자는 보다 안전한 먹거리를 공급해줄 것을 요구하고 있다. 이에 대한 대응책을 마련하고자 정부와 식품업계, 학계 등은 고심하고 있다. 본 연구는 4차산업혁명에 발맞추어 식품안전분야에 ICT기술을 활용한 생산에서 소비자까지의 식품공급망의 안전관리를 체계화하는 FSMS(Food Safety Management System)을 구성해보고 그를 통한 식품의 안전도를 시험분석을 통해 효과를 검증하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구는 FSMS의 기술요소인 빅데이터, 온습도IoT센서 등을 Pilot Test하고 FSMS 도입전과 도입후의 검체를 체품하여 공인식품시험검사기관에서 검체의 미생물수 분석을 통해 최종적으로 FSMS의 도입효과와 모형도를 제시하였다.

The hot water baking system of KSTAR is a system to clean the inner surface of vacuum vessel. The moisture on the surface is separated from heated vacuum vessel. This system consists of hot water circulation pumps, electric heater, storage tank to recover the pressure of system, pre-cooler, constant flow valve, etc. We began the testing operation of baking system without experimental equipment(VV) for a steady state through bypass piping. This system had several troubles, and they were repaired with a lot of effort and methods. We operated the chained system with VV to 130℃, could have optimized operation method, and changed parameters of monitoring & control system on November in 2007. The focuses of this paper are testing operation in Sec. 3.2, testing results in Sec. 4.2.

KSTAR NBI system heating a plasma with a neutral beam injection over one hundred million degrees celsius is composed of three ion sources, a beam line, power supplies, vacuum pumps. The NBI-1 is first step consists of a ion source and the others almost are the same. Cooling load to manage the heat generated during operation of the NBI is about 42 ㎿, it of the NBI-1 is about 12 ㎿. The cooling water system is a closed heat transfer circuit has a pump system, two heat exchangers, a closed-expansion tank, a UV-Lamp, etc. In this paper, we described a NBI configuration & cooling requirements, special conditions, investigated operating method & procedure, and problems & solutions in the design and commissioning of the cooling water system for the NBI-1.

The toroidal field magnet power supply (TF MPS) for the KSTAR was constructed in August, 2007 and started the operation for the commissioning in March, 2008. The main role of the TF MPS is to supply the electric power to the TF magnet of the KSTAR. The water cooling components of the TF MPS are 16 stacks, busbar of 70 meters. For the cooling of the TF MPS, the D·I water cooling system was designed and installed. The water cooling system consists of several pumps, heat exchangers, D·I water polishing system and so on. The water cooling system for the TF MPS was tested under the 15 ㎄ current charging condition. In this paper be discussed about the system performance and other parameters.

The PFCs made of carbon are panels to protect the vacuum vessel with high degree vacuum and others. They contact with the plasma, and have some interval. The hot(350℃) nitrogen gas baking system of KSTAR PFC is a process to clean the on surface of PFCs. Heated PFCs till 300℃ is separated the moisture and impurities on the their surfaces. This baking system is closed loop, composed of a compressor of turbo type, a pre-cooler and cooler of shell & plate, a electric heater to control the SCR. The compressor can be operated only till maximum discharge temperature 180℃. Therefore, we designed the cooler passed the cooling water to cool the suction gas. and In order to recover the loss energy, we are going to install the pre-cooler of the gas via. gas type before the heater. This paper is described the design, the operation method & procedure of the baking system and this system will be operated in 2010.

PFC nitrogen gas (GN<SUB>2</SUB>) baking system is a closed-loop system and consists of a compressor (nitrogen gas), a electric heater, a pre-cooler (gas vs. gas), a cooler (gas vs. water), a vacuum pump, etc. The system has the following characteristics: 1)Because the compressor cannot be operated at 350℃, the cooler is installed at its suction pipe in order to keep its suction gas temperature below 90℃; 2) The high temperature nitrogen gas fed into the PFC source an energy from compression heat of the compressor and heat retrieved of the pre-cooler to reduce the heaters capacity and those become saving operational energy highly; 3) The heater power is regulated by the temperature of the heater outlet gas through feedback control. For the heating operation in the fourth campaign, the temperature of GN<SUB>2</SUB> supplied was raised to 300℃; PFC temperature reached 250℃. This paper describes the optimum design of PFC GN<SUB>2</SUB> baking system and its operating results.
