수용액 속에서 1-페닐-2-아세트아미도-3-부탄온의 용해도를 20, 30, 40$^{\circ}$C 에서 또 1kg/$cm^2$에서 4500 kg/$cm^2$까지의 압력에서 측정하였다. 압력이 커질수록 용해도는 감소한다. 이러한 용해도 변화는 디케토피페라진과 아주 비슷하다. 디케토피페라진이 펩타이드 결합의 모델 화합물이라는 점과 1-페닐-2-아세토아미도-3-부탄온이 한개의 펩타이드 결합과 상당히 큰 소수성 작용기를 가졌다는 점을 고려할 때 이와 같은 용해도 변화는 예상 밖이다. 부피 변화와 열용량 변화에 대한 값은 이상하다고 할 정도는 아니었다. The solubilities of 1-phenyl-2-acetamido-3-butanone were measured in $H_2O$ at 20, 30 and 40$^{\circ}$C at pressure from 1 to 4500 kg/$cm^2$. Pressure going up to 4500 kg/$cm^2$, the solubility in $H_2O$decreases consistantly as that of diketopiperazine does. As diketopiperazine is a model compound of peptide bond and 1-phenyl-2-acetamido-3-butanone has only one peptide bond and a pretty large hydrophobic group, the solubility behavior is quite surprising. Volume change and heat capacity change data are reasonable.
비광화학적인 홀의 생성에 대한 속도론적 모델 : 유사 3-준위계

Weak burn intensity limit에서 홀의 깊이를 계산하는 기존의 이론을 임의의 burn 세기에서도 계산할수 있도록 NPHB kinetic에 관한 유사 3-준위계를 이용하여 확장하였다, 이 모델은 같은 burn fluence에 대하여 burn 세기가 클 때는 다른 홀의 깊이를 burn 세기가 약한 경우에는 같은 홀의 깊이를 나타내었다. 이 모델을 이용하여 계산된 홀 성장곡선들과 기존의 oxzaine720/glycerol와 tetracene/MTHF glass의 실험 데이타를 비교하였다. The theory previously proposed to simulate hole depth in the weak burn intensity limit is extended to examine the hole depth at arbitrary burn intensity using 3-level system model. The hole spectrum simulated using constant fluence gives different hole depth for strong burn intensity while it gives same hole depth for weak burn intensity region. The calculated hole growth curves are compared with published experimental data for oxazine720 in glycerol and tetracene in MTHF glass.

Effects of SDS and temperature on the conformational changes of bacteriorhodopsin were studied using a, b, c bands of bacteriorhodopsin. In the SDS denaturation, bacteriorhodopsin in purple membrane was more labile than bacteriorhodopsin reconstituted into PC vesicles. These rather interesting results may be understood by effective SDS concentration in lipid layer.

This study examined the following: accuracy of the exposure conditions in the inverter device and three-phase device; output waveform over the exposure conditions; and average and standard deviation of the output waveform. After assessing whether the dose corresponding to the theoretical dose was presented, the following conclusions were obtained: 1. The accuracy of the tube voltage(kVp) and tube current(mA) exposure time(sec) was within the tolerable level prescribed in Korea's Safety Management Standards. In the error, Inverter device was large the tube voltage and exposure time, the three-phase device was large the tube current. 2. In terms of the output waveform of the exposure conditions and the average and standard deviation of the output waveform, the higher tube voltage and larger tube current resulted in greater standard deviation in pulsation. Moreover, the standard deviation of pulsation was shown to be greater in the inverter device than the three-phase device; there was also greater standard deviation in the inverter device considering the exposure time. 3. Regarding the exposure conditions over the output dose, all linearity showed the coefficient of variation which had an allowable limit of error within 0.05. Although the output dose ratio for the inverter device was 1.00~1.10 times no difference that of the three-phase device, there was almost no difference in dose ratio between the tube currents.
