The succession recovery claim that is a system for protects the truth successor leads recovery of succession effect. The succession recovery claim regarding the legal nature, specially the theory is being opposed 'theory of independent right and theory of gathering right'. When seeing history, the succession recovery claim is the objective to recovery of inherited property and protects the truth successor. Currently our country case, Supreme Court takes a thoery of gathering right, the Constitutional Court is taking a theory of independent right. But our civil law is letting regarding a succession recovery claim §999, the interpretation is giving charge of in theory and judicial precedent. Consequently it means that the interpretation coat problem regarding a succession recovery claim is caused. The hazard which solves like this problem it stands, the establishment of the regulation which is detailed regarding a succession recovery claim is requested. When seeing from like this side, the regulation of 14 things regarding the succession recovery claim at Germany civil law good instance is a possibility of doing. The legislation which is detailed regarding the application scope, the object and the prescription of succession recovery claim to consider the legal nature with first priority and must become accomplished.

The operating strategy of hybrid system influences on efficiency and stability. In this paper the proper strategies are compared each other considering power distribution and stable system operation. The operating temperature of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC) usually has to be limited under 100?C to maintain the proper ionic conductivity. Therefore, the only product from reaction, water, is in the liquid phase. Two-phase flow makes the flow phenomenon in the channel difficult to understand and predict. Water blocking in the PEMFC channel or the pore of Gas Diffusion Layer (GDL), called flooding, is known as the main effect of PEMFC degradation. To analyze two-phase flow, the PEMFC with transparent acrylic plate was used. Two-phase flow patterns were observed by varying the current density. When the PEMFC is mounted horizontally, water in the cathode is mainly transported on the interface between the channel and GDL.

When renting a store in a commercial building in Korea, people should pay certain amount of money as key money in addition to the rent. The key money is the right endowed by the positive law. In the similar vein, tax is levied based on the key money. The precedent of the Supreme Court asserts that tenants` getting back the key money is impossible. However, when there are the agreements between tenant and landlord or any early terminations of lease before due dates, it is possible for the tenants to have the key money back. In reality, however, the key money has been the financial burden for the tenants who are mostly the financially underprivileged. This paper thus proposes the revision of the law for protection of commercial building tenants. The revision should make it a rule to report the lease contract containing the specific amount of key money to a local tax office. In order to protect the tenants` key money indirectly, then, making this kind of lease contract should become mandatory through the revision of regulations regarding the real estate agents and real estate transactions.
전산해석을 통한 고분자 전해질 연료전지 내 입구 가습조건의 영향에 관한 연구

PEMFC(Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell) is a low temperature fuel cell and has many probabilities of commercial use. However water management remains as one of serious technical problems for commercialization. It is necessary to understand the relationship between operation conditions and water behavior in PEMFC channel. In this paper, phenomena resulted from inlet temperature changes are mainly observed. If the anode inlet temperature is equal to the cathode inlet temperature, the result is predictable. If not, complex phenomena are occurred. Especially, behaviors of current density, activation loss and variables related with water are not predictable at gas inlet region. It is considered that the diffusion of water through membrane may affect to the behaviors.

PEMFC (Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell) is a low temperature fuel cell and possible to start up quickly compared with other fuel cells. For this reason, researchers emphasize on PEMFC as a substitute for the internal combustion engine in automobiles. However, water management in PEMFC is the most intricate part and needs to be analyzed. Parameters related with water management are important because they are main factors and conclude the performance of PEMFC. In this study, flow directions of the reactants in anode and cathode channels have investigated. It has found that reactants flow direction significantly influences the water behavior in PEMFC. Moreover, local current density and overpotential distribution has shown that the cell performance can be improved with better water management by changing the flow directions.
중국의 해양영유권 분쟁에 대한 전략과 요인: 댜오위다오(釣魚島)/센카쿠(尖閣)열도 분쟁을 중심으로

이 글은 중국의 기존 영토정책의 특징에 대한 분석을 통해 중국이 2010년 이후 댜오위다오/센카쿠열도 분쟁에서의 공세적 대응이 이례적이라는 사실에 주목하고 그 요인이 무엇인지를 발견하고자 하였다. 시진핑 정부는 외형상으로는 댜오위다오/센카쿠열도 분쟁에서 ‘핵심이익론’ 을 내세우며 영유권 확보를 위해 일본과 치열하게 대치하였다. 그런데 중국은 공세적 대응을 통해 영유권 분쟁의 단초가 되었던 일본의 ‘국유화’ 조치를 철회시키지 못했음에도 불구하고 분쟁 1년여 만에 출구 전략을 모색하기 시작했다. 이는 중국이 일본에 대해 공세적 대응을 펼친 이유가 영유권 확보 자체 외에 다른 요인의 영향이 있었을 가능성을 제기하는 것이다. 요컨대 중국은 제로섬적 특징을 지닌 영유권 분쟁을 지속하여 일본과의 갈등이 만성화되고 이로 인해 주변정세의 불안정과 미일동맹의 중국 견제 강화라는 전략적 부담을 안기보다는 적정선에서 안정적 관리 체제로 전환해 가는 현실적 출구 전략을 선택 하였다. 중국이 댜오위다오/센카쿠열도 분쟁에서 이례적인 공세적 대응을 한 이유는 국내적으로 권력교체와 민족주의 정서의 고조, 대외적으로는 미국의 재균형전략과 일본의 우경화 등이 동아시아의 세력 재편의 과도기적 상황과 맞물리면서 이러한 다양한 요인이 복합적으로 작용했기 때문이었다.
