This paper presents a ZigBee wireless communication system for remote diagnosis in overhead distribution power lines. The system is divided in three parts in the functional aspect - a host computer module, a remote controller module and a diagnostic system module. The host computer module designed as USB interface transmits control signals and receive data measured by sensor. The remote controller module operates the diagnostic system. Diagnostic system module communicates with internal main controller and host computer USB. Multiple communication channel is adopted for simultaneous operations of several diagnostic system. Dedicated protocol for each module is developed. The system is designed with a focus on low cost and small size suitable for lightweight and small diagnostic system.
Development of Optimal Sensor for Diagnostic System in Overhead Distribution Power Lines

Degradation diagnosis of cable is one of major issues for operation and maintenance in overhead distribution power lines. The diagnostic system for overhead power lines is composed of three parts in functional aspect - a travelling unit, a sensing unit and a communication unit. Among them, sensor detects the defects such as corrosion and disconnecting of power lines. Performance of sensor is very important, and besides, the size and structure of sensor is restricted for installation to small and lightweight diagnostic system. This paper suggests an optimal eddy current sensor best suit for small and lightweight diagnostic system in consideration of detecting performance, size and ease of installation and so on. Proposed sensor has been designed by Drum core structure and can be applied to the all domestic overhead power lines regardless of the cross-sectional areas. Also, it is showed that results of mock environmental test are satisfied.
사례분석을 통한 공동주택 골조공사의 원가절감 체크리스트 개발에 관한 연구

우리나라 건설 산업에서 주택분야가 차지하는 비중은 2007년 32%정도이며 그 중에서도 공동주택은 67%이상을 차지하고 있다. 수 년 전부터 시행되고 있는 분양가 상한제와 최근의 부동산 경기침체를 고려할 때 기업의 경쟁력확보와 저렴한 주택의 공급을 위해서 원가절감의 필요성은 점점 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공동주택 중에서도 공사비의 비중이 커서 원가절감 기대효과가 높고 품질과 공기에 미치는 영향 또한 가장 큰 철근콘크리트공사 분야에서 발생된 과거의 원가절감 사례를 분류체계에 따라 분류하고, 분류체계별 상관관계를 분석하여 제외(exclusion)와 통합(integration)의 과정을 거쳐 실무적으로 활용될 수 있고 향후 다른 연구의 기초자료가 될 수 있는 공동주택 철근콘크리트공사의 원가절감 체크리스트를 제시하고자 한다. Our nation's housing construction is given much weight over 32% in 2007 and especially apartment is taking over 67%. If we put into construction environment consideration, we are having a trouble with price cap policy and the realestate recession due to the global economic crisis. So in order to get competitive power and supply of cheap apartment, the necessity of cost saving is increasing. This research collected the past constructed apartment project's cost saving examples which were influencing on the construction cost, quality and time. We analyzed collected cost saving datum and assorted these in compliance with classification system. By analysis of correlation among datum with exclusion and integration, we make a propose cost saving Checklist that will be a base data to give a chance to use in working level and other research.

We use the electrical energy and it is essential energy in modern life, but we lay cable underground due to the issue for environment and safety. Safety for worker is still insufficient for the development of safety equipment and related research has been focused on the cable lifetime diagnosis at underground cable work. I have to develop live line detector around the magnetic field were investigated at underground cable. In this paper, we were investigated by variation of coil turns and load due to detection of magnetic field at lines around. And detected value of developing products compared with measured value of milli-gauss meter. As a result, the value of the number of coil turns was found to be proportional to the measured value. But turn-numbers increase showed that the weak noise. I could be confirmed that sensor showed the optimum value from 4,000 to 5,0000.
고조파 공진 억제를 위한 완충부하 투입량 분석에 관한 연구

During the restoration process of primary restorative transmission system, the over voltage may happen due to nonlinear interaction between the unloaded transformer and the transmission system. This over voltage is caused by harmonic resonance and can be prevented by damping loads that are connected before restoration process of primary restorative transmission system. But it is very difficult to predict the occurrence possibility of the harmonic resonance previously. This paper analyzes the relationship between the harmonic resonance and the amount of damping loads to prevent the harmonic resonance. This paper calculates the minimum amount of damping loads to prevent harmonic resonance while changing the length of primary restorative transmission line. And this paper confirmed that the amount of damping loads is not proportional to length of transmission line. The result of this paper will be used as important experiment data to predict the occurrence possibility of harmonic resonance previously.

Power system restoration following a wide area or complete blackout starts with energizing primary restorative transmission systems. During this primary restoration process, unexpected over-voltage may happen due to nonlinear interaction between the unloaded transformer and the transmission system. This is known as the harmonic resonance phenomenon that may cause burning out of transformer or other devices. Since the harmonic resonance originates from the nonlinear characteristics, it is very difficult to predict the occurrence of this phenomenon. This paper reports the analyses of the harmonic resonance occurred in domestic power system. Various analyses and results of the harmonic over-voltage is presented based on the PSCAD/EMTDC simulations.

Musk is a traditional high-grade medical product that has a great anti-inflammatory activity. However, musk is a poorly soluble substance, which is difficult to use in the food and drug field. Therefore, in order to increase the efficacy of musk, research on the water-solubilization of musk is necessary. In this study, we have applied the water-solublization technology to musk and the solubility of musk with water-solubilization technology was compared with the solubility of musk without water-solubilization technology to confirm the water-solubility. Next, we investigated antioxidant efficacy of musk with water-solublization technology and effect of musk with water-solublization technology on anti-inflammatory activity using mouse macrophage RAW 264.7 cells. As a result, musk with water-solublization technology showed excellent radical scavenging ability. the mRNA expressions of IL-1β, IL-6, which cytokines released during inflammatory reactions, were repressed and the activity of mouse macrophages increased by treatment of musk with water-solublization technology. In conclusion, these results suggest that water-solublization technology improved the absorption of musk and musk with water-solublization technology can increase musk’s antioxidant activity and anti-inflammatory activity, which can be used in various fields including the food and drug fields.

자계 검출 센서는 여러 가지 종류가 있으나, 벽면에 흐르는 미소 자계 및 차폐전선에서 검출이 가능한 구조는 SQUID가 주로 사용되지만 가격 및 물성 재료 특성으로 인해 특수용도로 쓰고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전선으로부터 발생되는 저주파 자장을 검출할 수 있고, 휴대성 및 가격이 저렴한 구조의 개발을 위해 코일형 자계 측정기를 개발하기 위해 자기 코어 및 코일 Turn 수 변화에 따른 자계 검출 감도를 조사하여 최적의 구조를 설정하고자 한다.
