        2 - Acetylaminofluorene 의 투여량에 따른 쥐간의 Monooxygenase 에 관한 쇠기름 및 콩기름의 영향

        Weanling Sprague Dawley male rats were fed the diet containing 15% beef tallow and soybean oil for 8 weeks. At 9th week, 2-AAF was injected everyday for 3 days by intraperitoneally at the levels of 25 ㎎ and 100 ㎎/㎏ body weight and sacrificed next day. Cytochrome P-450 and cytochrome b_5 contents, NADPH-cytochrome P-450 reductase activity, lipid peroxide values were determined from isolated microsome. Cytochrome P-450 contents and lipid peroxide values were significantly higher in soybean oil group than beef tallow group by 25 ㎎ 2-AAF injection, and cytochrome P-450 contents decreased but cytochrome b_5 contents increased in soybean oil group by 100 ㎎ 2-AAF injection. NADPH-cytochrome P-450 reductase activities were not significantly different between dietary groups, but were elevated by 2-AAF injection and positively correlated to the levels of 2-AAF in each dietary group. These results suggest that soybean oil is more susceptible to the damage as well as induction of cytochrome P-450 by 2-AAF, and that lipid peroxide is not positively correlated to the cytochrome P-450 contents.

        이유된 Sprague Dawley종 숫쥐를 식이 지방의 종류에 따라 쇠기름군과 콩기름군으로 나누고, 식이지방은 실험식이의 15% 수준으로 하여 8주 동안 사육하였으며 9주째 체중 kg당 25mg과 100mg의 2-AAF를 각각 3일간 연속 복강주사로 투여하고 다음날 희생시켰다. 간 micro­some으로부터 cytochrome P-450, cytochrome bs 함량, NADPH-cytochrome P-450 reductase 활성도, lipid peroxide 함량을 측정 비교하였다. 25mg AAF를 투여했을 때 cytochrome P-450 lipid peroxide 함량은 콩기름군이 쇠기름군보다 유의적 (p<0.05)으로 높았고, 100mg AAF를 투여 했을 때는 cytochrome P-450 함량은 감소했지만 cytochrome $b_5$ 함량은 증가하였다. NADPH-cytochrome P-450 reductase 활성도는 식이지방의 종류에 따라서는 차이가 없었으나 두 식이군 모두 2-AAF 투여량이 증가함에 따라 상승되었다. 이 결과로부터 식이지방의 불포화도가 높을수록 cytochrome P-450의 유도도 뿐아니라 100mg 2-AAF에 의한 손상도 촉진되는 것으로 보여지며, 지질과산화물과는 크게 연관성을 나타내지 않았다.         WDM-PON에서 원격으로 파장 고정된 Fabry-Perot 레이저를 사용한 Gigabit Ethernet 상향 신호 전송

        A Gigabit Ethernet upstream transmission over a WDM-PON employing remotely wavelength-locked Fabry-Perot lasers has been demonstrated. We have successfully demonstrated a WDM transmission of four Gigabit Ethernet channels with 100 GHz channel spacing over 30 km conventional single mode fiber. The measured f-factor was larger than 17.1 dB. We have also investigated the beating noise characteristics of a wavelength-locked Fabry-Perot laser and showed the remotely wavelength-locked Fabry-Perot laser suppresses the intensity noise of the incoherent light injected, which cause a 6.3 dB SNR improvement compared with that of the conventional spectrum-sliced light source. 중앙기지국에서 주입된 비간섭성 광에 파장 고정된 Fabry-Perot 레 이 저를 사용하여 Gigabit Ethernet 상향 신호 전송 가능성을 검증하였다. WDM-PON에서 원격으로 파장 고정된 Fabry-Perot 레이저를 이용하여 100 GHz 채널 간격의 파장분할 다중화된 4채널의 Gigabit Ethemet 신호를 30 km 광섬유를 통해 성공적으로 전송하였으며, 수신된 신호의 Q값은 17.1 dB 이상이었다. 또, 원격으로 파장 고정된 Fabry-Perot 레이저의 잡음 특성을 분석하였으며, 파장 고정된 Fabry-Perot 레이저가 비간섭 광의 강도 잡음을 억제하므로 기존의 스펙트럼 분할방식 광송신기보다 약 6.3 dB의 SNR 개선이 가능함을 보였다.

        n-Si(111) 기판 위에 전기증착에 의한 Fe 박막의 성장과 구조적 특성

        펄스 전기증착법에 의해 단결정 Fe 박막을 n-Si(111) 기판위에 직접 성장시켰다. CV 분석 을 통해 $Fe^{2+}n-Si(111)$ 계면은 쇼트키 장벽 형성에 따른 다이오드 특성을 가진다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 또한 인가 전압에 따른 전기용량의 변화를 보여주는 Mott-Schottky chottky(MS) 관계식을 이용하여 전해질 내에서 n-Si(111) 기판의 flat-band potential(EFB)을 조사하였으며, 0.1M $FeCl_2$ 전해질 내에서 EFB와 산화-환원 전위는 각각 -0.526V 과 -0.316V 임을 알 수 있었다. Fe/n-Si(111) 계면반응 시, Fe 증착 초기 단계에서의 핵 형성과 성장 운동학은 과도전류 특성을 이용하여 조사하였으며, 과도전류 특성을 통해 Fe 박막의 성장모드는 "instantaneous nucleation and 3-dimensional diffusion limited growth"임을 알 수 있었다. 주파수가 300Hz, 최대 전압이 1.4V인 펄스 전압을 이용하여 n-Si(111) 기판위에 Fe를 직접 전기 증착 시켰으며, 형 성 된 Fe 박막은 단결정 ${\alpha}-Fe$로 Si 기판위에 ${\alpha}-Fe(110)/Si(111)$의 격자 정합성을 가지고 성장하였음을 XRD 분석을 통해 확인하였다. Single crystal Fe thin films were grown directly onto n-Si(111) substrates by pulsed electrodeposition. Cyclic Voltammogram(CV) indicated that the $Fe^{2+}/n-Si(111)$ interface shows a good diode behavior by forming a Schottky barrier. From Mott-Schottky (MS) relation, it is found that the flat-band potential of n-Si(111) substrate and equilibrium redox potential of $Fet^{2+}$ ions are -0.526V and -0.316V, respectively. The nucleation and growth kinetics at the initial reaction stages of Fe/n-Si(111) substraste was studied by current transients. Current transients measurements have indicated that the deposition process starts via instantaneous nucleation and 3D diffusion limited growth. After the more deposition, the deposition flux of Fe ions was saturated with increase of deposition time. from the as-deposited sample obtained using the potential pulse of 1.4V and 300Hz, it is found that Fe nuclei grows to three dimensional(3D) islands with the average size of about 100nm in early deposition stages. As the deposition time increases, the sizes of Fe nuclei increases progressively and by a coalescence of the nuclei, a continuous Fe films grow on the Si surface. In this case, the Fe films show a highly oriented columnar structure and x-ray diffraction patterns reveal that the phase ${\alpha}-Fe$ grows on the n-Si(111) substrates.

        Evaluation of the Latent Radiation Dose from the Activated Radionuclides in a Cyclotron Vault

        The production of short-lived radioisotopes for the synthesis of radiopharmaceuticals typicallytakes advantage of a cyclotron that accelerates a proton beam up to a few tens of MeV. Thenumber of cyclotrons has been continuously increasing since the first operation of the MC-50 forthe production of radiopharmaceuticals at the Korea Institute of Radiological & Medical Sciences(KIRAMS) in 1986, and currently 35 cyclotrons are under operation throughout the nation. As thenumber of operating cyclotrons has increased, concerns about radiation safety for the persons whoare working at the facilities and dwelling in the vicinity of the facilities are becoming importantissues. Radiation that could emit a time-dependent dose was shown to exist in a cyclotron vaultafter its shutdown. The calculation of the latent radiation dose rate was performed by using theMCNPX and the FISPACT. The calculated results for the activated long-lived radioisotopes inthe concrete wall and the structural components of the cyclotron facility were compared with themeasured data that were obtained by using gamma-ray spectroscopy with a HPGe detector.

        허브에 대한 대학생의 인치도 및 허브를 첨가한 식빵의 관능적 특성

        The purpose of this study was to examine the perceptions of herbs as a bread additive among 880 university students(436 male and 444 female). A sensory evaluation was also undertaken to investigate the taste and qualitative aspects of breads with various herb additives such as rosemary and mint. First, rosemary was the most popular(40.9%), followed by mint(28.5%) and lavender(10.9%). Second, sensory evaluation gave a positive response rate of 85.8% for the breads and cookies with added herbs. Third, in terms of using herbs for breads and cookies, respondents favored mint as the favorite with 58.1%, followed by rosemary with 57.9%. Fourth, in terms of sensory test, the highest preference was scored by the bread with 2% mint and 2% rosemary, and this ingrediebt mixture was confirmed as the best to make herb added breads.
