본 연구에서는 하지층으로 Mo을 사용한 스핀밸브구조에서 반강자성체 IrMn의 두께 변화에 따른 자기적 특성을 연구하였다. 사용된 스핀밸브는 Si기판/$SiO_2/Mo(17\;{\AA})NiFe(21\;{\AA})/CoFe(28\;{\AA})/Cu(22\;{\AA})/CoFe(18\;{\AA})/IrMn(t\;{\AA})/Ta(25\;{\AA})$ 구조이다. Mo 박막의 비저항은 $600^{\circ}C$에서 $650^{\circ}C$ 열처리 후 급격히 증가하였다. 반강자성체인 IrMn의 두께 변화(130 ${\AA}$까지)에 따른 자기저항비와 교환결합력을 측정하였다. IrMn의 두께가 65 ${\AA}$ 일때 자기저항비와 교환결합력은 9.65%와 337.5 Oe로 최고값을 나타냈다. 그러나 두께를 더욱 증가시킨 97.5 ${\AA}$ 일때 자기저항비와 교환결합력은 8.2%와 285 Oe로 감소하였으며, IrMn의 두께가 130 ${\AA}$ 일때 자기저항비와 교환결합력은 더욱 감소한 7.65%와 257.5 Oe이었다. In this research, magnetic properties of spin valve structures using IrMn layers as antiferromagnetic were studied depending on the thickness of the pinned layer. The spin valve structure was Si substrate/$SiO_2(2,000\;{\AA})/Mo(17\;{\AA})NiFe(21\;{\AA})/CoFe(28\;{\AA})/Cu(22\;{\AA})/CoFe(18\;{\AA})/IrMn(t\;{\AA})/Ta(25\;{\AA})$. Also, Mo film was deposited on Si substrates and the thermal annealing effect was analyzed. The resistivity of the Mo film was increased as an annealing temperature was increased up to $600^{\circ}C$. The variations of MR ratio were related with magnetic exchange coupling field of the spin valve structures for various IrMn pinned layer thickness up to 130 ${\AA}$. MR ratio and $H_{ex}$ of spin valves was about 9.05% and 277.5 Oe when the thickness of the IrMn pinned layer was $32.5\;{\AA}(t=32.5\;{\AA})$. It was increased to 9.65% and 337.5 Oe for $t=65\;{\AA}$. For $t=97.5\;{\AA}$, the MR ratio and Hex decreased to 8.2% and 285 Oe, and further decrease was observed up to $t=130\;{\AA}$.

Objectives : To analyze the effect of retinoids on the differentiation in HNSCC xenografts. Materials and Methods : RA (20mg/kg) or 13-cis-RA (60mg/kg) was orally administered once in a day for 30 days in the xenograft model we prepared using athymic nude mice with AMCHN-4 and -6. We carried out H & E staining and immunohistochemical staining with the monoclonal antibody against involucrin and cytokeratin 10. Results : Both RA and 13-cis-RA were found to suppress the differentiation of AMC-HN-4. Interestingly, RA enhanced the differentiation of AMC-HN-6, although 13-cis RA did not exhibit any effect on the differentiation. These results suggest that in vivo effect of retinoids on the HNSCC growth and differentiation might be various. Retinoids-induced P450 in AMC-HN-6 might be one of the mechanisms to explain the reason why the retinoids exhibit various functions in the HNSCC.

섬유기계산업은 생산성의 극대화를 위해 고속/정밀화를 추구하고 있으며 수요자의 요구에 따라 높은 내구성과 안정성, 신뢰성을 가진 기계를 요구하고 있다 본 연구에서는 워터제트직기를 대상으로 실제 운전 시 구동계에 토크센서를 부착하여 모듈별로 직기에 영향을 미치는 부하량을 측정 및 분석하였다 또한, 워터제트직기에 대한 동역학적 해석을 수행한 결과와 비교함으로서 섬유기계의 구동계에 대한 토크와 진동에 대한 계측 및 분석기술을 개발하고, 내구성과 안정성이 뛰어난 고부가가치의 섬유기계 개발에 대한 기초자료를 제시하였다. While high speed / precision investigating for maximization of Textile Machinery business is requesting a machine which has highly endurance, stability and reliance abilities following customer request. In this research, load volume that gives influence on loom is measured and analyzed for water jet loom in real operation time to driving system adhered torque sensor to each a module. As well, measurement and analysis technology are developed about torque and vibration of driving systems for textile machinery by comparing dynamical analysis of water jet loom with gained result, basic materials about development of high value added textile machinery which has endurance and stability are presented.
금속분말 사출성형법을 이용한 자수기용 로터리 훅 제조 연구

Embroidery process is the last stage of manufacturing textile products by sewing thread mechanism. The rotary hook that is manufactured by several stages of precision machining is a key part of completing the knot in embroidery. The rotary hook was manufactured by applying MIM (metal injection molding) techniques techniques, which combine the advantages of injection molding and metal powder sintering technologies, to obtain high productivity and dimensional accuracy. The sintering of injection product was performed at a temperature between $600^{\circ}C$ and $1,275^{\circ}C$ in an atmosphere of Argon with a relative density of 99% at $1,275^{\circ}C$ to 99% at the sintering temperature. A product with a hardness of 700 HV was manufactured by heat treatment. All the prescribed patterns were completed without obtaining a prescribed pattern for the developed prototype. Further, the wear test of the hook body carried out using gold thread also showed a similar decrease in size compared to that of the existing product. In this study, the manufacturing method was developed by applying MIM techniques to replace the manufacturing process of the rapidly executed rotary hook that entails various stages of machining. The developed manufacturing process is expected to boost the competitiveness of Korea's embroidery industry by replacing imports and contributing to more than 30% cost savings.
서울시 ODA ‘해외철도 관계자 단기 초청 연수’를 ‘베트남 철도 관계자 자녀의 석사 학위 과정’으로 전환하는 방안에 대하여

서울시하철의 서울시는 우수정책 해외 진출의 일환으로 서울시 ODA 초청 연수를 진행 하고 있다. 서울메트로와 서울도시철도 공사는 연수 실행 기관의 업무를 맡는다. 두 회사는 개발도상국의 철도 관계자를 초청하여 서울시와 발전과 성장을 알리는 역할을 수행하고 있다. 하지만 개발도상국의 철도관계자 단기 초청 연수는 서울시 이외에 ‘한국철도공사’ 와 ‘한국철도시설공단’ 에서도 시행 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 중복으로 시행되는 단기 초청 연수를 보다 경쟁력을 갖추는 초청 연수로 전환하는 방안에 관하여 연구 하였다. 베트남, 베트남 철도 사업, 한국의 초청연수, 한국의 유학시장을 중심으로 검토 하였다. 기존의 매년 1 회 10 명, 4,000 만원의 제한된 예산의 단기 초청 연수를 매년 6 명을 교육시키고 3 명의 졸업생을 배출하는 선사과정 연수로 바꾸는 방안을 제시했다. Seoul Metro and Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation are invited to the railway officials of developing countries as the training agency to inform the development and growth of the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Metropolitan Subway. In addition to Seoul, Korea Railroad Corporation and the Korea Rail Network Authority are also conducting similar program, short-term training program for the developing countries In this paper, the propose to switch from the duplicated short-term training course to the competed training program with invitation was studied. Vietnam, Vietnam railway projects, inviting training in Korea and Korean training market for foreigners were reviewed. It suggested to change existing program, 10 people short-term training course limited 4 milliom KRW annually to new program which can train 6 people and discharge four master degree annually.

God loves `first Adam` as He made him in His image. But Adam was afraid and kept himself from God after his first meeting with the serpent. Inspite of that Got spent His only son to us and request a new relationship. Jesus Christ who came in this world scold the wicked and adulterous generation but acknowledged and received the little children. If the first Adam who stand in front of God and a little child before Jesus all were good, we also regard little ones as good. When the chief priests and teachers of the law saw the children shouting in the temple area, Hosanna to the Son of David, they were indignant but Jesus said from the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise(Mt 21:15-16). God didn`t judgment our defaults but want to see the attitude with which we ashamed ourselves and ask to His forgiveness. Adults, however, can`t realize their hypocrisy and reject the children from the way to relief. Jesus told us their angeles in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven(Mt 18:10) and said I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children(Mt 11:25). We must thank to God for our fine childlike mind which are very small but remain yet in our deep heart. The truth is not far from us but in our nearest mind. Thus we have to change and become like little children(Mt 18:3-5). This is the only way to meet again with God our Lord. Traditionally and currently many child psychologists take the view point to the weakness of children`s abilities compared with adult especially in cognitive domain. In this paper, however, the power of children`s mind of imagination, intuition especially his need to being with God as `first Adam`. And the values of children to restore the `God`s Image` was discussed.

Study for toner adhesion is known as an important role in electrophotography. In this research, a centrifugal detachment method was used to measure the adhesion force of several hundred particles simultaneously and to determine its sensitivity to particle size. For uncharged toner particles, we estimated the van der Waals force based on the centrifugal force experiments. Then for charged toner particles, the centrifugal force experiments were carried out. The difference between the results for charged toner particles and the results for uncharged toner particles was compared with the image force calculated from a model which assumed that the toner charge was located at the center of the particle. In the calculations, experimental data obtained by E-SP ART (ElectricalSingle Particle Aerodynamic Relaxation Time) analyzer were used. The adhesion force of micro-sized toner particles deposited on the DR surface was found to be approximately 1-3 oN.
