관광교류협력사업과 연계지역의 관광발전 영향요인에 관한 연구 - 금강산관광사업과 강원도 고성군의 발전 방안을 중심으로

본 연구는 국제적 상호의존성이 증대되고 국제협력의 유력한 수단으로 관광교류협력 문제가 중요한 이슈로 부각되고 있는 오늘날 남북한 관광교류협력사업의 중요성과 사업 그 자체에 국한된 많은 정책적 논리, 즉 남북한 관광교류 촉진 및 확대, 남북관광 활성화 측면에 주로 관심이 집중되었던 기존의 시각에서 탈피하여 관광교류협력사업과 주변지역의 발전적 측면에서 금강산관광사업과 강원도 고성군을 중심으로 관광교류협력사업이 연계지역의 관광발전에 미치는 영향요인과 속성을 실증적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과 관광교류협력사업이 연계지역에 미치는 6가지의 관광발전 영향요인이 도출되었으며, 영향요인에 대한 연계지역 관광개발주체간의 서로 상이한 의식성함도 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 관광교류 협력사업의 영향요인과 10개 영역을 중심으로 한 연계지역 관광부문간의 상호관계 및 특집 등에 대해서 실증적으로 규명한 본 연구 결과와 시사점들을 미시적 차원에서 관광교류협력사업의 금강산관광사업과 주변지역 고성군의 관광발전 방안을 감구하고, 나아가 거시적 차원에서 남북한 관광교류협력사업과 연계지역의 관광활성화 방안에 대한 정책적 자료를 제시하는 기회가 될 수 있을 것이다. 한편 본 연구는 지속적으로 확대ㆍ발전될 관광교류협력사업과 연계지역의 관광발전문제와 관련영향요인에 대한 실증적인 사례연구로서 그 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. Inter-Korean cooperative tourism business has turned mutual confrontation and tension between two Koreas for the past 50 years to a peace, stability, mutual understanding and co-prosperity, Currently, with a million tourists visiting Mt, Kumgang, a new chapter for reconciliation and peace opened in inter-Korean cooperation.<BR> This study was initiated as an attempt to discern how inter-korean cooperative tourism business can effectively promote local tourism and economy, The purposes of this study are (1) to explore the present tourism situation of Goseong in Gangwon province such as tourism policy, tourism ressources and infrastructure, tourism products and tourist arrivals, (2) to examine the effect of Mt, Kumgang Tourism Business on the tourism development of Goseong; and (3) to investigate any significant relationship among its factors, This study examines the experiences of 189 Goseong resident groups. The findings of this study will provide future policy makers with useful implications in tourism planning and management.
문화콘텐츠관광 선택속성과 관광이미지, 관광선호도와의 영향관계 분석 -TV 드라마 배경 및 촬영지 경주를 중심으로-

Cultural contents business is rising as a core industry for the new era. The interest in cultural contents industry has greatly grown along with comprehensive and systematic research on the phenomenon and concepts of cultural contents induced tourism. The purpose of this study is to search for ways to promote cultural contents induced tourism through an analysis on its selection attributes, images and preferences, and to present a direction for improving cultural contents induced tourism support policies in the future. More specifically, this study examined the structural relationship between the cultural contents induced tourism selection attributes, cognitive and affective images and preferences. The results of this study contain the follows: First, each five factors as a representative type of cultural contents induced tourism selection attributes, cognitive and affective images have been extracted. It is considered that in oder to activate cultural contents induced tourism, it is very greatly important to improve tourism competitiveness. Secondly, regarding the effects of selection attributes for cognitive and affective images, and preferences, it has positive effects upon cognitive image and preferences. Regarding the effects of images for preferences, the cognitive image positively affects affective image, and the affective image has positive effects on preferences. It is expected for marketing strategy according to tourist`s activities and their preferences as aimed in this research to contribute to activation of cultural contents induced tourism.
북한관광속성이 만족도 및 충성도에 미치는 영향 -남북관광협력사업을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to examine how to improve Inter-Korean cooperative tourism business and to development its potential attractions effectively so that it can maximize utilization of north-korea tourism resources. More specifically, this study examined the structural relationship between the North-Korea tourism selection attributes, the tourist` satisfaction and loyalty on the basis of the revisiting and recommendation intention, and willingness to visit another tourist destination. Sample of survey comprises 369 tourist` groups, who visited Mt. Kumgang, covered by stratified convenience sampling method. It was statistically analyzed using SPSS and AMOS manual. The results of this study contain the follows: First, six factors as a representative type of North-Korea tourism selection attributes have been extracted. These findings indicate difference in tourist` satisfaction. Regarding the effects of selection attributes for North-Korea tourism on tourist` satisfaction, five factors have an considerable influence on the satisfaction. Second, tourist` satisfaction positively affects loyalty, which is comprised of the revisiting and recommendation intention, and willingness to visit another tourist destination, especially it has more significant effects upon the willingness to visit another tourist destination. It is considered that in order to activate North-Korea tourism, it is critically important to make positive effects of tourist` satisfaction in the aspect of attraction of resources and activities. It is expected for marketing strategy according to tourist` activities and their preference as aimed in this research to contribute to of north-korea tourism by virtue of the increasing demand for the North-Korea tourism through providing appropriate selection attributes to maximize tourist` satisfaction and loyalty.
노인 대상 한국무용 교육의 지식경영 프로세스 도입 방안 연구

This paper aims at the application of knowledge management in teaching Korean traditional dance (KTD) for elderly people. KTD has been taught using the traditional method of individual verbal instructions. Applying the traditional method in teaching a group of elderly people has limitations for both instructors and for the elderly people. Because there is no uniform method in teaching KTD, each instructor has to create his or her own teaching plan. Also, due to diminishing memory among the elderly people, it is difficult for them to recall what they were verbally instructed. To overcome these limitations in teaching KTD, we propose the application of knowledge management (KM) process. The KM process will allow collecting, storing, sharing, and optimizing the tacit knowledge of KTD. The findings and implications in this study would provide insights not only for the KTD instructors but for the silver industry as well.
학벌주의가 학부모들의 인식수준과 사교육의도에 미치는 영향

This paper investigates the intention of parents of students to purchase the private education service considering the complementary relation between public and private education service. The research model includes the attitudes of parents toward private and public education service, and academic cliquism of parents. The results indicate that academical cliquism of parents is negatively related to satisfaction toward public education service, and positively related to trust in private education service and perceived cost of private education service. Further, satisfaction toward public education service negatively affects the intention to purchase private education service, and trust in private education service strongly affects the intention to purchase private education service.
