Study on Method of Sperm Aspiration and Injection into an Oocyte in Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection(ICSI) Immobilization of spermatozoa prior to intracytoplasmic sperm iniection(ICSI) sometimes results in crooked tail and this makes it difficult to aspirate sperm into an injection pipette tail first. Head-first sperm aspiration into an injection pipette avoid this problem due to the bigger size of the sperm head. The effect of head or tail-first sperm injection into an oocyte on fertilization cleavage, percentage of grade I embryos and development to blastocyst stage in ICSI program has been studied. A single living immobilized spermatozoa from oligoasthenozoospermic patient was injected into an oocyte head-first or tail-first according to the treatment. Eighteen hours after microinjection, oocytes ware inspected for survival and fertilization Fertilized oocytes with two pronuclei were cultured in 30μl drop of mHTF supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated follicular fluid(FF) at 37℃. On day 2. embryo transfer was performed with cleaved embryos. The remaining 2-8 cell stage embryos were co-cultured with BRL cells in mHTF + 10% FF for 72 hours and the developmental stage was observed. The data were analyzed by Analysis of Variance. A total of 164 oocytes from 36 cycles were assigned to earth treatment and ICSI was performed(88 head-first, tail-first). The rates of normal fertilization were 81.8% and 76.3% for head-first and tail-first, respectively. Of the fertilized oocytes, the percentage of cleaved embryos and the percentage of grade 1 embryo among cleaved embryos were 88.9% and 68.8%, 93.1% and 74.1% for head-first and tail-first, respectively. Of the 2-8 cell embryos cultured, 44.4%(16/36) and 50.0%(10/20) for head first and tail first, respectively developed to blastocyst stage. There were no differences in fertilization, cleavage, rates of grade 1 embryos, and development to blastocyst stage. In conclusion, head-first or tail-first sperm injection into an oocyte in ICSI program does not affect fertilization and subsequent embryo development to blastocyst stage in vitro.

This study was to examine the effects of Aerobic exercise program of body fat and mood state for women with obesity, and to apply this exercise program to the treatment and the promotion of health maintenance of obese women as a nursing intervention. Date were analysed by SPSS Win 12.0 program. Descriptive statistics used on demographic data of the participants was analysed in real number and percentage, body fat and the difference in mood state before and after the walking exercise program were analysed using the paired t-test . The results of this study were as follows: With administration of this program, so, the Aerobic exercise program showed and effect of the decrease for women with obesity and it also had an effect on the decrease of percentage of body fat for them. According to the results of this study, the walking exercise program as a nursing intervention had an effect of the body fat for women with obesity. however, the program did not prove the statistical significance for the change of mood state. Aerobic exercise program showed that effect is though fat woman's sieve local rate, Decrease that T-C keeps in mind from exercise rakeful and great kindness change to 207.8±23.2 as statistical difference that appeared, and decreased from great kindness change to shame upper HDL-C's exercise ago but keep in mind as statistical appear, Is looked that decrease that change before LDL-C's exercise keeps in mind as statistical by 138.1±20.5 appears. When see on the basis of result of something wrong continuous and regular abortion small success exercise because have middle age woman's physical strength E according to exercise form health promotion plan though to effect by Iteulgeot is considered, and decrease to note sieving amount power of a number and sieve local amount and appeared that abortion small success exercise exerts more affirmative effect.

In this paper, the characteristics of linealy bent wire antennas are first analyzed for shortening straight wire antennas. The results are appropriately applied to the design of the integrated zigzag dipole antenna. Since the integration give rise to discontinuities due to line width, the integrated parasitics are properly attached to both sides of substrate for improving the antenna gain and return loss. The design results are verified with experiments.
H-Ras is degraded by Wnt/beta-catenin signaling via beta-TrCP-mediated polyubiquitylation.

Ras is an important proto-protein that is regulated primarily by GDP/GTP exchange. Here, we report a novel regulatory mechanism whereby turnover of both endogenous and overexpressed H-Ras protein is controlled by beta-TrCP-mediated ubiquitylation, proteasomal degradation and the Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway. The interaction of H-Ras with the WD40 domain of beta-TrCP targeted H-Ras for polyubiquitylation and degradation. This process was stimulated by Axin or adenomatous polyposis coli (Apc), and was inhibited by Wnt3a. Ras-mediated cellular transformation was also inhibited by the expression of beta-TrCP and/or Axin. In vivo regulation of Ras stability by Wnt/beta-catenin signaling was determined via measurements of the status of Ras in the intestines of mice stimulated with recombinant Wnt3a by intravenous tail vein injection. The regulation of Ras stability by Wnt/beta-catenin signaling provides a mechanical basis for crosstalk between the Wnt/beta-catenin and the Ras-ERK pathways involved in transformation.
