        보육실습교사가 경험한 실습유형에 따른 보육실습실태

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the practice areas and contents of student teaching program in child care centers, in which student teachers investigated the sort of practice activities according to have their experience during their practice period. This study was surveyed 324 under-graduate students who finished in child care center located in Seoul and Kyunggido. 349 questionsheets had distributed, and 324 respondents had answered it, that were analyzed with T-test, ANOVA, χ². The finding of this study were as follows: First, student teachers took practice average 9 hours and 58 minutes for a day, and they worked classroom for 80% of the practice time. Practicing Student teachers of 66.7% carried only in one classroom and others were rotated from a classroom to another. Second, student teachers had average 7.72% free play activities and 9.47% group activities. Private child care centers took more free play activities(arts, books, music area) and group activities(literature, music activities) than public. Third, almost student teachers assisted to children in snack and lunch every day or 3-4 times in routine practice. Forth, It was presented that student teachers were not coached by their instructor about charge of business practice. Fifth, It showed that student teachers used to participate classroomcleaning and teaching materials-arrangement from "participation degree of miscellaneous task" almost in everyday.

      • 초정밀 광소자 정렬 스테이지의 구동 특성에 관한 연구

        As the optical communication is introduced to the backbone network at first and becomes a general communication method of network, the demand of kernel parts of optical communication such as PLC(Planar Light Circuit), Coupler, and WDM(Wavelength Division Multiplexing) element increases. The alignment and the attachment technology are very important in the fabrication of optical elements. In this paper, the driving mechanism of ultra precision stage is studied with the aim of optimal design of stage. The travel and the resolution of stage are investigated. The hysteresis of the stage is generated because of PZT actuator. The hysteresis and the inverse hysteresis are modeled in X, Y, and Z-axis motion. The input data of desired displacement to the stage according to input voltage is obtained from the inverse hysteresis equation. In the result of experiments with the input data, the errors due to hysteresis are well compensated.

      • 영아보육 일과에 나타난 질적 보육의 장애요인 분석

        본 연구는 질적 연구를 통해 영아보육일과에 나타난 질적 보육의 장애요인을 분석함으로써 우리나라 영아보육 현장의 생태학적 특성을 이해하는데 목적이 있다. 보육시설의 질적 수준과 관련된 생태적 특성을 분석하기 위해 서울·경기 지역의 9개 보육시설을 참여관찰하고 영아반 교사와 시설장을 심층 면접하였다. 연구 결과, 협소한 보육실 등 물리적 환경의 열악함, 영아기 프로그램에 대한 이해 및 영아에게 적합한 교수전략의 부족, 지나치게 집단적인 교육과정 운영 및 일과지도, 비위생적인 건강관리태도, 영아용 실외놀이 환경의 부족, 보육교사의 열악한 근무 여건, 조기 학습에 대한 학부모의 압력 등이 관찰대상 영아보육 프로그램의 질을 저하시키는 장애요인으로 지적되었다. The purpose of this study is to understand the ecological characteristics of infant/toddler care program by analyzing major factors of barriers about the quality of infant/toddler care center. The main research consisted of the qualitative research, and 9 infant/toddler centers locate in Seoul and Gyeong-gi province. As findings of research, It pointed out some problems of infant/toddler care program which were observing target. It's problems were 1)lack of physical environment, specially small-crowded room, 2)lack of understand on the developmentally appropriate practice and instruction for infant/toddler care, 3)excessive grouping of activity and care, 4)unsuitable attitude of health care, 5)lack of out door environment for infant/toddler, 6)bad working condition of teachers, 7)negative attitude and pressure of parents toward ealy learning.

      • 극초정밀 다축 스테이지의 광소자 정렬에 관한 연구

        In recent years, as the demands of VBNS and VDSL increase, the development of kernel parts of optical communication such as PLC(Planar Light Circuit), Coupler, and WDM elements increases. The alignment and the attachment technology are very important in the fabrication of optical elements. In this paper, the optical alignment characteristics of multi-axis ultra precision stage were studied. The alignment algorithms were studied for applying to the ultra precision multi-axis stage. The alignment algorithm is comprised of field search and peak search algorithms. The contour of optical power signals can be obtained by field search and the precise coordinate can be found out by peak search. Two kinds of alignments, such as 1ch. input vs. 1ch. output optical stack, and 1ch. input vs. 8ch. output PLC stacks were performed for investigating the alignment characteristics.

        In recent years, as the robot technology is developed the researches on the artificial muscle actuator that enable robot to move dextrously like biological organ become active. The widely used materials for artificial muscle are the shape memory alloy and the electro active polymer. These actuators have the higher energy density than the electromechanical actuator such as motor. However, there are some drawbacks for actuator. SMA has the hysterical dynamic characteristics. In this paper the segmented binary control for reducing the hysteresis of SMA is proposed and the simulation of anthropomorphic robotic hand is performed using ADAMS.

      • 원형 플레이트 형태에 따른 초음파 부상 장치의 진동특성에 관한 연구

        In the semiconductor and optical industry the non-contact transportation is required for reducing the damages. The ultrasonic levitation is the solution of the problem. In this paper, the ultrasonic levitation system and 3 disk-type stator for levitation various object are proposed. The vibration modes of disks are analyzed with FEM and designed with the analysis results. The 3D vibration profiles of the disks are measured by Laser scanning vibrometer for verifying the vibration characteristics of the system. The amplitudes of the disks and the levitation heights of object are measured for evaluating the performance.

        Chlorhexidine 처리가 상아질 접착제의 미세인장결합강도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 상아질 혼성층의 교원섬유를 가수분해하는 효소인 MMPs (Matrix metalloproteinses) 억제제로 알려진 chlorhexidine (CHX)을 적용 후 결합강도를 측정하였으며, 이를 각각 열순환 처리 후 결합강도를 측정하였다. 또한 주사전자현미경으로 접착계면메서의 파괴 양상을 비교 분석하였다. 우식이 없는 발거한 32 개의 제 3 대구치의 교합면 상아질을 노출시키고 GI그룹에서는 dentin conditioner를 처리 후 2% chlorhexidine을 적용시키고, 산부식 접착제 그룹에서는 인산 산부식을 시행하고 2 % chlorhexidine을 적용 후 3단계 산부식형 상아질 접착제 (Scotchbond Multipurpose, SM), 2단계 산부식형 상아질 접착제 (Single Bond, SB)를 도포하고, 자가부식 접착제 그룹에서는 2 % chlorhexidine 적용 후 자가부식 상아질 접착제 (Clearfil Tri-S, TS)를 도포한다. 이후 복합 레진 (Z-250)과 GI (Fuji-II LC)를 충전한 시편을 1 ㎟의 단면을 갖는 beam으로 제작하여 열순환 하지 않거나, 10,000 회 열순환 (5 ~ 55 ℃)하였다. Universal testing machine (EZ-test: Shimadzu, Japan)에서 cross head speed 1 mm/min로 인장력을 가하여 , 미세인장결합강도를 측정하였다. 실험 결과는 유의수준 0.05 1evel에서 two-way ANOVA를 이용하여 통계분석하였다. 그 후 파절된 시편의 파괴 양상을 현미경 (SEM)으로 관찰하여 다음과 같은 갈론을 얻었다; 1. 2 % CHX을 적용한 모든 실험군에서 상아질과의 미세인장결합강도가 증가하였고, 열순환은 상아질과의 미세인장 결합강도를 감소시켰다 (P>0.05). 2. CHX 적용 후 열순환 한 군은 CHX을 적용하지 않고 열순환한 군에 비하여, 상아질과의 미세인장결합강도가 높았으며 , 특히 GI와 TS군에서 유의한 차이를 나타내었다 (P<0.05). 3. 파괴 양상 분석 결과, 혼성층에서의 접착성 파괴를 보이며, CHX을 적용하면 혼성층 기저부에서 상부로 파괴 부위가 옮겨가는 양상을 나타내었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 토대로, MMPs 억제제인 2 % CHX은 글래스 아이오노머 시멘트와 상아질 접착제의 초기 미세인장결합강도에는 영향을 미치지 않으며 ,CHX 적용이 접착 내구성을 유지하는데 도움이 되었다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of chlorhexidine (CHX) on microtensile bond strength (μTBS) of dentin bonding systems. Dentin collagenolytic and gelatinolytic activities can be suppressed by protease inhibitors. indicating that MMPs (Matrix metalloproteinases) inhibition could be beneficial in the preservation of hybrid layers. Chlorhexidine (CHX) is known as an inhibitor of MMPs activity in vitro. The experiment was proceeded as follows : At first, flat occlusal surfaces were prepared on mid-coronal dentin of extracted third molars. GI(Glass lonomer) group was treated with dentin conditioner, and then, applied with 2 % CHX. Both SM (Scotchbond Multipurpose) and SB (Single Bond) group were applied with CHX after acid-etched with 37% phosphoric acid. TS (Clearfil Tri-S) group was applied with CHX, and then, with adhesives. Hybrid composite Z-250 and resin-modified glass ionomer Fuji-II LC was built up on experimental dentin surfaces. Half of them were subjected to 10,000 thermocycle, while the others were tested immediately. With the resulting data, statistically two-way ANOVA was performed to assess the μTBS before and after thermocycling and the effect of CHX. All statistical tests were carried out at the 95 % level of confidence. The failure mode of the testing samples was observed under a scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Within limited results, the results of this study were as follows; 1. In all experimental groups applied with 2 % chlorhexidine, the microtensile bond strength increased, and thermocycling decreased the microtensile bond strength (P > 0.05). 2. Compared to the thermocycling groups without chlorhexidine, those with both thermocycling and chlorhexidine showed higher microtensile bond strength, and there was significant difference especially in GI and TS groups.

      • 다채널 광정렬 장치에서의 다자유도 회전 스테이지 동작 특성에 관한 연구

        In recent years, as the demands of VBNS(Very high speed Backbone Network Service) and VDSL(Very high-data rate Digital Subscriber Line) increase, the development of kernel parts of optical communication such as PLC(Planar Light Circuit), Coupler, WDM elements increase. The alignment and the attachment technology are very important to fabricate the optical elements for communication. In this paper, the mechanism of rotational stage are studied. with the three different method and the results of them are applied to the design of the system. The performance test of resolution and travel is performed.

      • Clostidium sporogenes의 原形質 Adenosine triphosphatase의 分離 및 精製

        對數增植 中期의 C. sporogenes는 乾操菌體 g당 29.7mg의 DAN와 320mg의 蛋白質을 含有하였으며 菌體를 超音波로 破碎하였을 때 約 90%의 DAN와 70%의 蛋白質이 遠心上澄液 劃分에 含有되었다. 菌體는 5.12μmol Pi/mg dry|cell/min의ATPase 活性을 나타내었으며 그중 約 73%의 活性은 原刑質내에 遊離된 狀態로 存在하고 約9%의 活性이 原刑質膜에서 檢出되었다. 原刑質內의 遊離 ATPase를 SephadexG-75로 column chromatography한 結果 31번과 51번 fraction으로 分離된 2個의 活性 peak를 나타내었으며 31번 peak는 蛋白質peak와 一致하였다. 그중 51번 fraction 電定永動하여 單一 band를 確認하였다. 精製한 酵素液 中의 ATPase 活性은 135.3μmol Pi/ml/ min이었고 蛋白質에 對한 比活性은 287.9μmol Pi/mg protein/min로 각각 超音波 上澄液의 16培에 達하였으나 酵素의 最終收率은 19.5% 不過하였다. Actively growing cells of Clostridium sporogenes(IFO 12636) contained 29.7mg of deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA) and 320mg of protein per gram dry cell. They exhibited an activity of adenosine triphosphatase(ATPase) releasing 5.12μmol Pi per mg dry cell per minutes. Supernatant fluid of the cells disruptured by sonication contained more than 90 precent of DNA and 70 percent of protein. The fluid showed 73 percent of ATPase activity of whole cell. When the fluid was dialysed and dluted through Sephadex G-75 column, the enzyme activity formed separated in to two peaks near the fractions of No.31 and 51, while protein formed single peak near the former fraction. The later fraction formed single protein band on polyacrylamide gel by electrophoresis, however, the former fraction formed several band. Lysate of purified ATPase released 135.3 μmol Pi per ml per minutes and showed a specific activity of 287.9μmol Pi per mg protein per minutes. It was estimated that ATPase activity increased for 16 folds of initial fluid by the purification, and that final yield of the enzyme was 19.5 percent.
