‘금촌조생’ 품종은 농촌진흥청 원예연구소 나주배연구소에서 1971년 ‘금촌추’의 품질을 개선하기 위해 당도가 높고 육질이 유연한 ‘단배’를 교배하여 1982년 1차 선발되었고, 1997년부터 5년 간 지역적응시험을 거쳐 2001년 최종 선발 및 품종보호출원 되었다. 수세는 비교적 강하고, 수자는 반개장성이다. 꽃가루가 풍부하며, 주요 재배품종과 교배친화성을 보인다. 또한 흑반병에 대하여 강한 포장저항성을 나타내었다. 숙기는 재배중인 ‘원황’ 품종보다 약 5일 정도 늦은 9월 3일로 추석에 출하하기 알맞은 품종이다. 과형은 ‘금촌추’와 같은 도원추형이고, 과피색은 황갈색이다. 과중은 593g이고, 당도는 13.2Bx이다. 육질은 유연하며 과즙이 풍부하고, 석세포가 없어 식미가 매우 우수하다. 그러나 과육선숙형 품종으로 원예적 수확기에도 과피에 녹색이 남지만, 완숙과가 되면 황갈색으로 착색된다. 상온저장 기간은 20일 정도로 다른 조생종에 비해 저장력은 좋은 편이다. ‘Geumchonjosaeng’ pear cultivar (Pyrus pyrifolia var. culta Nakai) originated from the cross between ‘Imamuraaki’ and ‘Danbae’ to improve the fruit quality of ‘Imamuraaki’ cultivar in 1971 at Naju Pear Research Institute of National Horticultural Research Institute (NHRI), Rural Development Administration (RDA). It was preliminarily selected in 1982 and named in 2001. The tree habit shows vigorous growth and upright spreading. It carries abundant pollen grains and shows cross compatibility with leading cultivars. Also it shows high resistance to black leaf spot (Alternaria kikuchiana) in the field condition. Optimum harvest time is around Sep. 3, which is 5 days later than that of ‘Wonwhang’, and it could satisfy consumer’s demand for high quality pear fruit in “Chuseok”. The obovate fruit shape resembles maternal parent, ‘Imamuraaki’ and skin color is green yellowish brown at normal harvesting time and gradually turned to yellowish brown at full ripennig state. Fruit weighs about 593 g, and the soluble solid content is 13.5 ˚Bx. The flesh is very soft and juicy and, rendering good eating quality. Shelf life is about 20 days under the ambient temperature, and it is a relatively long period as compare with other early season cultivars.
소각로 배출원별 입경분포 및 이온성분과 방지시설효능에 관한 연구

This study was to comprehend the effect by investigating the particulate size and ingredient, examining the each process size distribution and analyzing all kinds of the ions in incinerator. Incinerating the wood in the absence of control devices, the peaks appeared in coarse particle and it had trimodal distribution. Also in the presence of control devices, the best efficiency appeared in fine particel. Cl?? and SO₄², were mostly distributed in fine particle area and in coarse particle area respectively. In the case of synthetic resin incineration, the size distribution had the peak at both 0.865㎛ and 4.2㎛. In the presence of control devices, peak appeared at 5.95㎛ and the collection efficiencies of Cl??, SO₄², Ca², Na??, K?? were high. Incinerating the leather without control devices, the size distribution had the peak at both 2.58㎛ and 5.95㎛. The leather incineraton had the same collection efficiency as sythetic resin incineration. The coarse particle collection efficiency was high. It is adquate to use the above control devices, together with high efficiency collector like bagfilter. To select the adequate control devices, it is required to investigate the size distribution before establishing control devices.
분산 네트워크 관리 시스템 지원을 위한 멀티캐스트 프로토콜의 설계 및 구현

This paper presents a new model for group communication facility which is gradually magnified. This model has been implemented in LAN environment and can get the enhancement in performance because a new manager can be dynamically created determined depending on the type of receiving message. As an object oriented approach has been introduced in designing the system, it provides an application programmer with the means to develop a new application facility without having to build the detail functions. As the members in a group are only identified by the index in a table, the overhead for the address referencing can be minimized. In this paper, some requirements for multicast communication, the structure of the system, and service primitives will be describe in detail. As the number of manager can be dynamically created and destroyed relying on the requirement, the system can efficeintly operated. Multicast facility designed in this paper is for supporting a distributed network management system.

Recent advances in both the diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma have improved the prognosis and changed the clinical significance of the recently increasing distant metastases. Distant metastases found after successful treament of the primary lesions are of great clinical significance for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. The duodenum is a rare site of hematogenous metastases or direct invasion from hepatocellular carcinoma. A 23 year old man was admitted with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. He had been diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma and treated by a left lobectomy and chemoembolization. The patient was admittted for 12 months after the treatment of the primary tumor. Endoscopic examination revealed a mass in the duodenal bulb that protruded into the lumen. He died due to massive hematemesis. We report on a rare case of hepatocellular carcinoma with duodenal invasion in a 23-year-old male patient.
유리단 국소의치 장착 후 M.K.G.에 의한 하악운동 형태 및 속도의 변화

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of distal extension partial denture on the mandibular movement patterns and velocity. The subjects are 10 patients who have unilateral or bilateral distal extension edentulous area in maxillary and/or mandibular arches. Their mandibular movement patterns and velocity had been measured by Mandibular Kinesiograph(M.K.G.-K6 diagnostic system, Myo-tronics Inc. Seattle. WA. U.S.A.) once just before the treatment and 8 times every week since the dentures were placed. The data have been analyzed statistically by means of ANOVA and Tukey test. The results have been obtained as follows : 1. The placement of the dentures has reduced the amount of vertical and antero-posterior displacement in the habitual mandibular movement significantly(p<0.01). 2. The maximum opening and closing velocity and the mean opening and closing velocity showed no significant change with the placement of the partial dentures(p>0.01). 3. The velocity trace of maximum opening-closing movement has been more regularized and well-coordinated, and the number of clicks decreased continuously after placement of the dentures and showed stable patterns since the 5th week(p<0.01). 4. The left deviation has been decreased significantly after the placement of the dentures and showed no significant change since the 4th week. The right deviation has also been reduced, but there was shown no difference after the 1st week(p<0.01). 5. The crossover pattern has been most frequently observed in the frontal plane and the sagittal plane. It has not been changed with the denture placement and stabilized uniformly.

The delta-endotoxin from B. thuringiensis subsp. darmstadiensis 73E10-2 was resistant to high concentration of salt (4M NaBr), organic solvents (50% acetone), denaturants (4M urea), and neutral detergents (10% triton X-100). In contrast, the toxin was inactivated by treating with charged detergents as well as guanidine hydrochloride or carbon tetra-chloride. The delta-endotoxin is not a sulfhydryl activated toxin, but modification of the lysine side chains eliminated toxicity against mosquito larvae.

‘진황’은 농촌진흥청 원예연구소 배시험장에서 1983년 ‘단배’의 품질을 개선하기 위해 ‘행수’를 교배하여 1994년부터 1차 선발하고, 2004년 최종 선발하여 명명되었다. 수세는 비교적 강하고, 수자는 반개장성이다. 꽃가루가 풍부하며, 자가불화합 유전자형은 S₃S₄로 추정되었다. 따라서 주요재배품종인 ‘신고’, ‘화산’, ‘원황’ 등과 교배친화성을 보인다. 또한 흑반병에 대하여 강한 포장저항성을 나타내었다. 숙기는 재배중인 ‘원황’보다 약 5일 정도 늦은 9월 4일로 추석에 출하하기 알맞은 품종이다. 과육선숙형 품종으로 원예적 수확기에도 과피에 녹색이 남지만, 완숙과가 되면 황갈색으로 착색된다. 과중은 501g이고, 당도는 13.1°Bx이다. 육질은 유연하며 과즙이 풍부하고, 석세포가 없어 식미가 매우 우수하다. 상온저장 기간은 10일 정도이다. ‘Jinhwang’ pear cultivar (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai) originated from the cross between ‘Danbae’ and ‘Kosui’ to improve the fruit quality of ‘Danbae’ in 1982 at Pear Experiment Station of National Horticultural Research Institute, Rural Development Administration Korea. ‘Jinhwang’ was preliminarily selected in 1994 and named in 2004. The tree habit shows vigorous growth and upright spreading. The genotype of self-incompatibility is inferred to S₃S₄ with abundant pollen grains. Therefore, this cultivar is cross compatible with major cultivars those are ‘Niitaka’, ‘Whasan’, ‘Wonhwang’, and so on in Korea. ‘Jinhwang’ is highly resistant to black leaf spot (Alternaria kikuchiana) in the field condition. The optimum harvesting time in Naju Korea is on September 4<SUP>th</SUP> when is the one of the largest pear consuming season of Chuseok holidays and when is 5 days later than that of ‘Wonwhang’. The soft and juicy flesh is rendering good eating quality. Shelf life is about 10 days under the ambient temperature. The fruit skin color is green yellowish brown at normal harvesting time and gradually turns to yellowish brown at full ripening stage. The average of fruit weight is 501 g, and the content of soluble solid is 13.1 °Bx.
