        천주교의 영혼설이 조선후기 사상계에 끼친 영향 : 성호, 다산, 담헌, 혜강을 중심으로 Focusing on Yi Ik(Songho), Chong Yag-yong(Tasan), Hong Tae-yong(Tamhon), and Choe Han-gi(Hyegang)

        Catholic missionaries divided the ability of the soul(anima) for vegetable life, animal life, and rational life into vegetative Power. sense awareness. and intellectual power. respectively. They spoke of the intellectual power humans have to store sensory data - memory, which is used to form reason, proceeding from imperfect knowledge to perfect knowledge. About the intelligible truth gained from reason, they assorted that free will. ones own desire or appetite, exists. Familiar with Catholic texts, Songho based his theory on Xunzi(荀子), dividing vegetable life, animal life, and humane life into vegetative mind, sense awareness mind, and moral mind. It is not only Xunzi whose theory influenced Songho, but also Catholicism. Songho believed that desire exists after intelligible truth is formed through memory and reason and criticized the Neo - Confucian sense unawareness and awareness theory(未發己發說 weifayifashe). Tasan, who was greatly influenced by Catholic thought, also based his theory on Xunzi, and then separated vegetable life. animal life, and humane life into vegetative nature, sense awareness nature, and moral nature. This is certainly due to Catholic influence. However, the Catholics saw intellectual power as substance, and Tasan saw it as essence. Tasan emphasized the Catholic - influenced free will, but didnot link this to the intelligible truth of God. rather connecting it to the corporal mind/moral mind theory(人心道心說 renxindaoxinshe). Although Tamhon rejected Catholic religious thought, he was interested in the Western sciences. He denied the ladder of being of the Catholics vegetative power. sense awareness, and intellectual power categories, considering them equal in value. This can be confirmed that he followed the opinion raised by Chinese scholar based on Zuangzi(莊子). In fact. the Catholics chose Chinese scholar to criticize Zuanzi's theory and to prove their ladder of being. According to Hyegangs cosmological force theory(神氣 sinqi). the ladder being for vegetative power. sense awareness, and intellectual power is not recognized. But he stated that a humane characteristic of the cosmological force theory is that it has memory, reason. and appetite. He did not recognize the domain of God in memory and reason. In the same vein. he only recognized appetite, not free will toward God. Moreover, his theory appears to be strongly empirical. In conclusion, Songho, Tasan, Tamhon. and Hyegang both criticized the Catholic doctrine of the soul and appropriated portions thereof into their own individual theories.

      • Single Nucleotide Primer Extension 기법을 이용한 SNP 연구

        Single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) are the most frequent type of DNA sequence variation of individuals. They are defined by the presence of two alternative bases at a particular position in a DNA sequence and occur about one per 500-1000bp in the human genome. The recent completion of the first reference sequence of the human genome has provided a basis for comprehensive analysis of sequence variation in man. The identification and dense mapping of SNPs is of considerable significance for association studies of complex diseases, pharmacogenetics, population genetics and physical mapping. Their use as genetic markers is favored by their high abundance, low mutation rate and the easy automation of typing. With the development of ABI Prism 3100 or 3700 system, single nucleotide primer extension, we car get a straightforward and large-scale method for validation of or comparative genotyping of known SNPs and point mutations. In the mini sequencing primer extension reaction, a DNA polymerase is used specifically to extend a primer that anneals immediately adjacent to the nucleotide position to be analyzed with a single labeled nucleoside triphosphate complementary to the nucleotide at the variant site. The reactor allows highly specific detection of point mutations and single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) without direct sequencing. Because all SNPs can be analyzed with high specificity at the same reaction conditions, mini sequencing is a promising reaction principle for multiplex high-throughput genotyping assays. It is also a useful tool for accurate quantitative PCR-based analysis. This review discusses the advanced biotechnique.

        We have see a great economic growth in rural areas thanks to mechanization of farming, resulting in drastic change in living style. The improvement of living environments is urgently needed as the increase in earnings has raised the living standard and bring about changes in mecanism of thougts. Here, a study on a better system of rural colony and houses is needed. In the past, the rural colony was natually formed and is not suitable to the modernized rural life; the conventional rural houses in this country have living and working spaces together. As there is no distinct discrimination between them, the layout of the existing farm houses needs change to the utmost efficiency. In sort, change in farming methods, income increase, higher living standards, more public utility systems, increase in non.farming population in the rural areas inevitably treat problems of rcmovating their systems and plans. The changes for better organization of the community must be made in cosideration of population increase, farming methods. natural conditions, unique conditions and utility services of the given area. The distance and relations with a near-by urban area can't he eliminated from the entire scope of the plan. The rural houses should be built to satisfy the requirements ranging from the seperation of living space from working space to functional fitness of rooms and other spaces to the modern life. For a better housing plan intensive research and analysis of the basic materials and information should be conducted.

We are, therefore, able to get a better record by means of making the warp jump of a space form, the difference of scissors jump, the way of jumping from the board, the way of runway and how to reach the land skill. In Korea, we are behind the other sports in the track and field events above all. So I hope this thesis will contribute, even a little, to the development of the track and field events by practising the broad jump systematically, which is one of the hardest field games.

        龍潭댐 水沒地區의 新石器文化 : 鎭安 갈머리遺蹟을 中心으로

        이글은 진안군 정천면 갈룡리의 갈머리유적을 중심으로 용담댐 수몰지구 신석기문화의 특징과 성격을 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 금강 상류 지류외 자연제방에 위치한 갈머리유적에서는 (추정) 주거지 3기와 적석유구 53기가 조사되었는데, 토기 양식과 절대 연대를 기준으로 할 때 短斜集線紋·菱形組帶紋 ·菱格紋과 烏羽紋이 기면 전체 혹은 동체 상단까지 시문된 갈머리 1기(기원전 4천년기 후반), 点列紋과 格子紋이 구연 공백을 두고 동체 상단까지 시문된 갈머리 2기(기원전 3천년기 전반), 문양이 대부분 생략되어 이중구연과 斜短線紋·橫短線紋이 구연부 일부에 남은 갈머리 3기(기원전 3천년기 후반)의 세 단계로 편년된다. 토기와 석기 둥의 출토유물로 보아 갈머리 1∼3기는 남해 안 신석기 중·후·말기 에 각기 대응되며 남강유역의 신석기집단이 유입되어 이루어진 문화로 추정 된다. 유적에서 출토된 도토리, 갈판과 갈돌, 적석유구의 지방산분석으로 미루어 용담댐 수몰지구의 신석기집단은 도토리 등 견과류에 대한 의존도가 높은 것으로 보이나 유적의 입지조건과 다량의 굴지구에서 원시농경의 가능성도 추론하였다. 용담댐 신석기문화는 단기정착적이면서도 이동적 성격 이 강한 소규모의 집단이 남긴 문화로 추정된다. This paper tries to examine the characteristics, chronology and socio-economic features of the Chuirnun culture in Yongdam Dam area of Upper Geumgam River Valley, especially focusing the Galmeo-ri site, Jinan, which was recently excavated by authors. Three dwellings and 53 open hearths with stone files were found from the Galmeo-ri site located on a tributary terrace. Based on Cl4 dates and the typology of pottery, the site can be divided into three phases. The 1st phase (late 4th millennium BC) was represented by the pottery with refined geometric designs, stone tools including spades, saddle querns and arrowheads, and all dwellings belonged to this phase. During the 2nd phase (early 3rd millennium BC) when the design of pottery became crude and only the band of mouth design remained, dwellings disappeared and open hearths with stone files were found from the site. Most of open hearths, without house features, belonged to the 3rd phase (late 3rd millennium BC) when most of chumun design were omitted and the double-rimmed pottery appeared. Comparing the pottery and stone tools, the lst-3rd phases of Galmeo-ri correspond to the middle, late and final Chulmun periods of southern Korea, and Chulmun populations of Galmeo-ri could be budding-off from the Chulmun community of Namgang River in southern coast. Their subsistence activity was hunting-gathering-fishing with some small-scale cultivation though charred remains of acorns and the lipid-analysis of open hearths showed the importance of acorn in the site. In sum up, the Chulmun culture in Yongdam Dam area had been left by semi-sedentary small groups who had frist immigrated from southern Korea.

In this Report, because of the increase of da, heat transfer capacity of conduction is decreasing, but in the inside of the walls, convection as well as radiation is made at a time, As it is affirmed that the broader da is, the more is Q increasing, more gap than is needed of cavity wall bond decrease the capacity of room and effect insulation, And Q is studied according to da and by getting the gap which has the least measure of Q. I suggest that the least measure of Q should be fittest, For that reason because the broader da is, the more is I? decreasing the effect of insulation is diminished. Therefore-it is confirmed that the Iffiest measure of cavity wall bond is from 20 to 50mm. and the most fittest measure is 20mm.

        A chemical examination of the phenolic compounds in the leaves of Sapium japonicum (Euphorbiaceae) has led to the isolation of eleven phenolic compounds. containing five hydrolysable tannins and six flavonoids. On the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidences, the structures of these compounds were confirmed to be galic acid(1), 5-O-caffeoyl quinic acid(2), 1-O-galloyl-3, 6-(R)-HHDP-β-n-glucose(coriiagin)(3), 1-O-galloyl-2.4-(R)-DHHDP-βn-glucose (furosin)(4), 1-O-galloyl-2.4-(R)-DHHDP-3.6-(R)-HHDP-β-m-glucose(geraniin)(5), astragalin(6), trifolin(7), afzelin(8), quercetin(9), isoquercitrin(10) and rutin(11). Among them geraniin was the main component.

        To Provide multicast service for mobile hosts must deal with dynamic member location and its group membership in mobile networks. There are two old approaches as hi -directional tunneling and remote subscription for mobile multicast. The deployment of existing multicast protocols(home agent-based multicast, Bidirectional packet tunneling) is very inefficiently to use network resources such as duplicate copies of multicast datagrams, tunnel convergence, and unicast by long delivery path. The remote subscription scheme may be very expensive because muticast packet delivering is delayed and discontinued frequently by rebuilding a multicast tree to serve multicast when the host move highly. In this paper, we analyse these problems of multicast routing protocols and propose an efficient multicast protocol using cost function to consider the host mobility in wireless mobile networks, By cost function, a mobile host make a decision to receive a tunneled multicast datagram from home agent or to receive a rebuild path from foreign agent. The performance of the proposed protocol was evaluated by simulation under various environments and we got an improved performance.

      • 컴퓨터 영상처리를 이용한 오이 생장 분석

        본 연구에서는 다중 컴퓨터 영상으로부터 3차원 좌표를 복원하는 방법을 이용하여 오이의 초장, 줄기 두께 및 엽면적을 측정하였다. 3차원 좌표 복원의 오차는 지면에 대하여 각각 수평과 수직으로 설치된 두 개의 카메라를 사용하는 경우에 평균 7.6㎜이었다. 오이 초장 측정 오차의 절대값 평균은 17.2㎜로 비교적 크게 나타났으며, 이는 3차원 좌표 복원 과정에서의 오차에 기인하는 것이라고 판단된다. 오이 줄기 두께의 측정오차는 평균 0.25㎜로 매우 정확한 것으로 나타났다. 개체 엽면적 측정의 오차는 평균 6.9㎣이었다. The height, thickness of stem, and area of individual leaves of cucumber plants were estimated by using multiple computer images. The images of cucumber plants were obtained by three CCD cameras located at mutually-orthogonal orientations. The average error in 3D coordinate reconstruction was 6.1 ㎜. The results showed an average error of 17.2 ㎜ in the estimation of plant height, which was much influenced by the accuracy in 3D coordinate reconstruction. The accuracies in the measurements of stem width and individual leaf area were 0.15 ㎜ and 6.9㎣, respectively.

      • 웹 온톨로지를 이용한 공급자와 판매자의 데이터 통합 모델

        정보통신의 발전은 경제 구조에 많은 변화를 가져왔으며, 향후에도 많은 변화를 예고하고 있다. 가장 대표적인 것은 경제 흐름의 근간이라 할 수 있는 유통의 변화이다. 이것은 통신망 위에 구축되는 가상의 공간에서 이루어지는 유통을 지칭하는 것으로, 빠른 속도로 발전하고 있다. 이러한 빠른 발전에도 상품데이터베이스를 구성하는 것에는 매우 불합리한 비효율성이 존재한다. 상품데이터베이스 구성의 가장 큰 비효율은 싸이트들이 개별의 데이터베이스를 구성한다는 것이다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해 시멘틱웹의 RDF(Resource Description Framework)언어를 이용하여 웹 온톨로지를 구성하여 공급자와 판매자간 상품 데이터를 공유하게 된다면, 전자상거래에서 상품데이터베이스 구성의 비효율성을 제거 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 RDF의 소개와 RDF 웹 온톨로지 편집기를 제작하고, 구성된 RDF를 참조하여 간단한 쇼핑몰을 구성하여 온톨로지를 통한 데이터의 효율적 상호운영성(Interoperability)을 증명하여, 현재 제안되고 있는 상품 카탈로그 분야의 발전에 기여하고자 한다. IT development has brought about many changes in an economic structure, and will bring about many changes in the future. The most representative thing is the change of distribution which is a basis of the economic flow. It means a distribution an a virtual space built through communication network. It has rapidly developed. However, building the product database by each site for numberless products is very unreasonable simple repeating process. To solve this problem, if the product data is shared between a supplier and seller through the web ontology by using the Semantic Web RDF (Resource Description Framework) language, an efficiency of e-commerce will be created. Accordingly, the study is intended to prove an efficient interoperability of data through ontology by introducing the RDF, fabricating the RDF web ontology editor, and building a simple shopping mall through organized RDF, and to contribute to a development of currently-proposed product catalog field.
