Background : Previous studies have suggested that pityrosporurr yeasts, normal resident flora of skin, may be important in the pathogenesis of dandruff seborrheic dermatitis and confluent and reticulated papillomatosis. Objective : We investigated the incidence and distribution of pityiosorum yeasts on clinically normal skin as a more reasonable method for providing the basic data or proving the relationship of pityrosporum and pathogenesi, of the diseases. Methods : A total of 350 subjects were studied. Skin scrapings were stained with 20% Parker ink-KOH(P-KOH) solution. The numbers of pityrosporum spores and hyphe per high power field( x 400) were counted and designated according to a new grading method using bacterial index(BI) of lepra bacilli. Results : The incidence rates of pityrosporum orbiculare(p. orbiculare) and pityrosporum ovale(p. ovale) were 60-70% and 20-50% of subjects respectively on seborrheic area., The incidence of p. orbicilare was highter than that of p. ovale on all examined sites except for the iterior scalp. And pityrosporal hyphae was present on anteriand posterior scalp and earwax in 24-25% of subjects respectively. The incidence of pityrosporum was higher in summer than other seasons The incidence rate of p. orbiculare and hyphae in the group aged below 9 (except neonates) and above 60, were lower than that of other age groups. The inciderice rates and distribution of grades of pityrosporum of neonates were lower than those of older subjects. Conclusion : The results of this study showed that the incidence and distribution of pityrosporum spores were similar to previoureports and hyphal forms were found 25% approximately on clinically normal skin of the scalp and carwax. The significance of the presenet of pityosporal hyphae and the relationship between normal skin and pityrosporal hyphae are to be firther elucidated. (Kor J Dermatol 1993;31(4):548-558)

<P>The purpose of this study is to prepare new polyurethane gels that can be used as stress- or pressure-distributing materials, particularly by being combined with selective plasticizers for medical or clinical applications. Because low-molecular-weight plasticizer molecules in polymer gels intrinsically tend to migrate to the surface of the gels by the so-called entropy effect in polymer miscibility, the stress-distributing function may decrease gradually after a certain amount of time. Correspondingly, both the chemical nature of the plasticizer and polymer gels and the compatibility between the polymer segments and plasticizer should be deliberately considered as important factors in determining the thermophysical properties and stress-distributing performance of polymer gels. New polyurethane gels comprising separated phases of soft and hard segments, the glass-transition temperature of which was around the ambient temperature, were prepared, and selective plasticizers were combined to obtain an optimized formulation of gels for stress-relieving properties. The glassy-to-rubbery transition of semicrystalline hard segments occurring around the ambient temperature caused the rearrangement of chain conformations, leading to the reduction of the pressure applied to the surface; this indicated that the pressure buildup or loss was somewhat related to the heat regulation by thermal absorption and release in the phase-transition range. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Therefore this paper applies local light rail project on the status of the systems engineering analysis and based on this source of the latest engineering technology-intensive systems engineering to provide direction to the development of technology.

The purpose of this study is to draw basic information about existing housing finance & supply system in order to establish a correct housing policy for the future. The study has been performed by questionnaire survey in Seoul and Kyunggi province. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Dissatisfaction on housing finance through questionnaire survey shows; high interest on a loan(42.7%), complex conditions for a loan(25.4%) and complex loan procedure(14.3%). 2. 57.8% answered $quot;Negligence of the existing housing supply system$quot;, it means the low understanding of the housing supply system.

시스템엔지니어링(System Engineering : SE)이란 복잡한 시스템을 개발함에 있어, 고객의 요구를 만족시키는 통합된(Integrated), 수명주기(life cycle)적 균형설계조합을 구성하고 검증하기위한 다 학문분야의 엔지니어링 접근방법이다. 이러한 시스템엔지니어링에는 EIA/IS등으로 국제 표준화 되어있는 요구분석, 기능분석 및 할당, 설계조합 그리고 이러한 절차 간에 시스템전체 개념의 분석과 통제를 통해 균형을 이루게 하는 프로세스에 의해 수행된다. 본 논문에서는 시스템엔지니어링의 국제규격인 ISO/IEC 15288 『정보 기술 : 시스템 및 소프트웨어 공학-시스템 생명주기 프로세스』를 기준으로 11개 기술프로세스 중 이해관계자 요구사항 정의와 요구사항 분석프로세스에 대한 시스템엔지니어링 활동 및 절차, 산출물에 대한 연구 내용을 제시하고자 한다. The pleomorphic adenoma is the most common tumor of major and minor salivary glands, and it is composed of epithelial cell and mesenchymal elements. Macroscopically it has a surrounding capsule from which it can be enucleated, however these tumors do not have a true capsule but compress surrounding normal salivary gland, frequently having finger-like extensions into the normal tissues. In 1972, Krolls said recurrent disease is thought to be due to these small islands of tumor which can be left behind at surgery. Another theory of recurrence is that should the tumor be ruptured during excision spillage of tumor cells into the wound may lead to implantation and growth of multiple nodules of pleomorphic adenoma. (Fee et al., 1978) We experienced a case of recurrent pleomorphic adenoma on submandibular area which has clinically malignant characters. This mass was treated with wide surgical excision and it has been no specific change in close follow-up.

RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) study has received far less rigorous analysis in the system performance and integration level, and RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) research has been studying to improve the maintenance efficiency in the operational steps based on collected data of real operational cases. This paper analyzes the basic concepts based on KS X ISO /IEC 15288 system life-cycle process in the whole system for the light rail transit construction, and the research suggests an approach to the management process of the applicable main tasks. The paper 『Management Process Study to RAMS Application of Light Rail Transit System』introduces Airport Rail cases and guidelines by using RAMS which is the major role in the system engineering technical process of ISO/IEC 15288 (International Organization for Standardization/ International Electrotechnical Commission 15288) to apply RAMS in domestic light rail transit efficiently, the aim of this study is to broaden of understanding RAMS.
