        Each year rubbish and industrial waste have increased but the management way is restricted and insufficient. A lot of human effort and estimates were spent on the management course of industrial trash. Lots of environmental pollution substances and harmful objects which were produced from the course have had an effect on human being's life. Therefore this study have been carried out to find how to recycle paper mill sludge which have kept over 30% of whole industrial trash in 1990. The paper mill sludge discharged in paper mill manufactory contains a large percentage of moisture. So it is very difficult to use paper mill sludge for the test. After paper mill sludge had dried up in the drying oven it was used in this study. We mixed bentonite and slaked lime at the regular ratio to stabilize paper mill sludge. We searched the property of only paper mill sludge by test for physical properties and of the mixed sludge with bentonite and slaked lime by test for mechanical properties. We have investigated the results for usable possibilities as a landfill cover and liner material in the reclaimed ground.

      • 제6회 전국동시지방선거 결과에 따른 제20대 국회의원 선거전망 : 새정치민주연합 부산지역후보에 배분된 지원금을 중심으로

        본 분석은 제6회 전국동시지방선거에서 새정치민주연합이 추천한 부산지역 기초단체장, 광역⋅기초의원 후보에게 배분된 선거자금을 토대로 하여 제20대 국회의원 부산지역선거의 전망에 대한 고찰이다. 본 분석의 목적은 제6회 지방선거에서 새정치민주연합 소속후보에게 배분된 선거자금의 배분내역을 중심으로 하여 선거자금 배분과정에서 나타난 문제점에 대한 양적(量的)분석으로써, 제20대 국회의원 선거에서 새정치민주연합의 부산지역 국회의원 선 거에 대한 전망을 고찰하고자 하는 데 있다. 선거자금의 배분과정에서 배분기준 및 형평성, 공정성을 결여하게 된다면 당조직의 응집 력과 단결력을 저해할 수밖에 없고, 선거전에서 해당 정당이 선전하고 승리한다는 것은 용 이하지 않은 것이다. 제6회 전국동시지방선거에서 새정치민주연합이 선거자금의 배분과정에 서 형평성과 공정성을 사실상 의심 받았고 새정련 후보의 후보적합도가 떨어졌다. 이런 상 황에서 제20대 국회의원 선거에서 새정련 소속 국회의원 후보들이 얼마나 선전할 수 있을 것인가에 대해서는 의문이 제기된다. This analysis is a study on the prospect about the twentieth election of members of national assembly on the basis of election campaign fund allocated to the candidates(the chief of the basic self-governing body, metropolitan local assembly members, basis local assembly members) nominated by the New Political Association for Democracy in the sixth simultaneous countrywide local autonomy election held in Pusan on 4th, June, 2014. The goal of this analysis is to study the prospect about the candidates nominated by the New Political Association for Democracy in the twentieth election of members of national assembly in Pusan by analyzing the problems in the process of subsidy allocation centering the details of subsidy allocated to the candidates nominated by the New Political Association for Democracy in the sixth simultaneous countrywide local autonomy election held in Pusan on 4th, June, 2014.

        2021년 서울시장과 부산시장 보궐선거 사례 연구: 후보 공약 비교를 중심으로

        There was a lot of interest in the by-elections for the mayor of Seoul and Busan in 2021. because of the Democratic Party, which is the ruling party, occupied more than 80% of local seats not only in Seoul but also in Busan in the 2018 local elections and the Democratic Party won the first time in the Busan mayoral election during 32 years. This study analyzed the feasibility of promises by comparing the ten core promises of the candidates of the two major political parties running for mayor of Seoul and Busan and the continuity of the promises of previous mayors. Because of there is criticism that the head of the organization elected by the by-election is making an impossible promise for the remainder of his term. In conclusion, it seems unlikely that most of the core promises of Candidate Park Young-sun and Oh Se-hoon, who were candidates for mayor of Seoul, will be realized during the remainder of his term. because of in addition to the realistic problem that securing financial resources to fulfill the promises of the candidates should be reflected in the budget for 2022, there will be confusion with the schedule of the internal party primary in the local elections in June 2022. In particular, in terms of the continuity of the promises made by former Mayor Park Won-soon, Young-sun Park Candidate maintains most of the promises, but Oh Se-hoon candidate seems to be very unlikely to fulfill his promises because of more than 70% of the promises are revised, supplemented, and discarded of former Mayor Park Won-soon. Also, in the case of Kim Young-chun Candidate and Park Hyung-jun, Candidates of Busan mayor's key promises remain in the planning stage and budgeting issues remain. Therefore, it seems impossible for the two candidates to fulfill their promises during remain. 2021년 서울시장과 부산시장 보궐선거는 매우 관심이 높았다. 왜냐하면 2018년 지방선거에서 서울뿐 아니라 부산 그리고 전국에서 여당인 민주당이 지방의석 80%이상을 차지했고, 부산시장 선거에서는 32년 만에 민주당이 승리한 지역이기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구는 서울시장과 부산시장에 출마한 두 거대정당의 후보들의 10대 핵심공약과 전임 시장들의 공약에 대한 지속성에 대한 비교를 통해 공약의 실현가능성을 분석했다. 왜냐하면 보궐선거로 선출되는 단체장은 잔여 임기동안 실현불가능 한 공약을 제시하고 있다는 비판도 있기 때문이다. 결론적으로 서울시장 후보였던 박영선 후보의 핵심공약과 오세훈 후보의 핵심 공약 대부분이 잔여임기 동안 실현될 가능성은 없어 보인다. 왜냐하면 후보들의 공약을 실천하기 위한 재원확보 자체가 2022년 예산책정에서 반영되어야 한다는 현실적인 문제점뿐만 아니라 실제로 2022년 6월 지방선거가 실시되기 6개월 전부터 당내경선 일정으로 혼란스러울 것이기 때문이다. 특히 전 박원순 시장의 공약의 지속성에 있어서는 박영선 후보는 거의 대부분을 지속하고 있지만, 오세훈 후보는 70%이상을 수정 보완 폐기한다면 공약의 이행가능성은 매우 낮아 보인다. 그리고 부산시장에 출마한 김영춘 후보와 박형준 후보의 경우도 대부분의 핵심공약이 임기 내 계획수립단계에 머물러 있고 공약들의 예산책정 문제가 남아 있다. 그래서 잔여임기 동안 두 후보의 공약이 실천되기는 불가능해 보인다.

        Culverts are transverse drains under highway, railroads, and other embank-mants which are manufactured from a variety of materials in a variety of shapes and sizes. most commonly being corrugated metal and reinforced concrete circular pipe. In this paper, the behavior of buried rigid pipe under embanckment is analysed a linear boundary element program to study the influence of the geometry of soil-rigid pipe system. The geometry of the system considered includes the thickness of pipe. the height of embankment and width and the depth of trench.

      • 상재하중이 있는 지하연속벽체의 변형양상에 관한 원심모델링

        In this study, the behavior of unpropped diaphragm walls on decomposed granite soil was investigated through centrifugal and numerical modelling. Centrifuge model tests were peformed by changing the interval distance of surcharge. Excavation was simulated during the centrifuge tests by operating a solenoid valve that allowed the zinc chloride solution to drain from the excavation. In these tests, ground deformation, wall displacement and bending moment induced by excavation were measured. FLAC program which can be able to apply for most geotechnical problems was used in the numerical analysis. In numerical simulation, Mohr-Coulomb model for the ground model, an elastic model for diaphragm wall were used for two dimensional plane strain condition. From the results of model tests, failure surface was straight line type, the ground of retained side inside failure line had downward displacement to the direction of the wall, and finally the failure was made by the rotation of the wall. The angle of failure line was about 67~74°, greater than calculated value. The location of the maximum ground settlement between the model tests and analysis results are shown in good agreements. The displacement of wall with varying the embedment depth is likely to be linear relationship.

This study is to express the numerical formula on the Nr, Nq factors. Nr, Nq are generally used to measure the bearing capacity and in order to reduce an inconvenience of finding the bearing capacity factors, the numerical Formulation method is studied.

      • 흙과 보강재의 마찰거동에 관한 연구

        Model tests have shown a quite specific type of friction to occur in reinforced earth structures between soil and reinforcement. The coefficient of friction, is not a constant, rather it becomes smaller as overburden pressure increase and it can be considerably greater than the internal coefficient of friction of soil. The aim of this study was to find a physical explanation for this phenomenon. The friction obtaining soil and reinforcement was investigated in the laboratory using shear tests Failure at a soil and reinforcement interface is not ideally plastic and for that reason the stress state, and the strain state must be considered. A energy equation was applied to the results of the shear tests and the shearing resistance was found to be composed of two components, plastic state friction and soil dilatancy.
