The dental high-speed handpiece is one of the most popular and important devices that has been widely used as the main means of cutting tooth structure and restorative materials in dentistry, In consideration of usage and marketability of the dental handpiece, it is obviously worthy of investigating it. In this paper, a high speed dendal handpiece is developed through reverse engineering with 3D X-Ray CT equipment and wire cutter for the Mark II model in NSK. The demension of the handpiece parts is obtained through this process, and 3D modeling is performed with CATIA V5. The interference between parts can be examined through the part assembly in CATIA, and the performance is finally compared with Mark II model in NSK.
기초연금 정책성과의 영향요인에 관한 연구 - 경남지역 기초연금수혜자의 만족도를 중심으로 -

This study analyzed the performance level of Korea's basic pension policy and identified the influencing factors by detailed area to present the direction for improvement and policy implications of the basic pension policy in the future. The policy performance of the basic pension was divided into overall satisfaction and satisfaction by area, and the factors influencing the performance were divided into the pension beneficiary's policy perception factor, management system factor, financial factor, and sociodemographic factor. We conducted and analyzed a questionnaire survey targeting the elderly who received basic pension living in the county. As a result of the analysis, first, the overall satisfaction of pension beneficiaries, a policy achievement of the basic pension, was 3.78, which was higher than the middle level. Satisfaction with family relations (3.76) > satisfaction with economic status (3.57) > satisfaction with physical health (3.39) was generally above average, and depression was a relatively low level at 1.43 (out of 4 points). Second, there are statistically significant influencing factors on basic pension policy performance, including 5 factors for overall satisfaction (policy understanding, accountability, sustainability, comprehensiveness, age) and 8 factors for satisfaction with economic status (policy understanding, comprehensiveness, accessibility, sustainability, accountability, age, income, fairness), 5 factors for satisfaction with physical health (accountability, policy understanding, fairness, age, region), 2 factors for depression (region, age), satisfaction with family relationships Seven factors (household characteristics, information provision, policy understanding, age, fairness, comprehensiveness, and region) were found to be important factors. In general, the factors that greatly affect the satisfaction of pension recipients are the understanding of the basic pension policy and the accountability of pension official, so it is necessary to first promote the pension policy and review ways to improve the accountability of pension official. Based on these analysis results, the future direction of basic pension policy and policy implications were presented.

The acoustic emission (AE) sensor has been widely used for monitoring the machining states or tool abrasion, etc. This paper presents the relation between machining time and states such as tool abrasion for ceramic machining processes, which can be applicable to develop the dentistry machining center. A commercial PZT-type of AE sensor was used for experiments, and the aquisition data was analyzed in the AE signal strength versus machining time. The results show that it is possible to estimate the tool life and the ceramic machining state. In the future, additional experiments for various machining conditions such as depth of cut and feed rate are strongly necessary so as to design an effective monitoring system for the ceramic machining processes through detecting the AE signal.
