『병후만록』 에 나타난 기억 서술의 양상과 그 의미

『병후만록 』은 최규서가 만년에 자신의 삶 전반을 회고하며 기록한 필기 저작으로, 저자가 특정 시점에 자신의 전 생애를 반성적으로 회고해 보았다는 점에서 현대적 의미의 자서전으로도 손색이 없는 작품이다. 본고에서는 최규서의 생애와 『병후만록 』의내용을대략적으로개괄하고, 수록작품을‘유년과청년시절의개인사’와 ‘당쟁사와 관련된 기억’으로 구분하여, 작품에 나타난 기억 서술의 특징을 분석하는 것을 목표로 삼아 논의를 진행하였다. ‘유년과 청년시절의 개인사’에 해당하는 내용에서는 자신의 과거를 소탈하고 진솔하게 서술하는 면모가 주요하게 나타난다. 여기서 ‘기억된 과거의 자아’와‘기억하는 현재의 자아’ 사이의 일정한 간격이 포착되는데, 최규서가 유쾌한 필치로 서술한 젊은 시절의 시행착오들은 과거의 자신이 현재의 자신에게서 분리되어 대상화되었기에 가능한 서술이다. 그렇기에 자신의 부족한 면모를 서술하더라도 그것을 솔직하게 드러내는 것 자체가 목적이 아니며, 현재 자신의 진솔한 모습을 드러냄과 동시에 과거의 잘못과 실수를 극복하고 만들어진 현재의 자신을 긍정하는 의미가 내포되어 있다. 반면 당쟁과 관련된 기억을 다룬 내용에서는 기억하는 자아와 기억되는 자아사이의 단절이 상대적으로 분명치 않다. 그가 당쟁을 회고하는 일화에서, 과거의 자신은 심상찮은 역사의 흐름을 인지하고 불안해하며, 현재의 자신은 불안의 구체적인 실체가 무엇인지 확인시켜주는 구조가 반복적으로 드러난다. 이를 통해 그는 당시에는 제대로 평가받지 못했던 자신의 진정을 거듭 해명하였다. 그리고 이 과정에서 과거의 기억 서술에는 일정한 편향성이 나타난다. Byeong-hu-man-rok is a prose written by Choi Gyu-seo in his later years looking back upon the past. This thesis reviews Choi``s life and the contents of Byeong-hu-man-rok, categorizing his works into ``personal life in his youth`` and ``memoirs of interparty strife`` to find the descriptive features in writing his own memories. First of all, his modest and frank manner is generally displayed in his writing style in the works describing ``personal life in his youth.`` There``s a gap between the ego of recollected past and the ego of recollecting past, which enables to record the younger days`` mistakes and errors humorously by recognizing the ego of the past as a object seperated from himself today. Thus the purpose of writing is not revealing his weaknesses honestly but affirming his life making progress from the past experiences. Regarding the ``memoirs of interparty strife``, however, the gap between the two egos - past and present - is relatively unshown. In his memoirs, the witing strategy where the ego of the past concerns about the raging waves of history before the ego of today explains the specific political conditions is repeatedly used, to give the reasons of his past choices that haven``t been understood at the time and be admitted.

필수지방산의 결핍이 흰쥐의 뇌발달에 미치는 영향

Sprague Dawley pregnant rats were fed the corn-oil as a EFA-sufficient diet and hydrogenated coconut oil as a EFA-deficient diet during the 14 days of gestation and through lactation. Body and brain weights were measured on pups and the brains were analyzed for DNA, protein, proteolipid protein, cholesterol, phospholipid, and triglyceride. Body weights were significantly low in EFA-deficient group through the 7 week period, but brain weights were significantly depressed before weaning. Brain DNA and protein contents were not affected by EFA deficiency. However, proteolipid protein was significantly lower in the EFA-deficient group than the EFA-sufficient group. Brain cholesterol, phospholipid, and triglyceride were not affected by the EFA deficiency. Fatty acid compositions in the brain were not significantly different between groups but the ratio of n-6/n-3, which is considered to be a biochemical index of EFA deficiency, was much lower in the EFA-deficient pups all through the 7 week period.

Effect of Essential Fatty Acid Deficiency on Myelination of the Developing Brain

임신한 흰쥐에게 필수지방산이 풍부한 옥수수기름과 필수지방산이 결핍된 야자경화유를 각각 임신 일주일부터 먹여 출생과 이유후 7주까지 사육하면서 적당한 시기에 새끼쥐의 뇌에서 DNA, 단백질, 콜레스테롤, 인지질, 중성지질, Poteolipid protein, 및 지방산 조성을 측정하였다. 필수지방산이 결핍된 새끼쥐는 실험기간동안 체중이 유의적으로 감소했으며 대조군의 약 70% 정도 밖에 되지 않았으나 뇌무게는 별 차이가 없었다. 뇌의 핵산과 단백질은 결핍식이에 영향을 받지않으나 myelin 의 지표인 proteolipid protein은 감소하였다. 뇌지질 또한 결핍식이에 영향을 받지 않았다. 지방산 조성은 양에는 별 이가 없었으나 n-6/n-3의 비는 실험기간동안 일률적으로 낮은 것으로 보아 필수지방산의 결핍증을 알기 위한 좋은 지표라고 생각된다. 도시단위 건축물 CO₂ 저감을 위한 데이터 통합 활용 기반기술에 관한 연구

We have researched a character of BIM(Building Information Modeling) and GIS(Geographic Information System) data for integrated utilization of urban spatial data and building data for $CO_2$ reduction. We consider literature on integrated utilization of BIM and GIS and measure method of $CO_2$ in urban spatial unit. Among them without distortion of standard data structure, derive method how to install between BIM and GIS standard data. Rhino & Grasshopper is utilization tools of DB platform. The compatibility with existing BIM and GIS data format, graphic and numeric results can be output at the same time. And using the existing ARCHSIM, it can be easily combined for building energy analysis program. Based on BIM and GIS data to run an energy analysis target on Majang-dong, it could be poly synthetically derived the value information and graphic information.

도심 재생 종합 사업관리 시스템의 개념 및 개발

최근 증가하고 있는 도심재생사업은 그 유형이 다양하고 관련 법규가 지속적으로 개정되고 있어 정형화된 절차를 제시하기 어렵다. 절차의 가변성과 함께 도심재생사업에 참여하는 다양한 주체의 이해상충이 도심재생사업의 추진 및 관리를 어렵게 하고 있다. 언급된 도심재생사업의 특성을 감안해 이의 관리를 지원하는 시스템의 필요성이 제기되었다. 도심재생사업은 다수의 프로젝트가 결합된 프로그램 수준에서 접근되어야 하기 때문에 이 시스템은 프로젝트 수준뿐만 아니라 프로그램 수준의 관리 기능도 지원해야 한다. 이 시스템이 충족해야 할 요구사항으로는 가변적인 절차를 지원할 수 있는 시스템 구성 방법 포함, 다양한 이해관계자에게 사업비 및 일정에 대한 투명한 정보 제공, 전문적인 지식이 없는 이해관계자도 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 하는 시각화 기능의 강화 등으로 규명되었다. 이번 논문은 이와 같은 요구사항을 반영해 개발되고 있는 도심재생사업 지원 프로그램관리지원 시스템의 개념, 기능 및 기대효과를 다루고자 한다. Due to the variety of processes that are mainly influenced by the modification of law and regulations, it is difficult to propose a formal procedure of urban renewal projects. In addition, conflicts among various participants and stake-holders have made urban renewal difficult to manage. Needs for new systems to support management of this type of projects have been raised. This system should enable users to manage program aspects as well as projects given that the urban renewal consists of several projects. According to analysis of current context, the requirements of the system are classified as follows: a method to create flexible systems to cope with various process; functions to provide data on cost and schedule; user-friendly visualized tools enhancing understand of non-experts or less-experienced participants. This paper summarizes the background, requirements, concept and model of the system. Currently, prototype systems have been developed. Regarding outputs presented so far, potential benefits of the system are presented as well.

행렬도를 이용한 대학 신입생의 진로의식 분석

행렬도는 고차원의 자료를 저차원 공간에 투영하여 자료를 시각화하는 비교적 현대적인 방법으로써, 자료의 산포도, 집단 구분, 변수사이의 상관관계 등 유용한 정보들을 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 행렬도를 간략하게 소개하고, 행렬도의 구현을 위해 대중성이 높아지고 있는 무료 소프트웨어인 R의 BiplotGUI 패키지를 사용하였다. 그리고 전북대학교에서 2009년도에 실시된 신입생의 진로의식 조사 자료를 이용하여, 신입생의 선호직업과 진로성숙도의 관계를 행렬도 분석방법으로 살펴보았다. Biplot is a modern graphical methodology allowing for the projection of high-dimensional data to a low-dimensional subspace that is rich in information on variation in the data, correlation among variables as well as class separation. For the construction of biplots, we use a BiplotGUI package in a free statistical software R with increasing popularity. Moreover, using data from questionnaires given to Chonbuk National University freshmen in 2009, the relationship between career goals and career maturity are studied by applying the biplot method.
