Caffeine 투여가 운동중 LA, FFA 및 Catecholamine 반응에 미치는 영향

        채정룡 대한스포츠의학회 1997 대한스포츠의학회지 Vol.15 No.1

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of caffeine ingestion on blood lactate, free fatty acid and catctholamine hormone during submaxmal bicycle ergometer exercise. Subjects were 8 male university students. Four male students were Rowing player, and the other four subjects were physical education major students. Double blind over cross method was used for the experimention. Each subjects participated in both caffeine and control trials. Both group were tested by using the submaximal bicycle ergometer protocol. In Test, all subjects warmed up with 25watt every 1min. until target heart rate. 2×2×5 Factorial ANOVA Repeated measure design method was performed for data analysis at the 0.05 level of significance. One 40min before the caffeine trial, each subject ingested 6mmg/kg of dehydrated caffeine, while only placebo was taken for the control. There were five blood collection sessions for both the caffeine trial and the control, 40min before exercise, just before exercise, during exercise, just after exercise, and 30min. during recovery. The blood metabolic variables of catecholamine are epinephrine, norepinephrine. Throughout the exercise, heart rates were measured every 3min. All the subjects were not allowed to drink during the exercise. In this study, I had following result after comparing and analysing. 1. There was no significant difference in blood lactate level between the two trials, but there was significant in processing times between the two trials. 2. Any significant difference was not found in free fatty acid and epinephrine, norepinephrine level between the two trials. In conclusion, there was no significant ergogenic acid effect of a dosaged of caffeine ingestion before the submaximal bicycle ergometer exercise. • 음료 섭취가 운동시 혈중 조절대사에 미치는 영향

채정룡 群山大學校 1997 論文集 Vol.25 No.-

In order to exeramine of the effects of metabolism during intermittent submaximal exercise in beverage ingestion, 12 male athletes from rowing and field and track events were tested for cycle ergometer exercise. Twelve subjects completed two sessions consisting of 20 min of intermittent cycle ergometer exercise at 65∼80% of VO2max. The test beverages consumed during experimental sessions provided a total of 250㎖ of 150㎖ and 100㎖ respectively. The blood of subjects were extracted from anticubital wein gathered a total of fluid during each session; before beverage ingestion, first exercise, at the and of the 20-min first exercise, before second exercise and at the end of second exercise of fine periods. Blood components analyses of blood glucose, FFA, lactate acid, insulin were performed using methods of glucose cxidase, immunology, enzyme assay, radio immunology and Anne vassault. Following were obtained by the tests and analyses; 1. The beverages ingestion before exercise, according to a sort of beverages, had significantly influnced on formation of blood sugar concentrations, whereas according to the exercise intensity, had significantly greater in a kind of beverages. 2. In the beverages ingestion before exercise, according to the work load times had significantly influenced on the changes of FFA concentrations but were not significantly as compared to eac of beverages. 3. In the beverages ingestion, changes of LA concentrations had not significantly influenced on its, but were slightly reduced, the changes LA concentrations were influenced much more by conparison between first exercise and second exercise than by a kind of beverages.

장기간 수영훈련이 여자 중학생들의 폐기능 발달에 미치는 효과

        채정룡 대한스포츠의학회 2001 대한스포츠의학회지 Vol.19 No.1

The purpose of this study wat to determine whether Aspirin affects cardiopulmonary responses of human after an eccentric exercise bout. Ten college-age men(means 21.67±2.69 years, height 175.7±2.52 cm, weight 66.3±5.77kg) performed a progressive maximal exercise test on a treadmill after an eccentric exercise bout(bench stepping, 45 cm, 15 steps, min-1) on two different occasions, after placebo administration and after aspirin administration(1,000 mg of ASA, four times for 48 hours). Two days after the eccentric exercise bouts, the subjects performed maximal exercise tests. The order of the preceding tests was randomized and the second tests were carried out 2 weeks apart. Two days after eccentric bouts, all subjects reported leg muscle soreness, Continuous measurement of breath-by-breath ventilation, oxygen consumption, respiratory frequency, respiratory exchange ratio and heart rate was carried out at rest and during the maximal exercise test. Rating of perceived exertion was measured at the one minute of each stage. The analysis of all investigates variables, except for respiratory exchange ratio, showed statistically significant difference between before and after aspirin administration after eccentric exercise bouts. Duration of maximal exercise decreased significantly after aspirin administration, suggesting that aspirin administration(1,000 mg of aspirin, four times for 48 hours) after an eccentric exercise bout affect physical performance during maximal exercise.
