      • Bi₂O₃ 박막의 전기적 광학적 특성

        Al film and Bi film were sequently evaporated on a side glass in~5× 10-5mmHg by vacuum deposition method. By thermal oxidation of the film at 350°C for 40 min, a thin film of Bi2O3 was grown on the Al base electrode. Electrical switching and current-controlled negative resistance phenomenon were observed in the Al-Bi2O3-Metal sandwich cells. Photovoltaic effects were obtained for Al-Bi2O3-Metal devices when light was illuminated on the top metal electrode. From the experimental results, that the transfer from ON to CCNR was easly performed with increasing the current density, that photovoltaic effects had the light intensity and time dependence, it is supposed that a avalanche-induced breakdown effects.

      • 중·고등학생의 역학개념 구조에 관한 연구

        The middle and high school student's conceptual structures in mechanics had been investigated by paper tests (force, gravity). The students (N=77 : 43 at middle school, 34 at high school) were asked to solve multiple choice questions and to explain reasons for their choices. The responses related to the choices and their explanations were analysed with simple category schemes. The following facts have been found in this research : 1) The high school students have still the similar concepts which they acquired in their middle school days. 2) The students had a tendency to resist against change of their old concepts. 3) They were apt to apply their own rather complicated thought system to physical situations and did not adapt the consistent thought system. The students seemed to combine their own idea with the informations learned in school in their own ways, but some students did not precisely understand the correct physical concepts. For forming the correct scientific concepts, the teaching procedures and contents must be organized so that the students can recognize the differences between their intuitive concepts and the scientific concepts. Teachers should lead their students to know that some contents plausible in one situation might not be true in other situations. Also the teaching procedure should include the connection of theory and fact as well as between the theoretical systems of the scientific concepts and usual experiences.

      • Ag2CdI4 Termistor의 전기적 특성

        Ag2CdI4 thermistors were fabricated and their electrical characteristics were investigated. The critical temperature range was between 348°K and 363°K, and φ value of sample fabricated in 653°K was about 1.5. Current channel was observed in CTR after breakdown.

      • NQR 자동추적 장치

        In this paper, a completely autotracked Robinson’s NQR marginal oscillator isdescribed. A notable feature of this system is an inexpensive lock-in amplifier(PSD) in place of a commercial unit. Anti-square wave generator, auto-tracking digital circuits are built into the system. This NQR system has been tested with N14 in hexamethylentetramine.

      • 건자재 일체형 태양광 복층 모듈의 제작 및 특성 연구

        The main purpose of existing Photo-voltaic (PV) modules has been lirnited to powergeneration. The module developed in this study, called a pair-glass BIPV module is a combination of existing PV-cell with insulating glasses for use in windows or roofs. It is a multiple PV-generating module that enhances the utility of lighting, adiabatic effect and soundproof ability. Lighting- rate measurement has confirmed that the pair glass BIPV module has the efficiency of 20-40%. U-value for designating the adiabatic effect has 2.7kcal/m2h℃. The soundproofeffect of the insulating glasses was confirmed by the transmission loss, which showed a gap of about 20 -40dB between outdoor and indoor. However, there was a some difference in bands and a different feature compared with that of a faulted glass in a noise band. This PV -generating module has the ability to get solar lighting, together with powergenerating ability like existing modules. It is a pair-glass BIPV module first made by semiconductor, and has been estimated to have enhanced utility. It also has advantages of insulating-glass such as the abilities of adiabatic effect, soundproof, and prevention against dew-condensation. 대체에너지에는 태양광, 풍력, 연료전지,소수력, 바이오 에너지 등 여러 가지가 있다. 이중에서도 태양의 무한한 에너지를 이용하 기 위한 태양광발전분야가 급속히 발전하고 있다. 태양광을 이용한 태양광발전은 다른 발전 시스템인 화력 및 원자력 발전에 비해안전하며 공해요소를 발생하지 않고, 또한 수력 발전과 같이 대단위 공사비가 소요되지 않으며, 건물에 설치하여 수시로 전력을 되공급받아 사용할 수 있다.

      • 고체 붕소-할로겐 화합물의 붕소 핵사중극 결합 상수

        The B11 nuclear quadrupole coupling constants have been measured in the solid boron halides and found to be 2.64 MHz in BF3, 2.54 MHz in BCI3, 2.46 MHz in BBr3 and 2.40 MHz in BI3. These values do not agree with calculated values based on descriptions of the boron halogen bonds obtained from quadrupole coupling studies of the halogen nuclei. The discrepancy is attributed to the inadequency of some assumptions used in the Townes and Dailey method for the case of boron. A fine structure was observed on the B11 nuclear magnetíc resonance in BF and is completely explained in terms of a dipole-dipole interaction between the boron nucleus and the three neighboring fluorine nuclei.

        It is essential that, although relatively few students are likely to acquire scientific expertise, all of them should have sufficient awareness of modern science to be free from misconceptions and better prepared to make value choices too important to be left entirely in the hands of expert. It has been recognized the desirability of providing some kind of science education for nonscience students in many colleges. 1 should be gratified if my thought would encourage more scientists to consider the scientific education of nonspecialists as an important problen which deserves attention and which constitues a genuine intellectual challenge.

      • 실험·실습용 다채널 신호 발생기

        In comparing different wave patterns, Lissajous figures are largely used, which can be observed by inputting signals on the horizontal and vertical input terminals of oscilloscope, respectively. However, it is difficult to visualize Lissajous patterns with ready made signal generator. Hence practical education is limited to only theoratical education. In order to overcome this difficulty, we made multi-channel signal generator, consisting of several elements such as generating circuit, frequency dividing circuit, integrating circuit and phase-shift circuit. This signal generator have been used in the observation of Lissajous patterns according to the arbitrary changes of phase and frequency.

        Studies have been perfor mad on the normalization of V-I characteristics, the dependence of current runaway on the applied step voltage and the analysis of the current channet in the sintered 5Fe$_2$O$_3$-5Bi$_2$O$_3$. From the measurement of snitching Properties of the sintered 5Fe$_2$O$_3$-5Bi$_2$O$_3$, it is exe]twined that the electrical switching mechanism is that of thermal ionic breakolown. 5Fe₂O₃-5Bi₂O₃소결체에서 V-I특성의 규격화, theramal current runaway의 인가 step 전압의 존성, current channel의 분석등을 연구하였다. 5Fe₂O₃-5Bi₂O₃소결체의 switching 특성의 측정으로부터 전기적 switching기구는 thermal ionic breakdown으로 설명된다.
